J Delbs: We had to get a custom sized cushion made for a book nook I built my wife under the stairs. This was larger than a twin bed and had to have a small cut section where the wall came in a bit. They had a great selection of material to choose from. We ended up getting 2 pillows as well. The finished product is excellent. It took about a month to get done and was much cheaper than ordering anything online. I highly recommend this place. Their staff is also very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks guys!

James Cavanagh: Truly "Old World" Craftsmanship! Not for everyone as it can be expensive. However, for Family Heirloom Antique restoration, there is none better than Zollinger. This is our fourth time using them.
Liam Alexander: Get out your wallet if you go here. In the end, I did not actually use their services since the bid was over $1000 more than the company I went with!!! While they may be good, the prices are outrageous. I guess they need to cover all their advertising costs. I left Zollingers insulted. What an exaggerated sense of worth.

Much to our surprise and joy Zollingers was not only able to repair both, but they look better than before the damage occurred! From the moment I contacted them till they delivered our table and chair back to us, I have never had a more professional experience in my life and I'm 63. It restores my faith in the business world we know today that there are still quality workman doing quality work for a very reasonable price! We would recommend them to anyone and have already done so and we only received our table back on 03/11/16 thank you again!

Debra Klemme: Awesome experience at custom foam I am an older person I use my couch as my bed. My couch had three cushions that the springs were all broken down inside. Very uncomfortable. I took them to custom foam he told me he would be done by Tuesday but would try to get to me sooner. Mind you this was 10 ish something in the morning of Saturday the 13th. I received a phone call in the afternoon and he told me they were completed. I was ever so thrilled. I slept like a baby last night for the first time in a long time. Jill Pfeffer: These people are magic. I ordered a dining table during quarantine from an Etsy shop. I waited 5 months to receive it. It was barely a year old when an incident involving a staple left a jagged 9" scratch etched into the top surface of it. It's a farmhouse table, painted black, distressed finish. The scratch gleamed white, it was very pronounced. I had no idea how to fix it. Well, I knew I could not fix it, but I hoped I could find a way to at least make it look less obvious. The Etsy shop suggested a Sharpie marker, others recommended a stain stick...but I wasn't sure if I should use a stain stick on a painted table? A friend mentioned Schuler's. I reached out via email, I received a response the same day, I scheduled an appointment. Our technician arrived to our home to complete the work onsite, he was on time, very professional...and wow, I can't even see where the scratch used to be! I was/am amazed. Not only did he erase that scratch, he buffed the entire tabletop -- it now looks better than ever (thank you Bill!). The fee was fair and worth every penny. I endorse Schuler's Furniture Services 100%.

I don’t think I have ever had anyone care more about their work or more about me as a client than Doc. He clearly loves what he does. I told him when he was here that he is like a beautician that finds the perfect hair color that you get compliments on all the time or a successful artist that takes pride in his work. Because of his talent, I can now take pride in my beautiful couch again. If you are thinking about getting your beloved leather repaired, it would be a mistake to call anyone else. Ali M: I've went to the shop for an estimate on my back seat repair.As soon as I've arrived noticed the shop was closed.Therefore, I called but have been directed to the voicemail.After 4 hours I've received a text and received a request to send a picture of the damages. I've send a picture of the damages and received a response via text of estimate of 225 dollars for a repair and 475 replacement of 1/4 inch fabric. I've responded I don't mind to pay if they please send me a written estimate. I've shocked when they've responded to me " We don't have time to sit and write estimate.Tell them to call us" These people clearly don't understand the basics to customer service! Most of the five stars rating have been written by their own employees.
Kirk Vongerichten: I just had my Jeep Cherokee leather seat repaired from a cigarette burn that I loaned out my vehicle to someone else. It turned out awesome. now I was very reluctant at first because I read one bad review. Well I’m here to tell you that these guys aren’t a scam. I was ready to schedule with this company but they insisted for me to go check them out on the Better Business Bureau first. Very happy with the company they did a great job.
