The L.A.B. Gym: what do users think?
Eddie: I wanted a personal trainer to push me, correct any form errors I might have, and get me over this plateau I was in, and Vladimir Brusov is kicking my butt. As someone who has been in the gym for years, I’ve never sweat this hard and I’ve never come home this sore. The way he’s structured my workout routine is nothing I’ve ever done. As I’m wrapping up week 2, we are already seeing gains. I highly recommend Vladimir. Great trainer, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.I also love this gym. It’s a classic body building gym. Old school equipment, with old school plates, clean, with a friendly-homey atmosphere. The staff are excellent and know you by your first name. The little things like that make the gym a place you’re happy to go to. The owner, Chris, awesome guy - knowledgeable and friendly. Tami, an amazing woman who always greets you with a smile and a cheerfulness energy. I really like this gym. Coming from other gyms around the local St. Louis area, this is my favorite hands down.10/10
Scott Handley: Amazing gym. This is not your standard gym where you pay a membership and just show up and exercise. Everyone who enters this gym gets a personal experience. Even if you are not participating in the one-on-one training you will be exposed to highly-experienced trainers. Joining this gym is more like joining a team.Trainers are exceptional. Well trained, hard working and highly-personable. All are incredibly easy to talk to and open to any questions you might have.Overall, this has been the best gym experience I have had. And its not even close. Don't questions it, just join if you are serious about increasing your fitness levels in a fantasist environment.
Joshua King: Great gym with knowledgeable trainers, I really appreciate that their approach is to ensure you're using the right form before jumping up the weight, it'll help long term training health. I like the personal touch, I think it's going to help me achieve my goals.6 month update: I'm up 7lbs of muscle and down 3% body fat. I'm now using weights that I had not even considered as my working weights on the daily.
Cathy Drury: LAB is an awesome fitness facility for any stage of life. Their trainers are highly qualified and dedicated to helping YOU reach your goals, whether you are a professional or collegiate athlete looking to sharpen your skills, or someone just starting your fitness journey who wants to become and stay functionally strong, or anywhere in between. Great community, roomy facility, plenty of equipment, excellent trainers and an owner who cares about the people who walk through the LAB’s doors—it really is one of the best parts of my day!!
Gregory Newby: The trainers have done a great job in creating a community where we all support each other. They also make each day different in order to keep the workouts engaging.
Edna Montague: Never had trouble getting a workout in or finding equipment. Went at 5pm one time, learned not to do that but I just had to find some alternatives. They have a ton of equipment so it wasn't hard
Lionel Bisso: Muy buena alternativa
J. R. Humphry: Still under construction but there is LOTS of workout equipment .
susan sauer: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis is the best part of my day. Trainers are excellent and truly focused on your development and well-being.

St. Louis Strength Academy: what do users think?
Carolyn Meister: Working with Nathan has been amazing. He works hard and encourages me work just as hard. He is also caring and compassionate when I’m having a tough day. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
Andres Spells: Great trainer, great gym!
Leaman Brown: Nathan is great at what he does. He has a ton of knowledge. I get always go away feeling better.
Kristen McCauley: I’ve been seeing Nathan for a little over a year and he is awesome! So kind and knowledgeable. He pushes you to do more but never at the risk of overdoing it. When I sprained my ankle a few months back, he would alternate slow stretches for my ankle and upper body work to keep me active. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for personal training in STL!
Josh Diehl: I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now. Nathan is awesome & you can’t go wrong choosing to workout here. He’ll listen to what your goals are, push you, correct your form when needed, & just a great guy in general. You won’t regret choosing to workout here.
Austin Smith: Went to Nathan for some help after herniating two discs and being unable to do any lower body work for about a year and a half. Nathan helped me to fix my form that was causing my back issues as well as to establish a base of strength again. Great guy and very knowledgeable
Dawn O'Neall: First, I’ll tell you a little about myself, so you understand why I think St. Louis Strength Academy and Nate Williams are worth your time and money. Like most women, I have been battling my weight for a long time. During the last few years, I’ve been losing that battle. I’ve put on SEVERAL pounds and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. With my family history of heart disease I knew I had to do something. So, I found St. Louis Strength and starting training with Nate.Nate is amazing. He coaches with what I call “ultimate Dad vibes”. He is kind, knowledgeable and believes in you when you don’t believe in yourself. Nate designs the workout to fit your goals and fitness levels. This level of personalization has helped me lose 12 lbs. (so far), dropped my blood pressure, and I no longer have chest pains. The most impressive part? I look forward to workouts and I’m trying to find more ways to be active in my daily life.I HIGHLY recommend Nate. No matter where you are on your fitness journey–whether you’re an athlete trying to improve your game or an office worker that has been to one too many happy hours, Nate is the guy that will help you meet your goals and you’ll have fun doing it!
James Walker: Nathan is a detail oriented and precise coach. He’ll of course get you smaller/bigger, stronger, more explosive, more athletic but more importantly he’ll have you doing it correctly. This gives anyone the right foundation for any lift so you can make leaps and bounds in your athleticism as well as having longevity to be able to do it with minimal risk of injury. Not to mention that he’s just a great guy. Loved it when I was there and I learned a lot.
Kevin Hunter: Over the past 10 months Nate has really pushed me. I have exercise-induced asthma which obviously can create a serious problem when working out. Nate has been patient and truly understanding of my health and at the same time he has helped me to get stronger week after week!
Cindy Goodwin-Sak: I started training with Nate two years ago. My goal then was simply to get stronger. With his expert instruction, not only have I become stronger, I've developed a passion for powerlifting. I have no doubt that he'll help me crush any and all new goals. Great trainer, great gym!
Mary Francone: Nathan has a wonderful approach — he does a great job pushing and encouraging your progress. Highly recommend.
Kyle Harms: I started training with Nathan Williams at St. Louis Strength Academy because I wanted to learn Olympic weightlifting. St. Louis Strength Academy offers other types of training too and I've met many of his others clients who are really happy with their training to get in shape, to improve their sports performance, or to ready for their next powerlifting competition. When I started at St. Louis Strength Academy, I didn't know anything about Olympic weightlifting. From the beginning, Nathan has patiently worked with me to improve my form and strength. At first, I lacked the flexibility and some strength to even properly execute the lifts. Through his coaching I've managed to gain the flexibility, strength, and confidence that I needed to compete for the first time recently. I've also noticed that training here has helped reduced my overall stress. Plus, at 33 I've never been in better shape. I'm honestly very grateful to have been able to learn from such qualified individuals.
jmarr: Nathan Williams is an excellent trainer, very professional. I have made huge improvements in strength and technique since I started working with him 5 months ago. St. Louis Strength Academy is a great facility and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Jamie Simon: Nathan Williams, owner of St. Louis Strength Academy, is the best trainer/coach I have ever had. I started going to him almost two years ago! His knowledge about strength and conditioning cannot be matched. He is so incredibly passionate about what he does. I recently participated in a Powerlifting competition and I took first place because of him! He is the first person I recommend to everyone when people ask me what I do to have such a taut physique. I used to run marathons and half marathons and never had the body I have today! I will always go to St. Louis Strength Academy for my training.
Monica Shireman: I started working out with Nathan about a year ago. I was so nervous about my first appointment since I knew I was in awful shape ( like had to hide my heavy breathing after half a flight of stairs) I knew I needed motivation, encouragement, and most importantly someone who wouldn't judge me for the bad shape I was in. I found all that and more here. Nathan is so encouraging and really takes you where your at, helping you to improve quickly. I think he believed more in me than I did that first session! I have become addicted to how strong I am getting and have even begun training for a powerlifting competition! Something I definitely never thought I could do! He is truly the best. Knowledgeable, patient, encouraging; I cannot recommend him enough especially if you are just starting your health journey. You won't find anyone more willing to teach you who truly wants to see you succeed! Can't wait to see how far I can go with Nate as my coach!
stlmusicfan: One of the things I love about Nathan, is he is strict on form. He makes sure you are doing all the lifts properly no matter what weight is on the bar. He designs sessions around what else you have worked on that week as well as how your body is feeling that day which is important to me. He has helped me with the mental aspects of Olympic Lifting as well as nutrition. He truly cares about helping you meet your strength goals and more importantly he delivers. I am stronger than ever before. Looking forward to smashing new goals with him in the very near future.
Ryan Rennecker: What an experience! To start, the facilities are awesome! This gym is for people who truly want to work out and become the best they can be. There are no mirrors, no distractions, no TVs and no lack of motivation! Aside from the gym itself, Nathan is a world class strength professional. The knowledge he has about strength training and the way he presents it is not only practical but highly motivating. He is very proficient in weight loss, body building, Olympic weight lifting and his main area of expertise, the training of athletes. I highly recommend STL Strength Academy to anyone who is serious about maximizing their potential in both their physical and mental capabilities!

Strength Works: what do users think?
Gene Kim: Zachary, the owner, is as much of Strength Works as Strength Works is as much a part of Zach. You can workout at the gym or receive training and Zach is not pushy either way. Members here know each other and it’s more tight knit than other box gyms so it’s more of a community. I’ve seen Zach coach kids, ladies, and guys successfully! Will drop in for technical work sometime soon but haven’t cause I’m hard to coach/teach and I have intense social anxiety and autism.
Rodney Pruitt: Joined in July 2022 with little knowledge/experience in weightlifting and its been an incredible journey ever since. Coach Zach obviously knows his stuff, but I've been most impressed by the community he's built within his gym. Incredible team and a the place to be if you want to get stronger!
Matt Gambino: It has been a great experience with getting strong and better looking... at the same time

Renae Oelrich: Zach is the best coach ever :) whether you are a new or experienced lifter, Strength Works is the place for you!
Sabrina Cope: Zach saved my cat from a burning building one time so you know his coaching is legit. Ask him for his opinions about elves. On a serious note, the energy at this location is electric so you should go lift there. Unless you just don’t want any PR’s or get strong or anything. Your choice. Couldn’t be me tho
June Kim: Great atmosphere and community! Great place for beginners and veteran lifters!
Yifu Zhu: Beat weightlifting gym in the STL area. Quality bars, plates, and people #strengthworksfam
Gordon Whitehurst: The best weightlifting gym in town hands down! Great atmosphere and great equipment.
Dequan Simmons: I can't recommend this place enough. I walked in not knowing I'd be joining such a strong supportive community and sense of inclusion. The best coach I have ever had for such a low and reasonable price? This is my go-to gym in stl.
Jesse Peterson: Positive:Professionalism,QualityGreat weightlifting gym. Very friendly atmosphere and perfect weightlifting environment. This gym had everything I needed. Zach the owner talked with me quite a bit and even helped coach me a little bit which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to this gym again if I’m ever in St. Louis. Total 5 stars all-around
Robert Zarrella: For strength training and olympic weightlifting, this is the gym to go to in St. Louis. Zach is a great trainer and coach and whatever your goals are he will help you reach them
Jamie Kennedy: This is a great gym for all athletes of all ages. The energy and atmosphere are always upbeat. Can’t recommend this gym, or coach Zach, enough!
Jamie Huse: Great gym to train in! Positive atmosphere and athletes who treat you like family. Not just a spot for Olympic weightlifter - all are welcomed. Highly recommend!!
Chris Nieburg: I've been bringing to see Zach for over a year now. He's a great coach and the environment is incredibly welcoming. He is absolutely effective. My son has brought home 5 national medals from competitions. He's what you want if you want to get better.

Lift-STL: what do users think?
Matan Cohen: Great facility and very good equipment.Always clean and organized.Highly recommend!
Joseph O'Neill: In the last four or so years, I've discovered a love for powerlifting. Too many commercial gyms around Saint Louis seem to condone this behavior and won't even let gym goes use chalk to assist with heavy dead lifts or such that would benefit from this. At Lift, your goals, no matter what they are, are encouraged! And they allow chalk, which is immensely helpful. From Lift's helpful staff to easy going disposition, this is a fantastic place to join Saint Louis's weightlifting community. Go sign up today!
James Chenault: They are outstanding, giving whatever level of help you need. When I walk in the door, they call me by name, and they become a part of your circle. Great place. Great results.
Carlo Sanfilippo: Amazing equipment, awesome team of experts to help you with your fitness goals, and a great community of patrons who are focused and considerate to work out with.
John: Amazing gym with super helpful and friendly staff—the equipment is kept in good condition and there is plenty of it to go around. I’ve been a member on-and-off for the last two years, and will continue coming back when I need a gym!
Miranda Lauth: Lift STL is by far the best gym I have been to! Eric is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each client/members individual goals. Staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. They have top notch equipment that you won’t find at other gyms. If you are looking for a new gym to call home I highly suggest Lift STL!
Cheng Yili: Pretty good gym. Excellent location, easy to park. I understand it called "Lift" STL, but if it come with more isolation training equipments. It will better.
Cameron: Awesome gym with a great owner, staff, and equipment.
Brannon Jones: The best gym for times and equipment/ if they don't have it you don't need it
Rhett Mueller: Life changing. Amazing place
Sarah Thummel: Loved hitting up Lift STL after work. When most gyms are obnoxiously busy in the evenings, Lift was chill. Savannah at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly, and all the other lifters were kind and respectful. I didn’t have to wait for any machines or try to carve out my space.Overall loved the space and vibe, plus you’ll find some cool equipment there you won’t see at many gyms.Give it a shot 💪🏼
John Taylor: Amazing gym! From the top of the line equipment to the amazing staff and friendly members. This place has everything that you could ask for and more. You can tell that everyone is there to work not socialize, but are also extremely welcoming if you need to “work in” on something.10/10
Jacob Williams: Perfect gym for ego lifters. Definitely become a member if you like waiting to use the squat rack because someone’s hogging multiple pieces of equipment or the local gym rats feel the need to have 30 minute conversations around them. I’ve kept my membership only due to the quality of the equipment and staff.
John Jansen: Top of the line equipment. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall great environment to better yourself.
Robert Barnacle: Positive:QualitySmall gym atmosphere. Not too crowded, but as they grow they will need to find a bigger space. The equipment is well maintained and kept tidy. The gym is located in a good spot with ample parking. Definitely a lifting spot as it only has two traditional treadmills. It is 24/7 though as a member and that is very nice.
Micah Iticovici: Easily my favorite gym in STL. In terms of highlights, the gym has tons of racks and places to deadlift, there is no shortage of bumper plates, normal and thick gripped dumbells going up to 100lbs+, lots of conditioning equipment, a reverse hyper, huge variety of bars including women's Olympic bars, ssbs, a Texas deadlift bar, and a log press. Finally, the hours are hard to beat. They're open 24/7
Kevin Schnepp: Outstanding gym in a great location in Brentwood. The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. Most importantly they have the best staff. There is a great atmosphere here with staff and members. You can tell the owner and his team are passionate about what they do. I have recommended Lift STL to both my family and friends.
Cole McKinnon: Best public gym around the St. Louis Area. Great knowledgeable staff that is very kind, all of the best equipment, 24/7 access, personal training and more. If you are looking for a new gym, I'd definitely give this place a look!
Theo: Always clean, it has all you need to get a solid workout!
Rita Campos: This gym is truly amazing! It’s beautifully designed and has state of the art equipment, great personal trainers and is SUPER clean! The atmosphere and music are awesome! The staff there are very welcoming and are prepared to answer questions you may have! I absolutely love this gym and highly recommend LiftStL to all my family, friends, EVERYONE!

Max Effort Strength and Conditioning: what do users think?
Jeremiah Patton: Top notch environment for strength training. Highly recommend!
Calvin Abt: I’ve been with Max Effort gym for about a year now and can confidently say that it is the best gym I’ve been a part of. They have a bunch of powerlifting and strongman oriented equipment to help you reach whatever goals you have, but if the wide range of equipment doesn’t help, the people there will. Steve and Ben definitely know there stuff, and everyone else at the gym is always willing to help.
John O: This is a good gym. Steve is nice.
harsh shahi: Amazing gym if you wanna get strong fast this is the place. BEN is a godlike trainer. Plus you get to play music if you come in early
Dustin Atteberry: Been going here since August or September of 2020, and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. If you are looking to get stronger, healthier, and more fit, this is the place to go. It’s more strongman and powerlifting oriented, but they have the best two coaches around. Definitely worth everything and then some of what it costs.
Ian McIntire: A terrific place to send your wife three days a week

Isaac Berrios: Best powerlifting gym in St Louis! I've lifted in many powerlifting gyms and this is by far the best gym I've been to. It contains: four squat racks, five combo racks, strongman equipment and tons of dumbells and many other pieces of equipment. It is always very clean! Something that's hard to come by in many non-commercial gyms.
Lois Verberkmoes: Max Effort is a gym environment like no other. Everyone at this facility is here to help you to be better. Benjamin Motl: Max Effort is a one of a kind facility that not only has the best equipment but also the best people. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging to each other which makes an awesome environment that's exciting to train in. Although power-lifting is the specialty, Max Effort also has the equipment to support other strength sports such as Olympic weightlifting, strong man, cross-fit, Highland games, and general health and fitness. The experience and knowledge here is world-class as you can learn things here that you can't learn from books or articles from the Internet.
Andy R: Awesome place to get serious about strength and conditioning. Great crew. Very supportive and motivating.
Abdalla Bani: You’ll not just be a member of Max Effort, you’ll belong to Max Effort.
Dan Bellavia: If you're looking for a gym that puts performance first, this is it. Steve, the owner, is there everyday pushing everyone to be their best. The atmosphere and camaraderie amongst the members elevates this gym to the best in STL. Racks, platforms, farmer's carry, prowlers, ropes, bands, wraps, ammonia, the list goes on and on, this gym has it all.
Gerald Ernat: Max Effort Strength and Conditiong is HANDS DOWN the best gym in St. Louis to reach your fitness goals. The owner, Steve, is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable men I have met when it comes to powerlifting and strength and conditioning. The place has all the equipment you need and Steve is always add g fun new stuff to train with. From the first day I walked in here, the atmosphere alone sold it for me. All the members are friendly and willing to help. Steve will greet every member with a hand shake and “hey, how’s it going” and I couldn’t think of another place to get powerlifting programming.

CrossFit Saint Louis: what do users think?
Josh Johnson: Great CrossFit location. Had a lot of fun dropping in for a session this morning. The coach welcomed us and made sure we knew how to perform the WOD. Great place for a CrossFit community and CrossFitters of all experience levels!
Amy Lehnhoff: Positive & welcoming team! Tough workout, but there are always modifications.
Dennis Plante: "Free parking and easy access, same intense workout!"
Danielle Lewis: Absolutely fun day with a great bunch of athletes!! Highly recommend the drop in classes if you are new to town.
Basil Qaisee: Amazing in so many ways.
Kenneth Hemba: Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at CrossFit STL. The coaches are knowledgeable, kind and patient, even with a marginally out of shape middle-aged guy such as myself. The first two weeks are coached directly by the owner to make sure every member knows how to safely perform the exercises in the classes. The workouts push you hard but not beyond your limits or beyond what is safe. I already feel stronger and am looking forward to each class!
Erin Leventhal: I loved dropping in here! Very welcoming community and great atmosphere.
Megan Lamphere: Positive:QualityWhat a great gym for a drop-in! The equipment is top notch and plentiful. The small class was run very well by coach Chris. I will definitely be stopping by if I visit St. Louis again.
Bart Pindela: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityDropped in for two classes during the week. The sign up was quick and straight forward. This facility is FIRST CLASS! The coaches and staff treated me like a regular - provided great feedback and tips on lifting form.
Patrick Kelly: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI travel for work and drop-in throughout the central US weekly. Cory and the other athletes were friendly and very accommodating. Excellent workout programming with great intensity. Definitely recommend and will be a regular when in St Louis.
Kristen Bell: Worth it
Corey Strong: The workout was solid, the facility was great, and the coaching was thorough.
Cody Miller: Great facility and awesome staff!
Zac Boros: Great CrossFit gym! Everyone is friendly and the coaching staff are nice and helpful. Cory is super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable working out. Highly recommend to anyone!
Pat Kopp: Wonderful love my trainer
Brandon Gaimari: I was a member at CFSTL for 4.5 years while I lived in STL and would recommend it to anyone looking a gym. The programming is effective and as tough as you want it to be, the space and equipment far exceeds what you see at a lot of crossfit gyms, and the community brings it all together. The coaches and management made sure to keep their doors open when possible (and legal) through snow storms, pandemics, etc. CFSTL is a place you can go to everyday, work toward your fitness goals, and have fun.
Tom Barrett: Great facility, awesome staff (very knowledgeable and good with giving direction), friendly and encouraging members.
David Rogers: I dropped in while travelling and they exceeded my expectations. It felt like home!
Sarah Bundy Sandvoss: Phenomenal Gym and the Staff is TOP NOTCH!
Tom Brady: I’ve been coming for five weeks. When first you walk in you are inspired by so many people - working hard to realize a different you - a better you.Trainer Cory puts it all together. Works to understand who you are - what challenges you face - what Vision you have for your bodybuilding. I thought each day I would be - less - now I believe I will be more each day. Thanks
Steven Dalbey: Excellent coaches and great atmosphere. Fun and hard working group of athletes who are encouraging to all who are there at whatever skill level you posess. Come and check it out if you want to get in great shape!

Big Fitness Personal Training: what do users think?
Jerysser Lopez de Rowland: Excelente place for workout and Excelente trainers.
Jorge Amorin: Best in stl
Michael Abney: Big Fitness is a uniquely effective way to crush your fitness goals and maintain them over time!!! Love the focus and dream team here! Jordan and Mika are the best! Highly recommend for anyone that wants the results of better health and bigger fitness!
Emma M.: Honestly, absolutely best investment I have made - time, energy, and money wise. I’ve been working out with the team for ~3 months and have already reached physical fitness goals I didn’t think were possible in that time frame (-20lbs, -8% BF, +6%MM etc). Not only is the team committed to helping you realize your vision, but they are genuinely just really good people. They care about my mental health as much as my physical health. As someone who bounced between trainers/gyms for a long time and saw no true benefit, I was really skeptical at first and thought that just like any business, they just want to make money — but that’s what is so fundamentally different about BF community; Jordan started this to help his community achieve incredible goals, and the money was just a necessary part of the equation, not the end goal.Plan to stay with them for as long as I can, they make me a better me!
Mark Harris: Everything anyone would need to train. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and even let me borrow a belt! Recommend this gym to everybody.
David Hamernick: I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Big Fitness. All the trainers are super friendly and foster a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. They make a point to greet and say goodbye to everyone. No pretension, just good vibes.I arrived with one month left in St. Louis and Mika took me on as a client with supreme attention to detail. Besides being a fun person to chat with, Mika kept my recently recovered back injury in mind and tailored each day depending on my needs. I feel healthier already, and excited to take what I’ve learned from BF to continue my fitness journey.I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone — all shapes and sizes welcome.
Amy Williams: Big Fitness and Mika Moss have truly been amazing on my weight loss and getting fit journey. Mika is encouraging, positive and real. She pushes me just hard enough that I want to keep going back for the next workout. I am 50 and getting in the best shape of my life!and working
Matt Mizell: I go to Big Fitness twice a week because Big is not the same as other gyms.Mika, my trainer, and Jordan the owner have built a welcoming environment for those who have resisted going to a gym because or fear of judgement or failure. I count this place as one of my favorite safe places to go and be me.Mika took the time to understand me, what motivates me, and what i need, and she built a program that has kept me coming back for over a year. This place changed my life.
Rumaila Soin: Sara has been a great trainer! I've been out of the gym for a while now and needed help getting back into it. Sara's been very professional, motivational and FUN! The sessions so far have been great. I communicated with Jordan to get set up and he was very helpful and quick with his responses! Great place, great people!
Professor Scott Angus: Jordan and has team has changed my life! I was off and on w working out for years, but never got serious. I ve lost weight, got stronger, gained muscle and become healthier. At 47 I feel the best I have had felt in 20 years. I highly recommend this gym! They always make you feel like your their only client!
Jared P: I went to Big Fitness daily for 9 months. At first the work out was great and consistent. The problem was the owner would pass me around to other trainers, who knew nothing about the workout plan created by Jordan for me. I paid 800 dollars a month to be fitness pimped around with other trainers wasting my workout time by asking me questions about my workout. The main problem happened when JORDAN took his honeymoon and left the gym in the hands of 2 trainers. The problem is that the trainer assigned to me in Jordans departure was a heavy set, out of shape man named Josh. I personally told Jordan that the guy was FAT when he hired the guy. WHO PAYS TO TAKE WORKOUT ADVICE FOR SOMEONE OUT OF SHAPE... FOR 800 A MONTH? I got hustled hard, and told that my membership was suspended because I walked out of a workout with the FAT GUY. He informed me I was being passive aggressive. There are many other personal trainers out there. Some are more cost effective than others. I recommend BIOFIT personally. Be warned... These people at BIG Fitness will appear friendly, but it's all about that money.
Rajat Duggirala: I have been going to Big Fitness for at least 6 months now. Mika and Jordan (the only trainers I've worked with) are some of the nicest, most hardworking and motivating people you will meet. Jordan's expertise and dedication to his business shows in so many ways: He is always honest, constantly looking for ways to add value to your life, will discuss any and all roadblocks (fitness-related or otherwise), and leads by example. Mika is equally dedicated, will treat your goals as her own, and is so warm and welcoming.Their program works. They focus on functional fitness, and building a system where you prioritize health for the rest of your life (as opposed to dropping a bunch of weight and putting it back on later). First session is free, and now that I've been going here, I can't imagine working out anywhere else.
Gloria Bailey: I love it, good work!
Nowah: Simply put, BRILLIANT! 😁
Dale Tieman: Jordan is an excellent trainer! He will motivate you and work you to exceed your goals.
Jeremy King: The program at Big Fitness has made a huge impact in the way I train and the way I approach my physical fitness. I started working out here during the Covid-19 pandemic and haven't stopped since.Big Fitness is easily the most welcoming and cleanest gym environment I've ever been a member of. The staff is knowledgeable and their commitment to service goes above and beyond what any other personal training gym provides. I can't recommend this enough to anyone interested in making a real lasting change in their lives.
Stephen Jones: They are safe with their personalized fitness training. Motivational and realistic. Jordan is always positive
Jennifer Suther: Jordan is an awesome trainer. He listens to your needs and plans an effective workout to meet your personal goals!
Kevin Amstutz: This new gym is everything I want and need! It's a high functioning class that hits every single muscle group! I am not saying it's easy but looking for something different, this is it! I have played football my whole life and ran the Chicago Marathon in 2018. I got tired of running and didn't want just throw big weights around. Looking to get tone and fit? Check it out! First class is free and the own of the Gym, Jordan Gonzalez knows his stuff!
