Connor Hashemi: While I have been interested in Monta Watches for a while now, I finally got a chance to see their models in person. Although I called them for a showing on Monday morning, I was expecting to be turned down or require some sort of credentials. I was very surprised when they scheduled a one-on-one showing for me at their headquarters, and was even more surprised that one of the founders was there to present them!The watches are very well made and I especially love the black dials with the pop of red. Since I previously only had online photos to go off of, seeing them in person gives me a lot more confidence purchasing them in the future. It was easy to see the passion Justin had for the watches and I greatly appreciated the time he took out of his day to talk with me. Hopefully soon I will have a Monta watch myself!
Marcus Baca Martinez: Customer service is unbeatable. Nothing like having the president of Monta size your bracelet with his own tools. The St Louis pride is strong here. I suggest any watch enthusiasts in the area make an appointment with Monta.

I’ve been looking at this brand for awhile and since they are based in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri I decided to give him a call. I made an appointment to meet with him and look at the different Manta models. OMG. The pictures on the internet does not give these timepieces justice. The quality and wearability of these watches are amazing. The dial color, polishing are up there with brands that cost 3-4 X more. I already got the gray dial Triumph as my next watch to purchase. I have to put a Manta watch in my rotation. Swiss made, STL based.Thanks Justin for spending an hour hanging out talking watches and showing me these amazing timepieces.

Grant Stoecker: Over the past 8 years, I've owned a score of Swiss watches ranging from Tissot to Hublot, and not one of these watches has made an impression on me the way my Monta Oceanking has. Everything from the presentation box to the case finishing is incredible. Not only is the watch well designed, but also incredibly accurate. My Oceanking has held chronometer spec timing since the day I got it. Like an Eames chair, the Monta is well designed, timeless, and functional. The hard decision is not whether or not to buy a Monta, it what dial color you're going to go with.

watcheswithmukherjee: I am writing this review after waiting 2 years for an Omega Snoopy Speedmaster 50th anniversary edition and giving up hope.Been on the list for the longest time and finally gave up today after I got a call from the boutique manager who said the wait might be another 5 years or 7 years.In the watch world, that's a polite way to take a hike.It's funny as people who have purchase histories somehow seems to get the watch much faster and sometimes get more than one even though it's super limited.Unfortunately those not willing to play the watch game of buying something else to truly get the watch they need has no chance of getting the snoopy Speedy and it's sad that the Rolex playbook has also caught up with Omega.I am not writing this to spite the salespeople at the boutique but to let any prospective buyers know what they are in for if they want the snoopy without a purchase history.
Nathan Leventhal: Me and my Fiancé stopped in today to take a look at a few watches. Ended up not looking at anything.. Multiple sales people and staff had numerous oppertunites to at the very least, welcome me into the store. Nothing. Questions? Nothing. Zero. As a retail business owner in the area, this is absolutly unacceptable! Will never return and will take my business elsewhere.

But, when I talked to her about the price and some financing options, she became very unhelpful. She quickly became defensive and rude and i felt that I was treated poorly. The lady I was working with got all flustered and frustrated with me and I ended up leaving the store disgusted and very disappointed. It's a shame she let a sale slip right through her fingers. I would not recommend this store to others after my experience.
Scott Rysdon: As the other reviewers have said I do not recommend the Omega Boutique... at all. No returns policy on high value luxury goods, I guess Omega believes they don’t have to. Only problem for watch enthusiasts is you can’t find the selection at a dealer so you can try a very high priced watch on... IF you go... don’t buy anything! UPDATE: Although I still love the brand I was on the website just yesterday and found out you can return items there, curious I know.

Paul Campana: 12/17/2020 I just picked up my Omega Solid Gold Constellation after having it serviced and I was extremely happy with the quality of service and treatment that I received from the Manager of the store - Donna. Donna addressed all of my issues and concerns when I brought the watch in and then had the watch serviced and now its as good as new !! It's crystal clear to me that Donna and Omega are very proud their brand which has proven 2nd to None.3 Years AgoSuperior customer service! I have visited and purchased merchandise at the Omega Boutique at Plaza Frontenac numerous times as I am a big Omega Watch Enthusiast. Hercules is very knowledgeable about his products and always super friendly. He also keeps me up to date on the latest promotions and invites me to special events at the Omega Store via email. Every time I stop by, I see a new style of an Omega watch that I consider purchasing.
Perry Stubbs: The service in this Omega botique is second to none. Arielle assisted me and I recommend anyone looking for any product Omega produces to work with her. I went in to buy a measly $160 band for my watch and was treated as if I were buying a $10,000 piece. I will certainly be returning for all of my Omega needs in the future. While the store is exceptionally high end, there is a welcoming aspect that I have not always experienced in high end retail shops before. There was none of the arrogrnace that is prevalent in some of Omega's competitors' shops. Keep up the great work! You've earned a new customer.
Robert Busch: I bought a watch in Chicago at the omega store. They St Louis store refused to refund or exchange it at this location within the 14 day warranty period. The technician said it was defective and then reran the test a second time and proclaimed it was fine. I’m now dealing with the original location Chicago store and my credit card company. I would not purchase from them.

Brittany Lewis: Cori Taylor was my technician and she was phenomenal. I arrived with 2 watches that had stopped working and one also needed a band replacement. She replaced the battery on one of my watches perfectly. She also found the most perfect new watch band for me. She tried to replace the battery on my second watch but correctly diagnosed that it needed a new movement (the portion of the watch where the gears are located). She told me to pick up the watch in 15 minutes, and then waited much longer than 15 minutes for me to arrive without leaving the desk so that she would be sure not to miss me. When I arrived, she transacted me and recommended where I could get the movement replaced, and referred me there. I was able to drop off the watch for the replacement in the same day. I had an amazing experience and I recommend Cori Taylor at the Dakota Watch Company to anyone who wants a new watch battery, band, or information on more extensive repair!

mike benz: I have two Dakota Watches that just stopped working one day. It is not the batteries. I have tried that. I have tried to get a hold of Dakota through the internet because i believe they have lifetime warranties, but can not get a response. .
Andrea L.: Yesterday, I received the most unprofessional customer service I have received in recent years. First, I stopped by the Dakota kiosk to get an estimate of a battery replacement. After about 5 minutes of listening to the sales representative gossip with who I presumed was another mall employee, the sales represented finally acknowledged me and told me the price, which was $30 with a two-year warranty for an MK battery. I then said I would go to another location within the mall for an estimate as well, because the warranty is the most important factor for me to consider. I reluctantly came back to the Dakota kiosk because the other mall location was temporarily closed, and delivered my watch for service. After about 2 minutes, I returned to the Dakota kiosk to inform the sales rep that I was able to get a five year warranty elsewhere, and asked if she could match the warranty. She replied "I only work here. I do not set the prices or anything else." I then asked for her to stop the repair, and return my watch. In the usual customer service business, most sales people would try to accommodate the customer to some degree, to keep the business. She did not. In fact, she pointed her finger and yelled at me saying, "Do not do that. Do not do that. You brought your watch to me and now you're telling me you don't want the service!" I removed my face mask so that she could hear me clearly when I said, "Ma'am, I did not raise my voice nor yell at you. I simply asked if you could match the warranty. I will be sure to escalate this situation to management of Dakota Company." Passerby mall customers stopped in shock, watching and listening to ensure I didn't need help with this situation. She snarkily remarked, "That's fine. I'm the manager and my name is Corinne Taylor."I was thrilled to take my business, and all future business, elsewhere. Please do not give any business to Corinne Taylor at the St. Louis Galleria. If she is a representation of the company, Dakota needs to institute immediate adverse action and customer service training.

Johnson Johnson: I attempted to change my own batteries on my Casino watches. I couldn't find the batteries I needed, and I also lost a few parts. I stopped by Dakota to see what can be done, to avoid sending out. Dakota had everything I needed and got my watch working again, they also did a pressure test to make sure it was ok to wear in the water still!!! Thanks for the great service!!!
Tasha Lewis: Brought my grandmothers watch in to have serviced. My grandmother had broken her citizens watch and needed the band repaired. The band had broken in three different places. The girl working was able to fix the watch band within a few minutes. She even offered to clean it. My grandmother was thrilled to have her watch fixed!

After having several places look at my watch unable to find the issue staff here was able to pin point when I dropped the watch my hands had come loose, they quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and I was out the door with a working Watch! Jonathan McAllister: I will preface this review by stating that I've never written one but I felt compelled to share this experience. I went to Dakota Watch company to have a link removed from my luxury watch this morning. They removed the link and a month later the watch fell apart at the link they had removed. I went to another jeweler in the Galleria to have them fix it Because Dakota wasn't open yet. They told me that Dakota had forgotten to put the slide back in and that they should make the repair for free and that they didn't have the expertise to make the repair. I went back to Dakota and conveyed the error the other jewler believed to be the issue and the employee at Dakota accused me of being a liar saying they didn't do anything wrong and that while she could repair the watch she wasn't going to because she thought I was rude. I then went next door to Fast Fix, whos repair guy told me he has gotten more business off of repairing Dakota's mistakes than independently. He further affirmed Dakota's error and moreover said that they had bent and broken all of the replacement pins to fix the watch. Thankfully he had the replacement parts and was able to repair it. Moral of the story: never use Dakota Watch Company to have your watch fixed, especially if it's expensive! End rant.

Wes Moorhead: Brought my watch here for a battery replacement, they were happy to replace the battery and an employee named Charassie worked on the Swiss Army Victorinox watch.After about an hour of her working on the watch she brings it back to me saying that she is unable to put the clasp back together - note these watches should not be disassembled by the clasp, there is a special pin that should be removed in the band.I asked for a receipt showing that she worked on the watch so that the store could be held accountable for reassembling the clasp - she REFUSED to give me a receipt and said she is not charging me for the battery and that I should leave.At this point I insisted to pay for the battery since my watch is now disassembled. She was very rude and started yelling at me and that it is my fault for owning the watch and bring it there..After inspecting the clasp there are now dents around the pin holes and they are scratched all around them. Very badly.The next day I call store Manager Emily Kranz to explain the situation, she was nothing but extremely unhelpful. She told me that there is nothing they can do since I left the store with my watch they are not responsible.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I came to Simon's based off the positive reputation they have in the community and they DELIVERED. Since the first that I came a year ago, I have closely worked with Jonathan and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Jonathan was very professional, kind, and transparent. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was honest with me about the shortages, time frames and just did a really excellent job at communicating. I received the phone call that I my beautiful watch arrived two days before my bridal shower!!It was the best experience ever; I truly felt all of the love and positive energy from the entire team. I came in to pick up my watch 30 minutes before they closed; Jonathan was prepared for my arrival, another gentleman adjusted my watch and taught me how to do the adjustments myself, and Stacy did a complimentary cleaning of my engagement ring so that it was picture ready for my bridal shower! I was tight on time so I could not do the engravement the day of, but again Jonathan was so accommodating and offered this service at a later time.I truly could have not asked for a better experience. Thank you Jonathan and entire team for the BEST EXPERIENCE, I will cherish this memory forever. I look forward to adding to my collection and sneaking in some extra cuddles from Ronin!
