J.T. Crawford: Carrillo is a small, locally owned western wear store with mostly shirts, cowboy hats, and boots. You'll find more hats and boots that anything else. There's not much to it, but we found a couple of shirts that we liked. If you're looking for western wear, I'd check them out. It's a mom & pop shop, and you can tell they care a lot about their business and the way they run it. I'm happy to support them.

ray: I was looking around town for a black cowboy hat and was able to find one here for under $100. Perfect, just what I was looking for, a sturdy black felt hat. They were very helpful and the process took less than 10 minutes.

Otto W. Jean: Buyer beware "no refunds" even on defective workmanship. Mistake #1 on my part was to purchase boots made In Mexico. Poor quality workmanship on Agave boots.Purchased pair of boots last Sat afternoon.girlfriend put them on in the car, wore them from car to house and walked around inside the house getting a "feel" or them. Straps starting falling from sides of boot and ended up walking on the strap. No way to adjust strap. Cloth straps from inside the pullups on each side of the boot came loose and dangled freely, not acceptable.Returned to store early Sunday morning to get refund and was pointed to the sign that said "no refunds exchange only". That was not my first choice but did not see the sign yesterday during checkout. Proceeded to attempt exchange and was told "no" because boots had been worn and a few scuff makes on the soles. This was totally unacceptable, but had no other choice. So now I have a pair of boots purchased less than 18 hours ago, only worn inside house that are coming apart and straps sagging.

Will never use this business again, your lack of consideration derailed daughter’s surprise.

They don’t make you feel like your money’s appreciated, even when you’re a repeat customer, some of the staff is very pleasant but the majority is not personable. Overall I really like this location, the cavender’s brand, and products but hope to see an improvement in the customer service department. I was disappointed when they advertised Black Friday sales store wide but tried to charge me full price at the register until I mentioned the sales, happened again today when buying an article of clothing today. Seems like more than an accident.

Amy Sinn: Products are fine, their service is terrible. I have now placed three separate orders online, all to be canceled 4 or 5 days later stating that the item(s) are not in stock. Every single time I go to the website only to find that exact item and size listed as in stock and available to order. When contacting customer service I am told that items that claim to have only a few in stock online are in danger of being canceled....however when I placed the order originally there was no such warning at all! I guess you're lucky if you receive the items you order.

Thursday afternoon he called and said the boots were ready for pickup. Wow! Are you kidding me? Great customer service! Great deal on my ostrich boots and matching belt. They are bad to the bone!
