Purchased over $3000 in pressure washing equipment in the past year One of the Mi-T-M pumps was potentially sold defective and the warranty is not being honored. I'll take all of my business elsewhere.

Sandra Miller: The staff is friendly and the store is easy to find but the prices are ridiculously high for their products. I love the fact that you can establish an account but it didn't do any good if you can't keep accruing discounts in real time for every dollar spent. That's my experience with this location and my company has spent quite a bit here this past year because we didn't want to drive farther to Home Depot while on the job. Learned a hard lesson because the costs were higher for a cheaper product. In referring to the pure white paint they sell. It doesn't cover good and it's 38 dollars and change. Might as well went to Home Depot and bought the Sherwin Williams brand there... better quality.

When I called the store, I was so happy to find that they still had my paint colors saved in the computer for my garage. It made ordering more paint so easy since I could only find one of the three paint cans. I was able to order and pay for it over the phone. When I got to the store, they shared they did not have quarts, but gave me gallons for the quart price. I was amazed by the service, ease of purchase, and helpfulness at this store. I was so thankful because I was on a time crunch and needed to paint the garage that same afternoon and did not have time to run from store to store. I would definitely recommend them. They know paint and good service!! Thanks for a great purchase experience!

Donna Rapisardo: I wish I had been informed of the cost of the paint before I said OK. Didn't realize how expensive it was. Used the paint and the colors turned out pretty however didn’t know that it took 30 days to “cure”. Had an issue with tacky paint sticking to the glass top I out on 3 weeks after painting. And the bottom drawer almost stuck shut.5-2-2020 - after Eric, the manager, at my store contacted me, we talked and he refunded me half the cost of the paint due to my problems with the paint. I did repaint the top with a brush this time, and it dried quickly and looks great! Originally I used the 4' 3/8 nap rollers and the paint must have gone on too thick so be careful to not get too much pain on the roller. It's been 3 weeks but I'm still letting it sit before I move it and put the glass top back on. I think this time it will work!

Chris coco: If your a contractor or just a home owner this store is up $20.00 dollars more per gal then other Benjamin Moore stores. And Saturday personal was ruid.. Drive 5 miles to Reinakee paint store save big money and deal with true professional knowledge staff.

Couldnt recommend a better place for you painting needs then the wallpaper and paint locations.
