Sarah S: St. Louis Wellness Center offers a great variety of services. I really enjoy a good sweat in the infrared sauna. I like how you get to choose the type of lighting you want in the sauna for color therapy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I 've been amazed with the past-life regression with Michelle Rubin. It was fascinating and challenged my thinking in ways I didn't expect. Bill Lail: Not a good sauna experience. I used the infrared sauna. Wasn't not worth my time. At the end of the 20 minutes session, I barely was sweating. The policy is to allow only ONE session per day. Waste of time.

Zach Riehn Aka HOGEkage: I think the St. Louis Wellness Center is Great! I attend therapy there and so far it was been a life changing experience. I will continue to go and see through to try and fix the problems at hand. I am also doing Neurofeedback Therapy. It has only been a couple sessions so I have yet to find any measurable changes, but it is definitely a unique and interesting experience. I love the fact that my neuro therapist can bascially scan my brain and get a biofeedback of it to see what sorts of problems I have and then display them on a graph and explain what things means and so forth. You should definitely give this a try!
