Laura Klipfel: We stayed at the Tru by Hilton in downtown St. Louis and used the $45 valet services. The driver cracked the inside of our wheel, causing thousands of dollars in damage. Since we did not report immediately even though it was not visible damage, they denied any responsibility. Very unprofessional employees and poor customer service. Avoid any building that uses this company.

Junkcrusaders Sturguess: Pulled into Marriott Grand Hotel off Washington ave downtown St.louis, parking attendant came out and told me to move my car when my client was getting in the car.Screaming and being very unprofessional, pulled my handle on my car and broke it.Tried calling and no one has returned my call!

William Rowe: Stayed in St Loius 1st weekend in May; at the Embassy Suites. They offer In and Out Parking with Valet Service for one price $27.00. In 3 days I was in and out at least a total of 20 times. The whole valet team here at the Embassy Suites did an exceptional job; with Nehat, Naim, Amin, Rick?, and others. I ould definitely stay at this hotel again because of these people.

Kerod Wil: I did park in Parking Spot 1 and took southwest flight. When I returned back from my trip as soon as I exit the Terminal 2 door I had trouble finding a parking spot one bus . They do not have signs to show where the parking spot 1, Parking Spot 2, parking spot 3 busses stops. The specific parking spot bus doesn't take you another parking spot location. I had to walk all the way to the end to find a parking spot one bus and left as soon as I get there. Next another bus came which is parking spot too and he told me I have to go all the way back to Jordan to take parking spot one bus. This is ridiculous and stressful after a long trip. They should have been a good sign to show where each parking spot buses stop. It looks like the way they practice their business is terrible and needs a clear and understandable sign so I don't have to suffer to suffer to get a Terminal 1 parking spot bus. The drivers seem very helpful and kind but the business plan is a disaster and I will never use the parking spot in St Louis Missouri

Sunshine Chase: I used the rooftop parking. Be ready with your phone or a printed receipt that the machine can scan, no workers that i saw. Ain’t gonna lie, it’s kinda a tight garage to navigate through. Before you enter the rooftop parking, you have to scan your code again. I didn’t have a problem finding a spot, I drive a small truck. Take the elevator down and not long before a shuttle is there to take you to the airport. 5 min later you’re there. Only complaint I have is not on the company but the people parking their cars. I noticed a LOT of the bigger trucks were parking on the ends of the rows, sometimes one on each side, which made it almost impossible to turn down the row. It’s just a matter of being considerate of others.

Matt Lewis: Good garage, parked here for Cards game. A little further walk but they only charge $2 an hour. Left paying $8 instead of $30-$40 like the other parking lots were charging for Carda vs Yanks game.

Elizabeth McCoy: Only 2 blocks or so from the arch, found it only $2 an hour on a Sunday! The parking spots are a bit small width wise and there's a huge ramp going up and down when entering or exiting - but if that's what it's like for $2/hour, I'll take it!
Rose McDonough: Parking garage is reasonable priced and located downtown…HOWEVER… after closing hours you are not able to get in the garage to get your car. Completely locked out. They have temp hours right now and do not make it known at all that once it hits closing time you’re unable to take your car out of the garage. I have never seen or heard of a public parking garage do this at 7pm, especially DOWNTOWN. Fortunately for us, this smug attendant who was sitting in the office watching the cameras as we walked around trying to find a way in, eventually let us in. I could’ve done without the snide comments and rude attitude about the signs that only say “temporary hours 7a-7p.” NOWHERE does it say you will not be able to leave with your car after 7pm. Do not recommend this garage!
Henry Chin: Reasonable price. Even though the vehicle is in a garage and there’s a parking attendant. Don’t leave the radar / gps on the dash. Hide all your valuables. The location is close to the Arch. Take the ticket with you since it’s needed to unlock the entrance door. The ramps are very narrow, to dangerous to walk along the ramp. If your going to pay with a credit card be sure to have 2 credit cards with with you. For what ever reason the machine would not accept my Amex, did accept the Visa. We wasn’t there too long, could have paid cash. $4 for 3hr parking.

RMD3819: Clean, close to the Arch, friendly attendant. Only issue was my cc did not work at the exit. Attendant tried to help but I had to use another card. Note this garage is not open 24 hours.
