Carole H: I ran into this cool looking old building on a walk one day. I didn't know that it had been burned by a fire and i thought that it was just a really, really interesting looking old building. There are so many homeless people in the park directly across Market Street that it is just awful. I ended up buying a bunch of inexpensive food the next morning on my way out of town and distributed it evenly amongst the homeless. It's just too awful to try and live with oneself when so many people are hungry.

Rocio De Santiago: It really shouldn't be so difficult to register your car. There's a queue you're supposed to sign up for but even as #3 in the queue, there were 7 people in front of me. Took 25 min to serve one person. There's only 1 person from 8am - 9am so getting here early isn't even helpful anymore. Someone please explain to me how a working class member is supposed to afford to pay taxes and also afford to have time robbed while trying to pay taxes? If they're gonna use a queue, there should be a kiosk so that it's accessible and I'm not signing up for nothing. It is such an unpleasant experience to be #3 in queue and have 7 people ahead of me when I need to be at work.Government services are supposed to be for the people, not to cripple it's citizens with petty inconveniences that cost us a fortune.This experience explains the amount of unexpired vehicles in St Louis. Ineffective procedures breeds non existent vehicle registrations.

Caroline Foston (C-Note): Went to get my address change in my identification card and had a problem there with a young black worker. Why is it it out on kind blacks who hinder you from getting what you need. I had everything they asked for but she refused to give me the address change. Blacks we need to do better. When I went to get my birth certificate today I had no problem from a white lady. But as always it's us blacks that hinder ine another. I should give it no stars but due to my birth certificate I'll give it one star

emma dope: The service was terrible and the workers weren't knowledgeable about anything. I waited three hours and still got nothing done.

Pearl Burns: Upon entrance the security guards were more than grateful to help. Being someone with a physical disability it was really nice to have the assistance of the staff to properly handle myself. The generosity and gratitude didn't stop at the guards, the staff inside the room I had visited was polite and patient while I gathered my paperwork. The waiting process is the most stressful part, due to a 2hr waiting process. Overall this place has exceptional service.

Tim Smart: The female worker at the license motorvehicle window to the left that renews or registers new vehicles WAS RUDE!!!! I got to the window and she was like "what?" And rolled her eyes at me. What do you mean what? I am here to register my car and get plates. She then was extremely RUDE with her tone and said "Then I need the papers!!' Yes I literally am trying to hand her the papers if she would pay attention instead of bad mouthing other citizens when I came to the window. SHE IS THE RUDEST person at city hall. If she hates people then she needs to go!!

Jamie Barton: Very rude. I can appreciate a city wanting everything to be on the up and up but they make it very difficult to move there and very difficult to move out. Their occupency permit policies are not typical so make sure to ask clarifying questions and be ready to be treated like you are stupid when doing so.

Thee Bachelorette: It took 23 mins to pay a $90 ticket. Went there in the daytime and felt like it was past midnight when I left. Smdh.

Alisa Hill: I was dropping my daughter off at college, and now I fear for her due to the rudeness and DISRESPECT of the police that ticketed us. We were lost and trying to follow g.p.s. Which kept losing signal, he didn't care, he was very nasty and smart-mouthed! He was near a church (black congregation ) it seemed like he was stalking the late-comers, and this was his usual practice so be careful Sunday worshippers! Jackson Street speeding ticket $130.00! REDICULOUS! Pretty obvious that if you're in the right (caucasion) part of town you can drive fast as you want and nobody gets pulled over! Next time I won't go down Jackson Street, just stay in WashU area for safety measures! And by the way you polices need to practice your penmanship if you're going to continue writing bogus tickets! Had to Google to get court info.

Nina Scott: The worst I can't wait to get out of there. The police are unfriendly won't even speak to the children. They ticket you for anything, you can't even park in front of you own home where you pay taxes at without purchasing a village sticker. This village sticker thing is just another money grab. This Village needs to be dissolved. The Village Sticker is just another tax on the residents who've already paid taxes on their vehicles with the state. They don't maintain the vacant lots, the workers there have a terrible do nothing attitude, and they are full of excuses. If I could give them a negative I would.
