Sarah Gershenson: My husband and I, Andrew, got married back in June - so this is VERY late, but better late than never! If you are looking for a photographer, look no further. Sarah, and her amazing partner Jeremy, were the best decision we made for our wedding day. Sarah is SO organized and has an AMAZING eye. My first inclination that we made the right decision is when she provided us and walked through a sample timeline with us a year before the wedding and checked in with us regularly to update said timeline up until the wedding. Sarah and Jeremy are so calm, cool and collected and make everything easy - they really helped guide us through the day - like two extra planners! We kept saying "we are not models and we just want fun, real photos of our day" and they delivered. There are so many amazing candid photos of our day as well as polaroid's our guests got to take home and THEY LOVED THEM. We got married on a very busy day at the Art Museum at Forest Park and took our pictures there. Sarah was patient and also found amazing, quiet and serene spots in the park for our photos. She would say, "I love this spot here, what do you think?" and my response all day was "I trust you!", which really paid off. We really cannot say enough good things about Sarah: her photography skills, fun and calming demeanor and her great vibes and bubbly energy. She is very passionate about what she does, and the photos are a testament to that.Focusing on the admin side first, Sarah’s communication was very clear and always timely. She would reach out as you neared a milestone to let you know what to expect, what information she needed from you (if any) and was very responsive to any questions you sent her way. Sarah was always on time, provided recommendations or guidance as needed, and did a great job leading us through our wedding day timeline during the portrait session. Sarah was able to seamlessly pivot from the professional portraits to capturing some of the more fun photos we requested. Elle Faerber: If I could give Sarah more stars, I would! My now husband and I had a lot of zoom interviews with potential photographers. Most of these interviews were 5-10 minutes. Our conversation with Sarah was over an hour. As soon as that meeting ended, we knew she was the one. He is very conscientious with ensuring that passport photos meet the exact measurements; we started using this service of his after going repeatedly to another store (*cough* Walgreen's), which never was able to correctly take an infant's passport photo that would meet the requirements.He took beautiful engagement and wedding photos of our daughter and (now) son-in-law in June 2016. My daughter's friend loved these wedding pictures so much that she has booked him to do her engagement and wedding photos later this year.His photos are creative and well-done, and his prices are extremely reasonable. He is very patient and understanding with children. He has a good eye for what looks best in a photo. I cannot recommend Bernie enough.

I loved that I could book our DJ and videographers through the same place. They offer so many different options for packages and add-ons to customize your needs. You even get a discount when you book more than one service which is awesome! Complete was a breeze to work with and I highly recommend them for a stress free planning process.Our DJ was Carl and he was so great to work with. I was very specific with our song selections for the reception, had an extensive "do not play" list and he stuck to it all. He was very responsive with communication, even the day of I wasn't sure what song I wanted for one of our special dances and he was able to make it happen for us. Carl makes sure that you can reach out to him at any point with changes, even if it's the day of! He kept the party going and all of our guests loved it.Our videographers were Xander and Dave and they too were amazing to work with. Xander helped us work through our day of timeline which was great because the timeline was a huge stressor during the planning process. I wanted to make sure they captured as much of the day as possible. I asked if they were open to coming at different times so we could maximize our time and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. Our wedding day was very cold, we had our ceremony outdoors. Xander and Dave powered through to get all those important moments and kept us pumped up for the day, despite the cold temperatures!

He did an amazing job getting our guests on the dance floor and KEEPING them on the dance floor all night! He also accommodated special requests like the anniversary dance, we used my parents 1st dance song to honor their 30 years of marriage AND surprised us with my husband's mother/son dance - my sister n law and brother n law actually played guitar and sang their song, it was such a happy surprise and brought us to tears! Lastly.. if you want the best name announcer.. he is your guy! He was such a good hype man!

Galicia Guerrero: Our experience with Complete Weddings & Events was phenomenal! From booking to the night of the wedding, everything flowed perfectly. They were always on top of things and communicated frequently to ensure everything was in place. The best part of our experience was our DJ, John. He was hands down amazing. He was personable, incredibly flexible, and went above and beyond for us. We had to rearrange the plan the minute the reception started due to our cake melting and the impending storm -- he just helped us create a new flow for the evening. There were storms and tornado warnings -- he kept his composure, remained calm, helped all the guests remain calm and safe, and worked with the caterers to adapt and make the evening continue to flow. He made sure we were fed and taken care of throughout the night constantly checking in to make sure all was well. When all was well and the dance party started, John made sure it kept going and played to the audience extremely well. John was incredible!

Kat Chatmon: Everything and everyone was so easy to talk to and navigate what I wanted and needed for my wedding. Libbi was just so amazing to work with and talk to and answered any and all questions I had over the last year. Not to mention the WONDERFUL DJ we got paired with, Taj. I worked with Scott throughout the process and he was always quick to respond or explain anything I needed. There were are couple of times where I needed to update the contract times and it was always so easy to get a hold of him or someone in the office.
