James River Archery: what do users think?
Jessica Fearing: Absolutely love James River archery. Me and my husband and I got our bows from here, and they are so helpful with getting your bow set up right for you. And if any issues arise with your bow, then they help with getting it fixed with no issues!! Thank you so much for everything, James River Archy!!!
Derek Kalista: Picked up a bow today for my daughter, Great prices Staff was amazing and great range A+ This will be our one stop for everything!
Chris Burnett: I have shoped hear for along time. But today Dec 30,2022 I was treated pretty badly when I asked we're Chris was I was told don't worry about it. And did not get help so I went to Midwest archery they spent 30 mins with my daughter and the bow they are fantastic I spen 250.00 you guys have lost my business. And Midwest got my business.
Jacob Johnson: These guys are by far the best. They take their work seriously and it shows. I have never had less than a perfect experience, whether it was getting new arrows, new bow, or technical advice
Brett Gengler: Get staff, plenty of products
Jeff Werland: Took my diamond by bowtech in to get a new string put on great people great facility to shoot not a big range but a 20 yard range to shoot totally going back in the future
Braum Ross: Great shop. Chris and the guys are always friendly and helpful and I have always had a great experience. Even when they are slammed busy they are always willing to help out or answer any questions. Highly recommend.
Andrew Nelsen: Found James River Archery when searching for a locally owned store to buy beginner archery equipment. They were very helpful in picking a bow for me and my girlfriend to learn archery - and they even have an indoor range. Cool place, knowledgeable staff, very trustworthy and not sales-y - 5/5 would recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Tony Vienhage: I have shopped at JRA since it opened, and I have always been very impressed with the high level of customer service. The employees have always treated me well. Chris in particular is very personable, helpful, and he calls me by my 1st name. I highly recommend JRA for your archery/hunting needs!
fishingwithdrup “fishingbruhmoments”: Great place super helpful
Blake Kersen: Great place with knowledgeable staff. Definitely not "Bow Snobs" and will happily work on your gear without pressuring you to buy one of their packages. Recommend and will be returning. Thanks for the great service!
John Jenkins: You know the firat time I went in here last year I had a hard time getting a used Hoyt lined out well went there this year and bought a V3 and they really took care of me built the bow in less than an hour, now granted I gotta shoot it couple hundred times before we paper tune it but still they really helped me out, answered all my questions, and Calvin is awesome that guy has pretty much taught me how to shoot a bow from the ground up.I really appreciate all the guys up there thank you for everything
Chad Drake: I am new into archery but wanted my family to explore this. I purchased a used Mathews bow that needed much fitting to my needs. I also purchased my children bows online, diamond / bowtech brand. I took all our gear to James River to be sized and fitted and they made us feel like family even with our own gear not purchased from them. The staff spent a solid 2 hours between myself and my two kids to get everyone sized correctly and geared out and It ended up being 40 bucks. I feel like they disserve more. Thank you for your attention to detail and comfort level addressed to my children. I won't use another shop.

Eddo Feyen: Customer service is top notch! Great selection, great knowledge to be shared. Really can’t say enough good things about the guys at this shop- all very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.
Memphis Teter: Bought a brand new bow, completely set up, and fine tuned. Very satisfied with the customer service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and won’t have you leave until everything is 100% correct. I highly recommend this place. It was worth the 4 hour drive from home.

Gasconade Ghost: Great place to go the Wonders of Wildlife is amazing and informative! The Gun and Bow Museum is awesome! Some great clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages. Only thing I wish is for them to have a better selection of .204 and .270 ammunition.
Joseph Agius: Amazing place
WoDo Brown: Great service in Gun Dept by Karsen. He was able to help through the entire purchase of the gun I wanted. Really a good guy and good to work with...

zx6r diva: Looking for boat parts today. Had everything. Always a fun place to visit even if ur just looking. So much to see
KyLee Anette: Had a pretty disappointing experience during my recent visit to Bass Pro Shop here in Springfield, MO. The visit started out pretty good, I went with my family looking for some camping gear. We then stopped at the Riffle Coffee shop for some coffee. The cashier there asked what I wanted and I ordered, things seemed fine at that point in time. I then sat and waited for what seemed like 15 minutes for my drink. Everyone else got their drinks, even people behind me in line received their drinks before I did. I ordered a simple Iced Vanilla Latte. Finally they called my drink out and the taste of the coffee was really horrible. It didn’t taste anything like a latte, more like a cold brew with zero sweetener. I went back to the counter and the cashier who had taken my order earlier was still there. So I asked if it would be possible if they could remake my drink since I spent $6 on it and the young lady didn’t even look up at me and said I could add some sugar, almost as if she was gritting her teeth through the sentence. The ladies in the back didn’t even offer to remake it or even bother to step in. I was pretty upset that I was treated that way. Not sure why the simplest of things are such an inconvenience for some people, but they don’t have to worry about me returning to their coffee shop. I’m a young adult who has literally worked at a coffee shop myself and I never mistreated customers like that. Hopefully Bass Pro Shop can, in the future, train their employees to treat their customers better. Pretty sure the saying is “ The Customer Is Always Right. “
Garry: Amazing place to shop or just walk around and look at stuff
H: Awesome destination. Need more than a day to see everything here.
Johnathan “Hallmiester” Hall: Always a must stop on our trips!
Patches Johnson: Love this store!!! Great place to take the family!

Debbie McQuay: Good looking store - good inventory!and Minnows!!!
Grant Seiner: Stopped in for some .308 on my way to andy dalton range. They've got tons of stuff jammed into a nice store. Whatever your outdoor needs requires, you can probably find it here. Great prices and selection on ammo!
Brandon Keene: Very friendly staff. They have quality items for hunting and fishing. They also have a live bait tank. I didn't make a purchase, but I will be back when it's time to spend some 2A money. It's definitely worth visiting if not for anything else than just to be reminded how kind most people are in small town business.
John Shelton: Great place and friendly service. Met all my needs. Keep up the great work.😃👍
Howard lance: Nice store good prices
HuntinNFishing MO: My first time in this store was a year ago.at the time I was in Stockton for welding school, Im now back home about 2 hours north. Being a young hunter and not having tons of knowledge, the people here were very nice and gave me lots of great tips, and I just purchased a new bow and plan on bringing it to him to help me get setup for this season.

Noah Minner: Have been buying from Eagle Outdoors for a year now to get all my hunting and fishing gear. People say to buy local but haven’t a clue till they shop here. Didn’t want to wait for rifle season so Tony took an hour to get me set up and comfortable with a new crossbow, 12 hours later and I tagged a nice buck. Then I went out one morning a week later and dry fired it like the dummy I am and broke the string. EO didn’t have extras in stock but Spencer bent over backwards calling around to find one for me to get me back in the woods that night.Big box store would have laughed at me and sent me packing.
Jerry Ulrey: Went in to look for ammo. The clerk was too busy talking to another customer about deer hunting. Never ask if he could help us. Walked out.
Christian Neal: Great selection of guns, ammo, and hunting supplies. They carried an item that I was having trouble finding anywhere else. Will be back.
Dennis Jones: This place is great!

Linda Dilley: We got a room for 1 night. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our bed was a little too soft for us but this is a great place to stay.Rooms: Very clean
Jami Kruse: The staff was super friendly. Not very fancy but very comfortable. I wish there was more places to plug things in next to the bed. Also the fridge did not have a freezer so we could not keep our ice pack frozen.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

john pangle: I went to this place that was associated with the aquarium across the street the place is absolutely dirty and does not smell good they also charged me $240 by mistake on their computer which I've never been charged back yet the pool is awful at best it is ice cold and is in a very strange spot the only bright spot about this place is the breakfast it was fairly magnificent they seem to take pride in it but if you're going to spend the money to go to that aquarium you're a fool to stay at that hotel because you're wasting your money if you're looking for a premium experience because the last thing that place is is premium
todd scarborough: We have not been in our room, it's 340pm because they have just recently changed the check in times from 3 to 4 because, the girl in counter says the cleaning staff can't keep pace to get everyone in by 3. Really? So we are outside with a line of people at the counter getting the same answers. So instead of hiring more people to clean rooms you take more time out of my stay to accommodate your needs, not mine as a guest? We have dinner at 6 with friends and it's now 350.
Linda Jirka: Handicap room still had a bathtub with grab bars to climb in. Only one straight back chair. No USB plugs. No electric plug at desk for computer. Good breakfast. Will stay elsewhere next time.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
An'G Bautista: Staff and environment friendly. Loved the rustic style, the view of the aquarium across the way. Conveniently close to shopping center and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay. It's a beautiful scene.Nearby activities: Aquarium is literally across the street.Walkability: You can walk to the aquarium, restaurants, shopping center.
Bre B: Rustic lodge in a great location. The staff were friendly and the room was well prepared for our stay.Nearby activities: Across the road from The World of Wonder Museum and Aquarium.Walkability: Several restaurants within walking distance.
Diane Loewen: We booked this Inn for a one night stay 5/4-5/5/23 on a trip across the country.Arriving, we were impressed with the way this Inn is decorated and themed. No detail is overlooked to make this place look like a rustic lodge; from the antler chandeliers to the wood branch luggage carts, this place is a visual treat inside. Likewise, the rooms are well appointed with soft beds, generous pillows, quality rustic- looking furniture, and good coffee. Likewise, the breakfast tasted very fresh and flavorful with lots of good options: Eggs. Bacon. Sausage links. Sausage pattys. Biscuits & gravy. Pancakes. Syrup options. I noticed that even the Oatmeal was whole grain, - not the cheap instant stuff - with all natural non-GMO ingredients. It was delicious. We would give this five stars instead of four, except for two things:1. When my husband went to the indoor pool, there were no towels at the pool. He was told that this was because of the high theft rate of towels. (They had gone from 250 towels to 50) Heads up: you need to get your pool towel from the front desk.2. The rooms are on the smaller side, so a bit cramped, but they do their best to make the most of a small space. That said, this was a good place to stay, the staff friendly and the price was affordable.
Eliza Dub: This is an old hotel from the 70’s that was refurbished. It is not new nor does it feel new. If you are looking for a new hotel, pass this one by.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jamie Kirby: Room was small. Very clean. Would stay again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
