Donna LaBruyere: I had an old watch that no one would touch because they said that it couldn’t be fixed. I contact Eric at Watch Repair Central and brought it in for him to take a look at. Within 1 hour he called me saying it was fixed! He is extremely knowledgeable about his business, very professional and his cost is unbeatable. Before you go anywhere else go to Eric first. You will be very happy you did!
Doug Roach: A fast, easy, affordable, and thoroughly professional establishment.
Tim Knobloch: Highly recommend

Arijeta Rrahmani: Best place for valuable watches he is quick and prices are reasonable love this place
Ken Wienhoff: New battery replacement. In and out. Friendly and fast service.
Raymond Furgason: Eric’s the man. Just like a car mechanics, you can easily get screwed by someone that’s not knowledgeable or skillful and trust worthy. You lucked out by finding Eric as your go to watch guy.
Gary Guarino: Walked in and asked for a battery for my watch…….owner took my watch …never told me how much……. Return it to me and said it would be $28.10…….battery $11.50 plus $15.00 labor cleaning and pressure testing the watch …… something tells me that’s not a good business practice …….very disappointed ……as a customer ….guess I’ll have to ask how much before I get a battery replacement……but it will not be at this place again.
Dean Hooks: Great service!
Candice Gordon: Very friendly and excellent service!
Andrew Tveitnes: Fast, knowledgeable, fair. Eric is an incredibly nice guy that cares about his customers. He wants to do things the right way so that you don't have any issues later on, and he'll do it for you right away. His prices are quite reasonable as well. He replaced two batteries and repaired two bands that other shops had failed to do for me; and he did it all in 30 minutes.
Richard Kuehn: A truly great independent service. Professionally run mon and pop operation. It's highly recommended. Take your watch or clock repair needs here, you won't regret it.
Mike Davis: I moved recently from Boston to St Louis and was looking for a quality watch repair company for myself. I had good success from where I previously lived and saw the good reviews online so I decided to give them a try.Eric my watch guy, not only was able to match up a suitable replacement for my Casio watch, but he was able to offer suggestions on clasp, etc.He repaired my watch to a good working status and also helped my Mom with a linger issue as well. Fair price, good location, very professional, this it the place everyone should go to get their watch fixed. You won't regret it.
Sam Schmid: Quick, polite, and professional. I have a Seiko SKX that was only a couple of years old and was having crown issues and I took it here because of the reviews and I am glad I did. The store operator was friendly and informative and the free estimate only took a few days. The repair was simple and was completed within the same hour I got the estimate call back. The watch was opened and so a pressure test was included which was nice. They had the parts needed in stock too. Nice selection of Hadley Roma bracelets/bands too in store if you need something basic. Will definitely recommend to my dad who has more expensive pieces when he inevitably needs them serviced.

Watch Masters - Watch • Jewelry • Clock Repair: what do users think?
Travis S: Super knowledgeable about my vintage Hamilton. They know their stuff. Professional, affordable, fast, and friendly. Will be back!
C Owens: Excellent work, great pricing, friendly and helpful.
S. T. Freeman: Great experience. I had a fussy screw removed from my watch bracelet...and got the piece sized for my Fiancée. I spent an hour discussing watches with the owner. I will be taking two watches into him for servicing.
Altis Durante: Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have more clocks to take up to him since he did a great job with the first clock.
Sam Reynolds: Fast, friendly and very efficient! Incredible service.Went in for a new watch battery and x2 clasp repairs. The battery was changed in minutes.. a new clasp had to be ordered -fast turn around delivery and repair! They even found a rose gold clasp to match the watch face (without requesting it!)
Opiip: This place is awesome! The guy who works here is AMAZING he's super knowledgeable and very efficient! 100/10 would recommend.
Ryan Shannon: Really excellent experience. The gentleman who assisted me changed two of my watch batteries for $20, while I waited. One of which is a specialty case that cost me $100 to change four years ago at Sak's. He also reset the bells and whistles for me which will save me a ton of time. HIGHLY recommend
Marcus Cutrone: Replaced battery and rubberO ring WHILE I WAITED,for only $10
Jenny Hua: I came to fix an old watch for my grandpa. They were extremely quick with fixing my watch and even apologized for taking too long when it was not long at all! The repairman even gave me a bit of background on the type of watch, so that was cool. If I ever need more watch repairs done, I will most definitely be coming back.
John Harbaugh: Fantastic business ... Put a new mechanism in a 40 year old Italian designer wall clock ...Great job
Brent Feldman: Great experience. Friendly services, timely repair and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
Ls1Gt6: Stopped by for a battery replacement, they had me in and out in less than 10 min. Very friendly customer service and great pricing. I will be back for batteries or repairs in the future. Thanks!
Hasan Turaev: Great watch and jewelry store, really glad I found this place while I was visiting St. Louis. My watches stopped working all of the sudden and the store owner did an amazing job fixing it and the price was more than fair. They also buy and sell watches and jewelry, not just repairing them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Louis or who lives there, it's a hidden gem.

Helen's Clock Co: what do users think?
Lucille Ohms: The owner actually LOST my cookoo clock
21 Artistry: The owner fixed my clock within days and was very responsive!
MaryJane Millner: I have been trying to pick up our clocks for over a year now. They do not answer their phone. When and if they call you back and say they will be there, I drive there and no one is there. This is my 4th confirmed attempt and again, no one is here. Please find another click company!!
Pamela Mueller: He truly knows how to work on clocks thank you so very much I'm definitely a happy person
Rita McElhany: Very nice clock repairs. Just like in a novel with an elderly craftsman!
Pete Fox: Left my clock to be repaired. After 4 months tried repeatedly to call and check on the repair status. No answer. Then tried several times to retrieve my clock at the store, only to find no one there on premises. Finally contacted the BBB to report his lack of service. At long last "he" called me to come and pick up my clock (not repaired)! When I returned to the shop, he could not find it, at which time I pointed out it was behind the counter in the exact spot that he placed it 5 months prior when I dropped it off. DO NOT GO THERE.
JR Hill: Owner stole my clock. I took my cuckoo clock to helens clocks for a tune up. After not hearing from the shop I stopped in several times to get status update. Each time there was another excuse. Last time I stopped by owner told me he could find my clock. He basically stole my clock. Buyer beware. The shop is most shady.
Claire H.: My actual dealing with this establishment happened last year but I didn't realize the damage he caused until now. I took my clock in for an estimate last year. It took him several weeks before I was given an estimate. Then after he gave me the estimate, he gave me an 8 week finish date. That was fine. Stopped by two times during the hours posted on his door but he wasn't there. Finally called him and he couldn't find my clock. He found my clock, and of course it wasn't finished. After another two weeks, I went to go pick it up and crystal total fell out of the door. He told me to take the clock back like that (without the glass being in). I told him I wanted my clock back the way I brought it in. He adhered it with some clear silicone. A sloppy job and wasn't centered on the face of the clock, etc. Took it to a reputable clock repairman this week and he showed me the crystal is too small!!! So apparently, Helen's Clock broke the original crystal and didn't tell me! Don't take any clocks there for repairs! It'll just "tick" you off!

American & International Clock & Watch Repair: what do users think?
Sarah Pool: If you want to spend hours waiting for the lady to stop talking to the customer in line behind you and you want to be accused of having a wall "not plume". A wall that the clock hung on for 30 years with no problem, then have them replace your movement. Then you can listen to the pendulum hitting the sides of the clock and keep going back and telling them the pendulum is hitting and they never fix it, then go here.
Mary Finley: David went above and beyond to repair our Atmos clock in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Very professional. And, his wife, Jane, was very helpful.
Steven Mazurek: Dave came over a was extremely professional. And fixed my grandfather clock. I was very happy.
Paul Jeannot: Fixed an antique clock that had sentimental value because it belonged to my great grandparents. Clock is now running great.
Park D: Excellent experience and service. I would highly recommend David to anyone needing an expert, capable, skilled and experienced clocksmith. David assisted me in dissembling and packing up a 200-year-old English grandfather clock for transportation and then re-assembly at its final destination. He could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and flexible. He was a pleasure to work with at every stage of the process.
Matt Genné: Excellent communication and thorough attention to detail.
john lesh: They are top notch, but they are slow. There is a reason for this, they use quality parts which take time to get and they do the work right. Your watch will be taken care of the right way. Would recommend to anyone who cares about how their watch is maintained.
Thomas Mcbride: Great old world clock shop.
Douglas Dressel: Friendly people, fast service! Very interesting shop - great clocks on display.....A feeling of nostalgia swept over me....
Nancy Minnick: We bought an antique grandfather clock from David about 35yrs ago. He has serviced this clock over all these years and it still works great. He and his wife Jane are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them for repairs, service or purchase of a clock. They're the best!
C B Holmes: We have two antique clocks and there’s no one in St. Louis we trust more than American and International Clock- they literally brought our clocks back to life. Our 1890 French antique clock hadn’t run for years and they fixed it in 2010 and it has been running beautifully ever since. Our 1900 Seth Thomas was missing some parts when we bought it and they found the replacements and got it running in no time. We bring them in for maintenance and it’s always a pleasure to salivate over their collection of vintage clocks!!
Susan Wright: Very professional. My antique clock works great!
KEVIN ANTHONY: Simply the place in St. Louis for watch repair!! Phenomenal service and pure class!!
Chris T: After buying an older Grandfather clock from an estate sale I couldn't get it going. I called the clock shop and talked to Jane for awhile who was super friendly ! She sent her husband David out to my house and he got it going in not time! All it needed was a good cleaning and a small inexpensive spring. It is now running perfectly and chiming beautifully! I would highly recommend them if you want a good, honest expert that knows what he's doing and not out to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Thank you so much!!
mark banjo: We recently moved to St. Louis. Our cherished 100-year-old German grandfather clock was running perfectly when it was disassembled and packed by so called “professionals” in our home and shipped to St. Louis. When our clock arrived and assembled by the same moving “professionals”, it did not keep time or chime. The moving company sent two different local clock repair companies to inspect it, neither could diagnose or they miss diagnosed why our clock was not working properly. Then, fortunately, we found Jane and David. After talking with Jane, David came out the next day! David quickly identified the issues with our clock, repaired it on the spot, and preformed standard maintenance. The price? More than fair!Jane and David are the consummate trustworthy experts we needed to inspect and repair our valuable heirloom timepiece. They are super friendly people who love clocks, and the folks who own them! Without a doubt, you can trust them to take great care of your timepiece!
Susan Kime: Knowledgeable friendly staff. A pleasure to work with!
Elizabeth Steltzer: David and Jane are amazing in their knowledge and their service. I wouldn't take my pieces anywhere else. Friendly and informative and they do things RIGHT. That is hard to come by these days. Thanks so much for being the professionals you are. Worth every penny.
Rob Rollins: I have been very pleased with the service at this quaint shop. I have also referred David to friends, customers of mine and relatives. Everyone has been so impressed with the care and dignity along with the knowledge of repairing their antique clocks.I would (and have) recommend David and Jane for small or large antique clocks, grandfather clocks or even intricate European clocks.Quality craftsmanship is hard to find!!
Carynn Kiger: Very knowledgeable about all aspects of clocks and repair. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!
Clay Babin: Great shop, and service. Fixed clock promptly. Lots of neat old clocks in showroom, some for sale. I'll be back.
James Long: Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job fixing up an old clock of ours. Lots of great clocks on display for sale. The conversation was nice as well, very personable.
