Kathryn Voskuil: Shout out to Daniel at the Lyn Valle location. He was so patient with three Senior citizens trying to fix an old (at least 20 years) shower handle. He found us the exact part we needed, explained how to install it and was so kind. Don't know how long Daniel has been working at Milford, but if I had someone like Daniel on my team, I'd say he's a keeper for sure! Keep up the good work!

Megan McFadden: I purchased a tub faucet cartridge for a very old bathroom and Milford Supply was the only place that had them. I needed to get another one and they had one coming the following week. I had an immediate need and instead of telling me there is nothing they can do, they looked up the part on the internet and told me where I could get it and have it in two days. This did not benefit them at all as I would be purchasing the item elsewhere. Now THAT is going above and beyond. Milford Supply in Green Park is definitely a company I will return to for ANY plumbing needs. Thank you for the great customer service!!
Brian Harper: Went in to get some parts to fix a bad diverter in my shower, it's a 3 handle system with large water inlet connections (1960's era style) and is getting hard to find parts for. Not only did the younger guy working the counter find the diverter I needed, his counterpart pulled out some catalogues and showed me some newer valves with large inlet connections like mine that I can swap out and actually find all the parts for to repair it if needed. I didn't catch their names but it was 11/17/21 in the morning. They also supplied me with the name of a reliable plumber should I run into any issues. If you get tired of walking around a chain hardware store looking for parts but never finding them head over and see the helpful team at Milford Supply.

Justin Albers: Great service, great people, and they have what you need when nobody else does!One day into being quarantined with my family(with 3 kids under 11, one a 1yo), our water heater went out. No one could come out unless vaccinated, and all of the vacc'ed employees of every hvac company turned us down. I searched for the correct part online, and the earliest delivery date was over a month away. Milford had the assembly that I needed in stock, and nobody else in a 75 mile radius did. They'll receive my business forever after this. Awesome employees, awesome business

We are fairly close to them and anytime we need anything we know they will usually have it in stock and will provide excellent customer service. Today a young man behind the counter helped me and I walked in asking for a part by the complete wrong name. He brought me what I asked for and he also brought up what he thought I really needed. He didn't make me feel dumb or anything negative at all. Just provided great service to me and anyone else in their showroom at the time. A business I would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing supplies or tools. THEY HAVE DIABLO BLADES!!!!!

Matt Alvino: Needed to replace the overflow cover on my tub that broke on a Friday evening. Only place I could really find that was open on Saturday in an area I knew. A bit off the beaten path, but the staff was super helpful and was able to coach me up enough to fix my whole problem. I was kind of planning on just band-aiding it...When you pull up you will probably start to doubt they actually have a retail counter, but they do.
