Lindsey Kon: I can't say enough good things about my experience with Next Day Sign & Graphics. From the moment I called the store and spoke with the owner, Jenni, I could tell I was in good hands. Before stumbling upon this place, I had searched ALL over St. Louis for someone to engrave a glass jewelry box for a friend of mine whose mother had passed away. Everyone else I had spoken with either wouldn't engrave someone else's merchandise or they had a 3 week+ wait time.The funeral was the next day and I wanted to do something special but was running out of time and options. When I told Jenni what I wanted and when I needed it by, she said she might be able to help and asked that I text her some pictures of the box and ideas of what I was wanting. She then immediately got to work helping me come up with a design and even got me into the store that same day! I met with her and she created such a beautiful box for my friend it made me tear up. Jenni was the sweetest person to work with and really goes above and beyond for her customers. I will definitely be going back to have other things engraved by her. Customer service is everything to me and they take it to the next level. Thank you, Jenni!

Carol Dufresne: Our business, Mobility City has used Dale Signs exclusively for the last couple of years.Every single person we dealt with has been kind helpful showing initiative and had a sense of urgency about the needs that we have.I’ve dealt mostly with Austin who is an awesome both individual and hard worker.I just called this week with a rather urgent matter I knew it was the weekend before Labor Day and was certain I’d be put off till next week.Within two hours of my request I had my mock up back and they had my signs made by Friday morning.I like them so much that we opened a new location down in Fort Myers Florida and I didn’t want anybody else to do our LED sign so I had Dale Signs make it and then paid the cost of shipping it down to Fort Myers.They are top notch organization well-run and I cannot recommend them enoughDerrick Dufresne

Karen Mariani: Quick turnaround for subdivision signs. After 1 year the graphics are peeling off the signs. This year I had to affix the date patch myself. The patch was printed on thin material, did not cover the entire area, and the old date bled though. I will now only use Signarama in South County. It is a little further and the quality is far superior.

I called SpeedPro and discussed with them. They were able to have me numbers by the next day, and save me a couple hundred dollars in the process. Great people to work with, extremely helpful, can't say enough good things about them!

Kirk Faubel: Was very easy from the beginning to the end. shared what I was looking for and a mock up was created. They worked with me patiently to tweak a few of the design elements. Once I decided, printing was quick. The installer was meticulous in getting it installed perfectly.
Terry Perrin: After getting the bait and switch treatment from other graphic printers and installers, I called SpeedPro. My budget wasn't very high. I originally wanted a full wrap on the food truck I built but as I got closer to being done all I could do was some spot graphics. Others had me bring my trailer to them knowing my situation and then still tried to squeeze me for more money than I had. SpeedPro knew my situation and still met with me and went over their design ideas and even corrected them to fit my vision. Many would have only went out of their way with customers with a big budget but SpeedPro treated me as if I was one of the big spenders. Great people from Mike who originally quoted their rates, to Amy who worked on my design, to Randal the owner who probably could have ran any type of business he wanted to. They were very professional and even open to share and be personal to fit my personality. I recommend SpeedPro to anyone who wants top notch service and quality at a good price. The signs installed were crooked and the owner consistently didn't communicate when he would be late. At one point when communicating our concern, my employee was told to "calm down." Moreover, we spent a half an hour trying to convince Steve that the sign he installed was crooked. It got so bad that we cancelled the remaining orders. Please do yourself a favor and chose a different location if you decide to go with Fastsigns. This has been a nightmare.
