Inderdeep Singh: Great place to deliver they are fast .enter from left of building keep left.only 1 dock for delivery park next to it go to door. Do not break seal . Overall not to bad of space .
Sikander Ali: V Nice people if ur professional driver then no issues in backing easy ..giving 4 stars coz they don't have a proper wash room..otherwise No Issues at all...follow ur appointment time..in & out in 45min.

C & S TRANSPORT LLC: Make sure to be on time if not they will go to the next truck . Very tight space for trucks , fast unloading. Out in 30 mins!
Col Henry: Just come on your appointment time. Not very friendly to drivers. Just handle your business and leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Good luck!
Darlene Webster: This place is horrible for truckers. They are slow and all about holding you up. So plan on spending along time here. They love the fact they can hold you and let you know that can .

Brittani H: Fair warning this place has some tight backing, so be careful. It is a one-way around the building. They will call you out for not following the directions, plus there is barely enough room for one semi at a time, let alone two semis.I arrived a few hours early and was able to get backed in within minutes of checking in. I was there for maybe a hour and a half from arrival to departure. Really nice employees and helpful. Quick with unloading. Also, on the way back to the dock there seem to be some truck parking.

GO HAVE WAY RECEIVING ONE DOCK.LOOK AT MY PICTIURES CHECK IN THEY BREAK SEAL.YOUR ENGINE CAN'T RUN.CHECK IN A HOUR EARLY THE 9 AM WAS LATE.THEY GOT A 4 BECAUSE U JABE TO WALK A MILE TO PORTA POTTIES. M trent: I was worried about going in the night before for a 7 am appt. No problem, theres a place along the side of the building marked off for one semi to park. If its occupied go to the back and theres more spots to park. In the morning drive towards the front on the opposite side the building than you came in on back into the front lot and go back in through the gate again. (Its one way traffic clockwise around the building) The gate stays open all the time. Great guys, fast unload!

Roger McGaugh: I purchased an item on eBay that was accidentally shipped the Pinnacle imports. I contacted UPS and they confirmed they delivered my package to Pinnacle. I called pinnacle and they said they don't have my package. Then the lady who informed me that they don't have my package began arguing with me for no reason. UPS also gave me the name of the person from Pinnacle and confirmed the address where they delivered my package. I informed the lady who answered the phone of this she told me that person hadn't worked there for 3 years. So someone from pinnacle used an ex employees name to sign for a package. And now my package has mysteriously disappeared which was in the hands of pentacle because I received confirmation from UPS that it was sent and delivered to them. So regardless of whether Pinnacle can't find the package or if the package was lost all we know is that they received it and now it's magically gone. I even asked to give her the tracking number and she refused to take it she also said she was going to call me back after she checked the docs and she didn't call me back I had to follow up with her since they had ghosted me. If this is the way this company is going to do business I don't trust them and buyers beware

Mr. Robinson: For my Professional DriversThe entrance you think you should use is not the entrance to use at all. Trust you can't make that turn. It's actually the exit. Use the entrance by the main Luxco office. Now when you look down the road on the entrance. You'll see a sky walk that looks too low. Its not its higher then 13'6 and you can get under it. That's how you get to the rear docks. Place is pretty quick in and out.
