Jerry WILLIAMS: Terrible service. I spent over 20k at this location last year alone. When I brought vehicles back there was no damage. Yet two months later i received bills in the mail for damage. One bill showed 15min repair for over 700 dollars. When I spoke to enterprise about this all they had to say is it must have been your fault because according to company policy we are unable to fault the location. So if any employee drives a vehicle you drop off and damages it the blame falls back on the customer. I own several rapidly growing business that will never use Enterprise. You just lost the potential for a huge account.
Show Me Pressure Washing: Terrible place to do business. Dropped off commercial trucks in January with no damage then in February I got damage repair bills in mail. SCAM. I'm going to use BARCO from now on. They have comparable pricing and they deliver right to your door. Did I mention SCAM.

PhatGurl79 taylor: Jack went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I had trouble with my debit card and he was so patient and waited until I got things clear and able to finish the rental process. The entire staff was welcoming and polite even offered to take me home after I returned the car. I know enterprise offers pick up and drop off but I didn’t make arrangements and they were still willing to take me home. Thank you Jack see you guys soon. Highly recommend the Page staff for all your rental needs.

Angie Kelly: Car had expired tags over a year. I got pulled over two times. I called the enterprise after the first time and was told they will see its current when they run ur plates. Well I got my license ran and everything. Guy was not concerned w getting the proper sticker on the car. Got pulled over a second time it didn’t take as long. Back left tire was low entire time had to air up daily or every other day. Took pics. Car was filthy on the outside I had to wash it to see out windows. I complained to office upon return and got a 20 percent discount and “free upgrade” which idk what I. We’d that for off next rental. I said that’s cool but honestly I feel like I should get more it was more stress than it was worth. U don’t expect that from enterprise and I never had problems before.

Le'Ana Crittenden: This location has been the only location I have gone to and received such amazing service. The customer service is top notch, the location is clean and cared for, AND the manager is so amazing! I appreciate that she has taken the time to follow up with me following my reservations and that she has made so many accommodations when concerns have arisen. They customer attendants also are a breath of fresh air and make the process as smooth as possible through the open and closing of contracts. The entire team reflects how their leader focuses on attending to the customers needs and also being personably professional. Their service can be classified as luxury simply because of their demeanors and attentiveness. I will definitely be booking future reservations with them. Keep up the amazing work!

I had to take the car back after I had filled the car up with gas. So this time it was not the best experience. But I would rent again from them.

The manager ( I’m guessing that’s her position) tried to come up with a bogus reason not to give me my deposit back. It took someone else to help me out and I received my deposit back. Not to mention I still haven’t received my refund for purchasing a $300 tire for that rental. Needless to say I hope I don’t ever need a rental again.

Ankit K: I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. First time I waited close to 2 hours for the car to be available, they offered me a discount for not giving them a negative feedback. Second time I had to wait around 20 mins for someone to bring a car from another location. Third time time I needed it for my work and was scheduled to pick it up at 8 am and received a call from them at 7.55 am when I was 2 mins from the location, telling me it is not ready and if I can wait to pick it up. They didn't have an ETA when it would be actually ready and expected me to wait for an unspecified amount of time. I was told all their cars needed an oil change. Don't book at this location if you need the car for something time sensitive.

Real Lovely: Great location if you work downtown and need to rent a car QUICK!! I made my reservations online, and when I got there Mr. Rice had my car ready to go. The people at this Penske location helped us out, big time! They made swapping trucks for a larger truck so easy. The were very friendly, very quick, and extremely helpful. Booked online failed to tell me I need to bring a proof of residency because they run a Credit check on you before you pull off the lot plus they do holding charges up to 400 dollars plus whatever car you had pricing on your card if you pay with a bank card instead of a credit card I feel like that should be explained online as well before you get there!

Lisa Kitchens: My rental was because of an insurance claim. Lou Jackson took care of me. He provided excellent customer service and made an upsetting situation pleasant. I have rented from this location several times Lou remembers me by name when I go there and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful too.
Sheila Pickett: The day that I picked up the car I completed my paperwork and was given my total, I handed my credit card to the young man and the first thing he said was is there enough to cover the rental,(if I didn’t have enough to cover the car I wouldn’t have given it to him) for him to ask me that in a room full of customers was embarrassing. The car was damaged when I got it , but when I returned it the young man Ilou Jackson took care of the return of the car and was very patient and understanding of the situation. Two stars for that location and five stars for Mr.Jackson.

I made it by 5 and even made sure at the counter I was good. Once the car was checked in, it’s oh I’m sorry but we can’t take you home. I talked to someone 30 minutes before I even pulled up. Lies. I would go to another location for a car. Probably won’t have what you want anyway.

Elizabeth Baer: I cannot say enough about the team at City! This past summer, we had a 2-1/2 week Colorado camping trip planned, renting and pulling a camper for the first time. When we had a major snafu with the hitch we’d had installed on our vehicle, we had to scramble to find a truck with towing package to get us to Denver in time for a wedding 2 days later, and for the following 15-days, so we could get to all of the amazing national parks and camp grounds we had reserved. After hitting one dead after another, we felt our big trip evaporating before our very eyes (cannot go if we can’t find a truck, with a towing package already installed, to pull the trailer). After exhausting every resource we could find, I discovered City —- and these guys were our guardian angels! They told me that they had an F250 with towing package that I could have until Tuesday. But after explaining that I needed it for 17 days, they asked me to hold tight while they tried to rearrange a few things. They ended up rescheduling their equipment to manage a huge construction job they had during that time period, and called back with beautiful news that, yes indeed, we could have the truck for the time we needed! I could’ve kissed them all on the lips! The truck was perfect, so clean and ran beautifully. We had an amazing trip and are ever so grateful to the guys at City rent a truck for bending over backwards to save our vacation! Orlando Franklin: Rented a 12 passenger van from these guys. The van transmission malfunctioned 250 miles short of my destination and there solution was for me to find a rental and get reimbursed from Ford. What's even worse they thought a 10 percent discount was fair. Never again
