Lucinda Hyatt: Tax Pros is a great place! They are professional and well known not just in the community but throughout the US. Penny is amazing and has multiple years of both corporate business and personal accounting and tax experience. Their staff is professional and courteous. Wonderful atmosphere and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it!!
Angie Smith: Penny makes multiple mistakes and doesn’t communicate with us on a timely manner. Many times we will send emails, or text messages with basic tax questions or for help with tax forms and she wont respond. After sending messages that we are getting frustrated with her lack of responses and after days of not hearing anything, then we would get a response. We have had dealings with her for over a year. We feel undervalued as a customer. We also found out recently, we are not alone. We have friends that switched from her because they had experienced the same issues and more. Just so you know they now go by Entrusted CPA’s. In my experience, when someone has to use the word trust in their company name, it means they’re not trustworthy. Their work should be able to show for itself.

Anita West: We were told our taxes would be $650 but the bill was for $1100 citing "accounting work." I had to ask for a copy of said accounting. Slow service by Christine. Had to all but beg to have them done on time. Talked to the owner today who had nothing to say about my experience. Didn't even apologize. Would not recommend this company to anyone actually expecting help or a reasonable price.

Daniel Ilg: We have been using Keypoint for 9 years and have appreciated the service that we receive from our sales rep, Dave McCoy, and the rest of the technical support team. When we had a server issue in 2018 they helped us through the night fix the issues and to stop the issue from occurring in the future. Anytime we need help with something we have multiple points of contact that allows us to resolve issues in a timely manner.
grady lynch: Worst software system I have ever used in my 8 years. Customer service is terrible!!! If you have a issue is take 30- a 1 hr to get anyone to call you or help resolve the issue then Most of the time its like they don't know whats going on. We have had the system for a few months and we get 3 to 4 system errors a day. They end up they have to go reset our account. I highly do not recommend this system. I spend way to much time in my day fighting with this system! Do your self a favor and save your self the headache.

Kremena Gancheva: They have no customer service at all and don't really care what your needs are. All that matters for them is to ask for more and more money. The Keypoint is very expensive for what it actually is. When I bought it I was left under the impression it comes together with my DAT subscription. The installation fee is $400 - nonrefundable, with a prepayment for the first two months, another $200 in the very beginning. Then every month you get charged $100 and the contract is for one full year - and we are talking for the version for beginner brokers! This is apart from your DAT subscription. After being on the market for 4 months, I decided to get out of business and to voluntarily revoke my MC number. However, they insist I keep paying the $100 for the Keypoint TMS until contract expires even though I will be legally unable to operate as a broker and the software would be totally useless to me. Look for other option before you trust these guys!
