crystal lashley: This is the worst location. They are rude and confused all of the time. They’ll give you the wrong food then tell you it’s your fault because you ordered online and their truck didn’t come (they could say we don’t have this is this ok but instead they act like you did something wrong). Don’t go here unless you want cold smashed food that’s wrong anyway. If they weren’t confrontational and rude I wouldn’t even have minded the explaination but I hope they get a new crew sooner than later. Two thumbs down

lisa devonshire: Great building, way bigger than ours. First time there and it was a very good experience! Ordered through the mobile app and they put salt on fries that were ordered unsalted but they offered to fix it, but a little splurge on a low sodium diet can’t be the end of the world and they were damn good fries! Burgers were good and still reasonably priced comparatively 😋I recommend the Hampton location for late lunch before the science center!

marsha Weingard: Horrible customer service! I ordered a salad using my points. The woman at the drive thru register scanned my app and tried to charge me. I told her I was using my points. She tried again and told me it had already been used. I had only uploaded the reward in the drive through so it could not have been used. She continued to argue with me that there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager. The manager said it was my fault and there was nothing she could do be because the register said it had already been scanned. They did not apologize or attempt to make anything right. They insisted it was my fault. I pulled around and went inside to ask again. The manager continued arguing with me until she finally tried it on a different register, still insisting it was not going to work and there was nothing she could do. Well it did work. The points went through and I was able to get my salad. Still the manager/supervisor did not apologize and insisted it was my fault. She said it was because the screen had not been enlarged because the person at the register was not allowed to touch my phone. However the person at the drivethrough had held my phone and enlarged the qr code on the screen when she insisted it hadnt worked. Horrible customer service and horrible attitude from management. I was very disappointed.

Leander Beatty: I hadn't been to Wendy's in a long time (doctor's orders), but my hunger got the best of me the other day. I stopped at Wendy's on West Florissant (Buzz Westphal Plaza) and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I am always a mark for great customer service, even if the meal isn't the greatest. But, the meal was satisfactory as well. And best of all, for a change the place wasn't crowded. Great service, good food, fast service and uncrowded, I have no complaints and I will be back again.

Corey Bodoh: Took over 25 minutes to get our food. Burger was good, but fries and nuggies had obviously been sitting for awhile and had a bad aftertaste. While we were waiting, a lot of customers brought back food to get replaced or to fix their order. Employees didn't seem to know what was going on or what do to do. We asked for a refund once we nearly hit the 30 minute mark and our food was miraculously done the second we asked. Hopefully we went during an off time and this isn't normal but we aren't going back.
