Pierce Powers: RUN!!! DON'T LOOK BACK, DON'T HESITATE JUST RUN! I was referred her by my hood installer, who was great, so I'm not sure what happened. I bought a lot of equipment from National Fixtures. The only piece that isn't any trouble is the new sandwich prep table (though the over-shelf arrived with a bit of a bend).When I purchased them, all equipment was guaranteed "ready to go." Could not have been further from the truth.First all used sandwich prep tables and work tops can adjusted. The owner Roy was a total jerk about having to send someone to adjust them.Second, our steam table came without water pans. I called and was told that's my problem.Third, the steam table was frying all our food. We ordered all the equipment, and set it up in our kitchen before we opened. He know this. But when I told him about the issue, he said it had been more than 30 days. He sent someone who said it's not supposed to be a 220 volt unit- BUT THAT'S HOW IT CAME. Long story short, $700 dollars later, it's working fine. I could have bought a brand new Volrath and several lunches for what I put into it.Fourth, Our used sandwich prep table had a corroded drain pan, so I have it propped up on a 1x and a full pan underneath to catch the drips.Finally, the other day our work top fridge (which freezes everything if not turned on 1) rack bracket just snapped, and a full pan of prepped chicken fell all over the floor. needless to say I threw it away.I'm only chill because our business is booming. We got screwed. I hope no one ever has to deal with his equipment or attitude again. He does not mean well, he's as nasty as his attitude. Go see Nick at B &J Peerless on Page. Good guy, he'll go above and beyond and shoot you straight.

Requires accepting 'cookies' for the express purpose of marketing - subjecting a casual website passer-by to a barrage of ads which, if the past is any indication, cannot be stopped. This may come as a surprise to their web developer, but 'cookies' make computers vulnerable to hacking and ID thievery and only fools accept 'cookies' any longer.

Ashley Rench: I had such an amazing experience at Franklin Fixtures I could scream it to the world.A little back story, my family and I took a huge chance and purchased a bistro across the country from us. We moved having only pictures of the place and an honest word of its state. Well, as it so often goes, pictures are deceiving and words don’t always hold a lot of truth. Never having been in the industry before, we were at a loss as to where to begin. We knew we needed new equipment, so after a quick google search we came across Franklin’s.Scott was incredible! He helped us find what we needed without trying to upsell us newer or bigger equipment than we really needed. One piece we really wanted he didn’t have in the warehouse.. so he specially ordered it for us!! He worked within our budget without pressure. After we had what we needed, Scott’s incredibly friendly team helped us get our equipment to our new shop and place it where we needed it to be.We’ve gone back several times for different odds and ends and I know we will be life long customers. As crazy as it sounds, I’m near tempted to invite the guy to Thanksgiving dinner! Jokes aside, the help was more than we could have ever asked for and took a huge pressure off of two people who bit off way more than they could chew.Scott, thank you again!!
LaShana S: Never in my entire life have I had a worse shopping experience. I made an offer on USED equipment that he had out in his outdoor lot and Scott got IRATE with me over it. I even said that I wasn't trying to insult him and he did not calm down, and continued to yell at me. The way his personality changed on a dime was more than alarming. Then, as we're walking thru his creepy storage room, he shut the light off on me and left me in complete darkness. At that point, I began to feel as though my physical safety was in jeopardy. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but especially not to a woman shopping alone.In response to your response - all you had to say to me was that your prices were firm. Instead, you chose to yell at me even after I tried to de-escalate by telling you I wasn't trying to offend you. I don't know if you were having a bad day or what, but like I said, I have never had a worse shopping experience in my entire life and you made me feel unsafe.
Brianna McBride: I am amazed at the selection and affordability. While I don’t have a need for the large restaurant equipment, I’ve found plenty of restaurant grade cookware to use in my own home! Definitely worth looking into, you may be surprised by what you find!
Brad Slusser: Incredible selection and even more incredible people. Franklin Fixtures definitely has the lowest prices and best inventory of quality products! You can find everything from spatulas to walk -in freezers there.

Pastor Bradford: Great place. I only give it two stars because the checkout protocol is very clunky. This morning i spent 30 minutes in line and barely moved. I put my cart in the cooler, informed the manager, and went to Sams Club. On any other day checkout usually has an issue with the item count on the receipt versus the count on the cart...both of which are in the control of the cashier. It usually takes several minutes and another employee to figure it out. Sad, because the products are great and prices competive.

Christina Evans: i just called the store to see if they had any chicken Philly meat in stock before I made the trip to the restaurant. A woman answered the phone and literally said rudely, “we encourage our costumer to create an account. It is 2023”. Then she proceeded to hang up the phone. Absolutely worse customer service.I had planned to purchase a lot of Philly meat for the superbowl abut due to her rude and unprofessional attitude, I will not be patronizing this store anymore. In 2023 or beyond.
Bradley Barnes: Limited selection of most items. Good prices and large quantities can be gotten. Long check out lines are common best time to go is lunch time. Customer service has improved and the fresh seafood department is top notch. Food prices continue to rise, most items have at least doubled in price over the last year and a half. Still experiencing limited supply, however the staff is friendly and helpful.
D'Erikka Shaeffer: Actually 0 stars & I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I went to get some supplies for my restaurant . Within 5 feet of checking out, I was approached by the security guard in a tan vest with his hand out and never said a word to me. I noticed that he had watched my entire transaction from where he was near check out. Upon my attempt to leave and with his hand out, I handed him my receipt (assuming that’s what he wanted) and his behavior during this interaction implied that either I had stolen something and was attempting to walk out WITH a receipt in my hand or the young lady cashier had given me something for free. I asked several times if there was a problem and he ignored me but felt the need to put his on his hand on his hip like he was reaching for a gun, poor intimidation tactic 🙄.. he Never even said a word to me acknowledged my concerns. After a few minutes and another coworker being called over, he eventually “let me go.” Just handed me my receipt back, rolled his eyes, and still said not a word. I called the store manager several times who refused my calls but according to the receptionist, “they have issues with this particular guard all the time.” I stayed calm the entire time, I just wanted an understanding of what their procedures are and an explanation of their employees behavior. None the less, I will not shop at this location that is comfortable accepting my money but have unfair/ service upon exiting.Upon reading other reviews, unprofessionalism and an overall lack of appreciation for their customers isn’t going to change anytime soon. I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Maybe then they will reevaluate operations when finances are impacted
Makipa Transportation LLC: Seating drivers here for 3 hours doing nothing is never kind, we make money only when our wheels are rolling , I don’t understand why I should be backed into a dock and seat for more than 3hours without anyone getting in the trailer , 6 simple pallet of cheese shouldn’t take this long to be received, this is wrong in soo many ways , worse restaurant depot have been too so far .

And the management also are avoiding my calls to cover their crime... I believe they be doing this to all costumers since everyone are owner of some business and wouldn't notice the extra bucks... Be careful!!
