james fiset: The bagging here is phenomenal. They definitely don't try to cram 2 things into a bag that is clearly too small and then rip the bag, and then try to do it AGAIN? Which uses two bags anyway, and then they successfully get it in the one bag but it's too wide to hold with one hand so it defeats the purpose of the bag? Harter house Eastgate doesn't do that

Miguel Nunez: I went to the Harter house on East sunshine yesterday around 8 PM and I went to the meat department to buy some pork chops And smoke pork shank and they were three young men cleaning up the scales closing duties . One of them looked at me didn’t greed me nor asked me if I needed any help I didn’t say anything to see how long it will take them to realize that there were two people standing in front of them it was a good five minutes before I was helped . then one of them realized well if the other two are not helping you I guess it’s gonna be my job to help you. I was highly and extremely disappointed that you will have employees like them in your store that are more concerned about cleaning the scales and talking to each other about personal business then doing their job because they are on your company clock. I hope this will be addressed with all of the employees and it will improve your customer service but right now I don’t think I should give you more than one star.

Sandy Boyle: One of the biggest selection of meat around. The staff is very helpful, too. Quality is a cut above the rest to say the least.

Krissa Hosto: I usually don’t write these, but it was really nice. We were on a day trip, and we stopped in. They aren’t great with masking, but I don’t expect any place to be these days. However, the customer service was great. Both cash registers were friendly, and before us one helped a vet get some ice cream, and she complimented my hair. It was just a friendly environment.

Dean McCroskey: I stood at the meat counter for over ten minutes while they took care of people who walked up after me. When they asked who's next I said that would be me but still got no help . That was the Eastgate location, don't think they want business from construction workers. I recommend going somewhere else if you're in work clothes.

Christine Miller: After what was the end to a perfect girls weekend at Big Cedar, we had to gas up the car before returning to the airport and happened to come upon this little charming spot. The Phillips 66 was out of order that day and we went across the street and were met by a charming, older gentleman who gave us the full service treatment. He loved our macho rental car, (2019 Charger) and so did we !!! No credit cards, but the conversation more than made up for that. Next year, we will be there to stop in and see you first and remember to get a picture with you. Wayne Dennison: Super entertainment. Great conversation, he doesn't hear too well...but loves people and is very intense, trying to hear what is said. This guy is older and wears his religion on his sleeve. Doesn't tolerate childishness or swearing. If you are a peaceful, kind sort that don't mind older people...it IS a throwback to a little store of the old days.
