Lucinda Hyatt: Tax Pros is a great place! They are professional and well known not just in the community but throughout the US. Penny is amazing and has multiple years of both corporate business and personal accounting and tax experience. Their staff is professional and courteous. Wonderful atmosphere and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it!!
Angie Smith: Penny makes multiple mistakes and doesn’t communicate with us on a timely manner. Many times we will send emails, or text messages with basic tax questions or for help with tax forms and she wont respond. After sending messages that we are getting frustrated with her lack of responses and after days of not hearing anything, then we would get a response. We have had dealings with her for over a year. We feel undervalued as a customer. We also found out recently, we are not alone. We have friends that switched from her because they had experienced the same issues and more. Just so you know they now go by Entrusted CPA’s. In my experience, when someone has to use the word trust in their company name, it means they’re not trustworthy. Their work should be able to show for itself.

Anita West: We were told our taxes would be $650 but the bill was for $1100 citing "accounting work." I had to ask for a copy of said accounting. Slow service by Christine. Had to all but beg to have them done on time. Talked to the owner today who had nothing to say about my experience. Didn't even apologize. Would not recommend this company to anyone actually expecting help or a reasonable price.

Not only do I despise creating a new login and password for every stub but I'm pretty sure they beat around so it's impossible to file for anything involving stubs

Sherry Williams: We used KPM, last year, and learned we had been doing our taxes wrong for years. We will be going there from now on. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise, Barbara Houser.
Debbie Moore: My mother has been going to them for years for their trusted knowledge in the tax field. However, it has come to light that my mother was no longer required to file taxes for the last five years but KPM continued to charge anywhere from $515 to $650 each year to file a 1040 form. They claim it was at my mother's request, which is false. Why would someone elderly on a fixed income pay $500+ to file taxes that she was no longer required to do so. Be care of this firm, we found them to be unethical in charging for services that were no longer necessary. If you're elderly or file for your elderly parents, make sure you ask them if they are required by the IRS to even file and save yourself the heartache this has caused us.
