John O’Hanlon: Could not have been better cared for from check in to release. The staff and nurses and very professional. Nurses kept me well informed, made me feel welcome and put my fears at ease. Dr. Blackburne was great - I would highly recommend him as a Urologist. Experienced very little pain or discomfort after my procedure. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Sean Watkins: For me, This is the gold standard of receiving care. Everyone at this location performs their roll. I have never been seen by a physician so quickly. They were slammed and still got me back to my room and evaluated within 5 minutes of checking in. I wish all of my doctors’ offices operated like this.
Susan Bosse: Dr.Ark has excellent communication skills. He also possesses a warm & friendly personality, which quickly put me at ease. Cindy, his surgical scheduler could not have been nicer. There was a change in the surgicenter's scheduling snd she was very sensitive to the fact that I wanted my son to be present and he wasn't coming into town until a certain date & time.
Michael Eddings: Brad c white removed a corn sized kidney stone for me last April 2022 did an excellent job very professional went back march 23 for follow up saw his assistant Dr Mustafa Ahmed very friendly and professional would recommend this place to everyone they do good work

Darlene Bernard: Dr. Bullock is very funny and knowledgeable. He helped me get through some fear of my condition. He's not a typical guy. It's hard to talk to males but he is so easy to talk to. He said he's really a sister because he likes female shows that females like. The place is very clean and everyone is very professional. It's a great place to go for care.
Alan Chandler: Dr. Spellman is the finest Dr. I've evet visited. Listens to me, explains things in laymen's terms and the office staff is head and shoulders above any other office I've visited. I know I'll receive the best care possible. Dr. Spellman performed my TURP over 10 years ago and my plumbing still works great!!😂👍 I highly recommend this practice. 5 stars across the board.

Mya Vera: This is by far the worst doctor that I have ever seen, and I have seen many doctors in my life. Especially if you are not White, and are female. He has no compassion, empathy or any other human emotion. He is a Narcissist with a God complex. Even his knowledge isn’t great, since he didn’t know some of the most well known facts about my condition. Don’t let his name fool you, he is very racist. Stay away for your own good.
Rich Robinson: Excellent physician. I have recommended him to friends more than once. Very thorough and listens. Outstanding credentials. I definitely trust him with my treatment.

Shelley Gowen: I have to give a star? They don't care! The doctor tells you to do something and they can't accommodate that request according to the doctors instructions because they booked solid with too many appointments. Not even enough time to squeeze in a patient???? They are either too big are really just don't care and I think it's both! Allow some time for emergency OR patients!
Andrea Neely: My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with doctor Bullock and his nurse practitioner Anita Wilson. They are both kind compassionate caring and knowledgeable. They make us laugh and forget about our fears and worries and we trust them a 100% with our care. But they take there work very seriously. I would recommend Dr. Bullock and Anita Wilson Nurse Practitioner to anyone who's having any issues . Thank you doctor Bullock and a special thank you to Nurse practitioner Anita Wilson you're both very professional and you definitely know what you're doing you can tell the years of experience you have in the work that you do. And thanks to the front office staff for being kind and courteous.
Kris Mangold: The doctors, nurses, and anesthesiologist at Washington University (urological surgery) at Barnes Jewish Hospital treats every patient as if their the only patient. You'll get top-notch care with compassion. From pre-op to surgery, the staff will talk you through the process and make you feel comfortable.
Sarah Conover: Dr. Kefu and his assistant Misty are amazing. I saw several different urologist before coming to him that couldn't treat me. He knew exactly what to do and his assistant Misty is so kind and caring and there follow up is excellent.

Kelly D: Staff called told my husband to pick up medicine, but never said what to do or when to take the medicine. Then they asked to move up the appointment from 2pm to 1:30pm. We were there early. Staff did not have an list on the of client times. Just asking when the appointment was. My said his time was at 2pm, but moved up to 1:30pm when asked. That was asked 1:15pm. She preceeded to take another guy, then another guy after that. Then he was finally seen at 2:30pm.They only rent a room and the front desk knows nothing as I was repeatedly told. She was rude and over this. They should at least know something, like the schedule.This was very unprofessional and not organized at all. The nurse with urology did apologize for misunderstanding. But why don't you know your schedule of appointments. I personally would not put my life/body in their hands. I also wouldn't come here for a gynecologist.I could have stay at work for another hour or more. Making money, rather than not making money to pay bills.What a joke!

She was very helpful and thorough with my examination and answered all my questions and concerns about my prostate health needs!
