Aimee Baumgartner: I’ve been attending this church for about 2 years now. We found it after a pretty extensive church hopping when we first moved to St. Louis. We stayed because of the real and relational aspect. It never feels forced or fake and people are encouraged to be right where they are in their walk with God. Small groups have also been a huge part of our lives since we started coming. The music is semi-contemporary and the sermons are relevant and well delivered. You are greeted the moment you walk in and they try really hard not to let you fall off their radar. I’m not saying it’s perfect, every church has their growing pains, but I still wouldn’t change it for the world. We love this church and everyone in it!

Leslie Lake: I didn't know what I was searching for until I found this church family. Everyone is so real! I've been attending regularly for 7 years and have yet to encounter any hypocracy. True, we are all sinners. Instead, I've witnessed a community of people who support and when necessary will guide a person in the truths of their situation, so (when they are ready) they may make a choice to grow in health. This is a safe place to ask for prayer for those things that can weigh heavily on each of us. There is no judgement.If your idea of a satisfying church service is to be 'preached at', this is not the place for you. We are taught God's word and works through scripture, worship, testimonials and sometimes through shared raw experience. After and between services, our members will often visit for 45 minutes or more, just because we can. This is a great time for newbies to meet a few people, ask questions and get a feel for the lay of the land. Visitors are not singled out and we are happy to answer any questions, because we've all been there. I encourage you to give us a couple of visits and to check out our website.
Bill Lail: Nice building and the music and sermon were good. The people were not friendly. The greeter said "Hi" and was engaging. However, none of the other 100 people in the church said a word to me as I came in, sat down, or left.

Samantha Beaty: Hope Vineyard Church is a fully-alive, Christ-seeking church that isn't content to live a lukewarm faith. The congregation, though small, is friendly and full of the spirit. They're very accepting and loving ... you'll find a variety of different worshippers here and you'll find that it's a comfortable place for broken people to receive healing and encounter Christ. It's also a good place to grow in your faith and make good friends. The worship is always top-notch and Hope Vineyard always offers a lot of faith-building and community serving activities outside of the usual Sunday services. All in all it's really a great community. So if you're searching for a smaller, more intimate setting for church but still desire all of the power and service of the bigger churches I certainly recommend Hope Vineyard Church.

Gabriel Ellinghouse: I would give no stars if I could. Got the complete wrong information, got my money order to do the application and was told I could only have one pet. Crazy because just on Saturday I was told that I could have two and it would be fine. I now have a cashiers check for $80 and have been charged multiple fees to get said check simply because they don’t know how to do their jobs.
Nicole McDowell: I really like our apartment. I like the complex and the cost. The issues we have had so far include the maintenance and our neighbors. The maintenance people have continually showed up without any warning, which is completely not okay except for the fact that one of us works from home. We have a cat and she would easily get out if one of us wasn’t home when they show up. Also, be warned: people are apparently allowed to smoke in their apartments. Our downstairs neighbors moved in a few months after us and since then, our apartment has completely reeked of cigs. They will not inform you of this when you sign the lease. I don’t regret moving here because I really like the place, but there are definitely aspects that I am not happy at all about.
Brittany Fleck: Really great complex given the cost and we also love the location. Our apartment, however, reeks of cigarette smoke, and it turns out (after complaining to management) that smoking is allowed in the units, which we were not made aware of when we moved in.Great place, great management, would renew our lease other than the fact that it is 2022 and it absolutely reeks in our apartment due to downstairs neighbors smoking and most people aren’t okay with that. If you smoke and want to do so inside your apartment, this is the place for you! If not, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Cheryl Duebelbeis: I've been here a month and I love my Lil apartment. If u have problems hanging things use Command Strips!!! That's what I did because several walls were concrete. It's NOT the paint. They vacuum the hallways and stairwells often. You can hear stuff thru the walls but that's everywhere. So far it's been very pleasant.

Tyler 36: Don’t move to this apartment complex Office staff is unprofessional maintenance is unprofessional I’ve had a leak in my ceiling for about 4 -5 months now made multiple calls to have someone come look at it they have looked at it 4 times and done nothing but come in my apartment and stare at it lol this most recent time when maintenance came in I caught him on my home camera going though my drawers so I reported all the pics to the property manager the patio decks are settling and falling apart parking is horrible also don’t leave anything valuable in your carWindows and appliance are way out datedCan’t put pictures up because of all the layers of lead behind the paint also when I moved in the counter top had knife scratches all over it like a cutting bored just do ur self a favor and pay that extra $300 $400 a month for a better place you don’t want this
Hales: Really only issue is how much paint is on the walls. Cant hang anything cause there's so much. Have had to call maintenance a lot but they always come in a timely manner. Rents cheap compared to most places around and you can tell why. Other than that no complaints.

John Doe: The paint job and pretty much all the work done to my apartment is horrible and low quality. There is a lot of hair stuck in the paint on the base boards as well. They didn't bother mentioning any problems with the apartment and I had to find out on my own. There is nothing luxurious about these apartments and I suggest you find somewhere better that is actually worth the money. I had to move because COVID and find somewhere cheaper and I paid my last rent but Vineyards is charging me almost a thousand over BS because they're greedy money hungry scum. Avoid this trash place.

Katie Barbeau: This place is THE biggest joke. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible. I have had a hole in my kitchen ceiling for 2 years now that has not been fixed. They know about it. Just won't fix it. My heater went out in February and I had to wait a week to get a new one while they gave me a tiny space heater. Trying to evict people when you legally couldn't because of Covid. It's a horrible waste of money. I can't wait for April so I can get the hell out of there.
Sasha Berry: Nice apartments but they literally will give a website to submit your rent on ,And send you a letter 2 days later telling you that the website THEY gave you doesn’t work for them either, so they charge a extra 75 dollars because the website they chose isn’t working for payments so “money orders only “
Taylor D: I lived here for 3 years. Never had any problems with bugs or my car being broken into. Maintenance shows up in a timely manner, but only request one thing at a time, otherwise it won't get done. They give you till the 4th of the month at 5pm to pay your rent, it's as simple as that. It's not management's fault if you ran out of checks or _______ happens because it's a weekend/holiday. They need to go through their current residents to be able to find better replacements. Lots of unsupervised children, smoking inside the apartments- allowing the smell to travel to other apartments. For the most part the complex is very quiet. I felt the return on my deposits were acceptable (received around 30 days after moving out) although I had my locks changed and they only gave me one key, then they charged me for returning one key. Rent does go up every lease signing, one of the major reasons I moved.
Sports Guy Brown: Beware don’t no rent from here I move in around June 2019 have had my truck broke into and also have had packages stolen from apartment building. Please look further before making this your first choice. Just not happy at all with lliving here when I come home from work it’s just depressing pull up to these apartment , but lesson learned next time I will make sure to look around before going with my first choice !!!!!!!!!!!!
Rachel Goddess: 11-9-2019:So I had a family member who applied to rent from Vineyards, they (married couple)filled out the paper work (application) paid the app fee, met the income criteria (3x rent gross) and was denied!!!! Apparently this apartment complex knows nothing about1-pre screening applicants, and ask how long you have lived in the state (as recently moved) and 2- not willing to work with new/1st time renters.
Dylan Miller: Loved living here. Now it has become a nightmare. On July 4th our drip pan over flowed and flooded our kitchen. No biggie. Figured they would fix it. Nope. It is now the 11th and nothing has been done to fix the situation. I have spent around $40 on washing and drying my towels that I have had to use to clean the mess they have yet to fix. Maintenance will come out and vacuum up the water but floods again no more than 3 hours later. I should get half off my rent for the kind of apathetic behavior of this place has proven over and over again to have.Update: issue is still not fixed. I woke up this morning to my kitchen being flooded again. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. It's one thing right after another here.
Carol: My best friend lived in these apts and the management is horrible! I told her that she and the other tenants should get together and contact the supervisor of the awful women in the office! If the owners were aware of the abuse these tenants have to deal with due to the management, I think those clowns would be fired! At the least, they should hire a lawyer and sue. Everytime my friend had contact with management, she recorded it, and you should too if you're stuck in that mess!
Absvan: Do not rent an apartment at this complex. We moved in August 2018, and we will not be renewing our lease. The management is awful and rude. The first month rent was due, I called to ask questions about paying online, (I was out of checks and it was Labor Day weekend, so banks were closed) and the staff basically told me they didn't know what to do, and I had to figure it out myself. This resulted in me turning my check in an hour late and getting fined. I called the manager and told her the situation and she completely blew me off and told me I had to pay the fines.About a month after moving in, my car got broken into and the cop told me to be careful around here because there's "sketchy" people around. (We also had another cop tell us the same thing after we locked ourselves out and asked him for help). Our neighbors are wonderful, but others are obviously not.The apartments are poorly constructed and very outdated & the management expects the tenants to cover the costs of damages.Overall, just a very poor place to live.
Sam Wiese: Terrible apartment complex. The neighbors are friendly as can be but since our move in date we've had nothing but issues with our apartment and issues with management. The building is outdated and falling apart and management puts it on you to fix things that go wrong with it such as fixing bursted pipes when it gets too cold outside. The manager is rude as can be and shouldn't even be in charge of managing shifts at a McDonald's, let alone managing someone's living situation. Absolutely will not be renewing my lease and I highly recommend against starting a lease here.
Hailee Harbart: If i could give this place zero stars believe me i would. I’m not one to ever do reviews or anything on places but this place is absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time or your money here please. The apartments are absolutely awful. Our first apartment was filled with mold, the current manager at the time wouldn’t do a thing about it. The staff is completely ignorant and rude as well as the existing manager today. They constantly want your money for things they try and pick out. The first few days of us moving into a new apartment one of our cars was broken into and the manager had the audacity to look at me and ask well why would you leave that in the car!? None of your business and that’s not why i was there? Simply was there to see if they had cameras which they do not have either. Again, don’t waste your time, energy, or money on this place it’s a complete joke.
Lejla Mujkic: Well we moved september 2018 and our dates were changed for move in becuse the Workers in the office waited for Diane to come from vacation and get the Apartment ready for us just Beacuse we have worked with her, that was very unproffecional and waste of extra money. We moved in to a really clean apartment, had an Issue Under the sink the board had a hole got it fix less then in 2 weeks, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY SPIDERS AN BUGS. It's really quite and safe around us, we love it so far, 10/26/18 We got our cars broken into which is upsetting but that happenes anywhere so you can't do notning about it. One thing I would suggest is have 1 Police car At night drive thru the lots and look over, multiple people had there cars broken into.I personally for a first time apartment with my fiance I would recommend it. Its affordble and you can afford to save money for something in the future.

Salad not tossed with dressing it came on the side in plastic ramekins. Order lagunitas which they had on menu but were out and substituted Sam Adam's new England iPa. Beer was the highlight of experience. Service lacked personality and food lacked love. Eat taco bell before coming here.

Overall impression: Sub par quality and somewhat laughable pricing. $200+ for a young girls sweater or pullover sweatshirt is a bit ridiculous. Especially when they look as if they came off a rack at a discount superstore and then were sent back overseas for some poor kid to sew on a whale logo.
