ColonelAuctioneer: Customer service phone reps are awful! I was a customer for nearly a decade. The customer service has been really bad over the last year to the point I had to cancel. They are rude, angry, belittle you, hang up on you, won’t return phone calls, and finally double charging my credit card and arguing about when it is clearly their fault...... never again! Worst water service! F rating. Stay away!

Tayona Mayhew: Sam was timely, knowledgeable, and very professional. He did a wonderful job with my recent installation and answered all of my questions; even made recommendations for my next install. Absolutely would go with this company again but only if this service individual, Paul, were to be the service Tech.

Mike Coppoc: The lab has a great report, and friendly staff.... however....I sent in samples for a church that needed mold testing. They found mold, but didn't know if it was in the air and if they should hold services or not. I expected to get the report emailed on Friday, and when I didn't get the email I called on Saturday. After spending Saturday afternoon on hold listening to a message saying how valuable I am and that I would be helped in the order calls were received I finally had to give up. That left 300 parishioners not knowing if they could use their chapel or not.I when I did get the sample it was high, so they wanted a sample of the fellowship hall that is adjacent. I called and asked if I needed another control sample, and was told no and just reference it on the form. I did that and the report came out without the control comparison. When I called they acted like it was my fault, but they did send the corrected report.I just sucked it up as a bad experience and figured life moves on, even though I was out the cost of the labs I paid them, plus had to refund my client since obviously the service was not provided as promised. By the time it was said and done I was out a couple hundred to EMSL, plus the refund to my client of the lab fees and my fee. A month later I get an invoice saying that I still owe them $15 for mailing the sample. Seriously, after all the problems they wouldn't even take off the $15 charge....The lab does good work, but the administration certainly is a problem.
Innovative Cleaning and Restoration: Always great service, and always prompt with time frames. Keep up the good work.
