Ella Michaels: Clean, well organized little store with a nice product selection! Fun to look around in. And they’ll work with you on ordering gear you need if they don’t have it in stock. Customer service is attentive and helpful. However I’ve noticed the past few times, the big guy who’s always there is pouty and just straight up rude to the poor other workers, to the point where it’s very noticeable from a customer standpoint. It makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. If you’re going to bully your coworkers, at least don’t do it in front of all the customers in the store. Just writing this hoping to bring it to the attention of management so this can be looked into.

I’m kind of picky and due to the market there weren’t tons of options—anyways I ended up loving a pair but when I tried them on we realized my foot is too wide for those to be comfortable for me. She could’ve just soldthem to me but she recommended that I find a shoe that’s wider so I can have good circulation whilehiking. That built my trust with her and if I need to get gear in the future I’d love to try them out again.

ugh dad: This was always an easy 5 star, but what's been going on? They keep cutting back on employees so attractions are frequently down, the 3 free pairs of membership socks expire I guess (we only redeemed 1 bc I was planning on using them as I needed instead of costing resources for the sake of it), and now parents with full membership passes don't get the water now? We've been members for years but now it feels like we're only getting 60% of what we pay for now.

Matthew Stickney: Most of the staff needs to be fired. During our visit they were cussing and breaking all of the park rules. There was no sense of security or safety with this place. One staff member was letting their friend jump over the highest beam in the wipeout zone with little kids no older than 5 in there. This is completely against the rules. Another staff member was throwing water bottles to their friend while on the platform in the warrior zone. This place is completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful towards their visitors. No place to take your kids if you value their safety. After telling the manager about what was happening on the floor all she did was walk out to the floor and then start texting on her phone. K Edmonds: I loved taking my grandson here! Inexpensive and plenty to do! The only downfall was the grown high schoolers who but in front, pay little attention to small children and hog nearly all the obstacles! My family represents 4 major businesses in Branson Missouri and we all feel there should be a specific day or 2 for older kids only!! Shame the older ones aren't enjoying outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, bike riding, skateboarding, Frisbee in the park, many other activities that little ones just aren't ready for or don't have the skills for!! Your business would bloom if a couple days were reserved just for say,,,10 and under!!

Brandon Roberts: I went to two other bike shops before coming to ABC and was very disappointed with those experiences due to the lack of details about the bike suggested , no explaining about upgraded versions of the same model and the seeming unwillingness to spend time trying to sell me a bike. ABC though was willing to spend the time to explain the difference in bike build and price making me feel welcomed. As a result ABC got my business and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

david steel: The guy fixed my left crank on my bike arm, and it was super cheap. Customer service was great, and you could watch them as they were working. Would recommend going to this bike shop first if you're in Springfield.

Christine Parker: They were helpful when we went to buy a bicycle, told us come in anytime and they would do free adjustments for us, check it out for us. So a few days after buying it we brought it back in, the chain was rubbing in certain gears, and was told that he probably couldn't make it any better but we could try...and that was it, no suggestions, no comments. After the sale they even delivered the bike to me. I can’t express how impressed I am with Jason and the team there. They love what they do and customers are priority one.

Other bike shops were rude and condescending (since we knew nothing).ABC (Jason especially) made recommendations, explained everything, switched our tires to fit our needs... even told us to come back later to look when their stock was replenished.They recommended a hitch installation shop and everything. They covered every detail.There was NEVER any pressure to buy.We LOVE our bikes. They are so comfortable, they have amazingly smooth rides... we use them now to get groceries and everything. We are from TX, where we could NEVER ride.... the change is amazing.Thanks, ABC!!

Andy Gram: Went to Sky Adventures as a new customer and someone who has never been in the cockpit of an aircraft before, so I wasn’t expecting too much. I had Josh as my instructor, who was great. Very knowledgable and he makes everything very easy to understand. However, the reason for this 2 star review is because on their website it shows an hourly rate of $130 at the top end for training and $99 for a Discovery Flight. Well I went in for a Discovery Flight expecting to pay $100 for a half hour or an hour of flight time. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather hit just before we were planning to take off. Josh made the decision to take me up in the air but just for a few minutes so that I could get the experience, which I am grateful for. And it was amazing. But, just 4 minutes later we landed and the amount I owed for the experience was $90! For 4 minutes in the air... I learned a lot but I would have rather saved my $90 in this situation and just paid $130 for a full hour on a better day. $90 for 4 minutes of airtime is excessive. It was a blast and I do plan to return, but I definitely recommend that you get a price total before you commit to anything.

Keith Bellanger: I’m currently a student pilot with SkyAdventures and I have to say it is the best decision I have ever made. I am able to fly and pursue a dream while paying as funds are available so I don’t go into debt. SkyAdventures is an extremely flexible and team based community. The Flight Instructors do a great job at working together to cater to each individual student and provide them with the skills, information, and materials that they need to succeed.

Chad Jensen: Got my PPL with Josh Monson and almost complete with my instrument rating with him as well. I’ve worked with 4 different instructors. He has been my favorite. Just the right amount of tough. I still remember our debrief when he became uncharacteristically firm and assertive after I had a stall horn on my base to final turn. That conversation might have saved my life.

Once certification was complete we dove with them in Cozumel, Bahamas, and other great locations. Best shop and organization you can deal with. It feels like family everyone to perfect.
