Jerry WILLIAMS: Terrible service. I spent over 20k at this location last year alone. When I brought vehicles back there was no damage. Yet two months later i received bills in the mail for damage. One bill showed 15min repair for over 700 dollars. When I spoke to enterprise about this all they had to say is it must have been your fault because according to company policy we are unable to fault the location. So if any employee drives a vehicle you drop off and damages it the blame falls back on the customer. I own several rapidly growing business that will never use Enterprise. You just lost the potential for a huge account.
Show Me Pressure Washing: Terrible place to do business. Dropped off commercial trucks in January with no damage then in February I got damage repair bills in mail. SCAM. I'm going to use BARCO from now on. They have comparable pricing and they deliver right to your door. Did I mention SCAM.

James Gage: Beware!!! Do not use. Truck and trailer not there when they said, had to wait for both. Truck broke down 6 hours out took 5 days to fix and they charged me for the 5 days we were waiting for the repairs. Uncooperative and refused to refund even after a manager said they wouldn't charge for the extra days.

B Triggs: This was the worse experience.I would not rent a bike from Budget..AC vents brokeInterior light bustedTruck was beyond dirtyThe ONE person working on April 18, could barely could barely walk.The straps on the trailer that goes around the tires was busted half shredded.Man at the gas station noticed it helped us fix it. It seems budget location replaced one and not the other.The truck pulled to the right sideWe called road side at 430 pm on the 18th.They were to send someone out.They called back 530pm asked if they could come on at 8 am on the 19th .THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.The ticket was closed because the roadside tech said they came on the 18th was waiting on a part.We spoke to Lisa at RSShe was nice set up someone to come out on the 19th. They had plenty of trucks in the area. They would unload the truck reload it.Then boooooom nobody showed upDidn’t even get a call until 4 pm cstTelling us to wait until 530 cst.Called back spoke to supervisor.She said they had no inventory and doesn’t understand why Lisa told us that this morningIn addition could not tell when they could get out and replace the truck.We are now two days behind.We left on the 20th. Only to get a call at 10am that they had a truck .The inside had water leaking when it rained
Dms Simpson: This location is doing the best they can with what they can get from corporate. Many of their issues are beyond their control. Corporate Budget/Avis need to get it together and support their contract locations better. They need to get all locations (especially the busy ones) the trucks and cars when requested, stop making excuses and stop sending all cars to the airport or to Chesterfield Airport. Corporate doesn’t play fair they play favorites, they need to realize how hard everyone is working for them! Their computer systems are beyond antiquated and it’s not the individual locations fault. The Avis/Budget computers don’t even communicate with each other. The steps they have to go through to rent customers cars is ridiculous and has nothing to do with the people behind the counter, it’s all corporate. How do I know this??? I rent cars every week and unfortunately Avis/Budget is our preferred vendor. It’s the same everywhere!
Paula Friborg: Reserved a 16 foot truck on the Budget website in Feb 2021 for a move in June 2021. Called Budget 800# in April, May and June to confirm. Each time my reservation was confirmed by customer service.Got a voicemail 48 hours prior to pick-up to see if I still wanted the truck. Called back to confirm yes I do. Was told no trucks are available.Contacted Budget customer service. The CS rep sent my issue to a supervisor for an escalation and I was called back within 30 minutes by supervisor that my reservation was cancelled by them due to lack of availability. I said this can’t be happening. I planned, confirmed three times. The supervisor said it is done. Cancelled. No assistance, no guidance and no support. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was hung up on.Called Frank’s to inform them my rental was cancelled without my consent and was told they had no inventory and could not help me. Was directed back to the original customer service line that cancelled me and hung up on me.BEWARE - you might have a reservation with Budget and be left without a way to move.
Tom Kribben: The owner was rude. The owner gave me issues about parking my car for a few hours while I rented the truck. In addition, no receipt was emailed to me after the truck was returned. This location charged my credit card for an incorrect amount without sending me any supporting information.

The night before our move about a half hour before they closed , they left me a voice mail that there were no 12 ft trucks available. They offered us a 16 ft truck for the same price. It truly worked out in our favor. Pickup up of the truck was kind of unorganized and took a while but overall not a bad experience.

Cap Ten: “Budget” truck was not in my budget the quote we got was around $260 for a 12 foot truck and the grand total when it was all said and done was well over $350, nothing in their terms of agreement mentioned buying their insurance or being charged $25 a day for being under 25.
Cathy L.: We were very dissatisfied with Budget and the way our reservation was handled. My daughter reserved a 24' truck online 2 was prior to her move. She had a crew of friends and family available at 8 AM to load the truck and a hired crew to unload it. When she and her stepdad arrived (right at 8 when they opened) they were told there was not a 24' truck available and the largest they had was a 16', nowhere near big enough to fit her belongings for the move 2 hours from her present home. No apology given, no explanation, no offer to find a replacement. She told them to cancel her reservation and after much calling around located a 20' truck at a competitor. With the 2 hour delay in getting a replacement, she lost some of her crew halfway through the loading. We had to make 2 trips (an extra 250 miles) since the truck was too small. And yesterday, she found a charge for $50 on her charge card for a "no-show" for her reservation!! Budget says they will credit the charge, but once again made no apologies for the botched reservation or the errant charge. We will never do business with Budget again. Read the fine print...they reserve the right to change the equipment you reserved, and don't bother to notify you so you can make other arrangements. We reserved a 24' truck because we needed a 24' truck, not 16'.
Nunya Bizness: 5 stars for Frank's and 3 for budget truck.We rented a truck for our move of 800 miles and were pretty upset when the cab leaked like a sieve during our rainy transit. Really leaked. Both doors and down both seats, down our backs and on our heads. Fortunately, the box did not leak.After we got to our destination we parked as instructed and the truck was towed with our belongings in it, on Saturday night of memorial day weekend. I called budget customer support and roadside assistance and got nowhere. I called Frank's on Sunday morning and they did every thing they could to help us get it back. Above and beyond. 5 stars for Frank's. Thanks, Vivian.

The only down sides & reasons for only 3 stars were: they didn't have the moving pads like I ordered and I had a rocking chair break (the wicker backing). Also the truck had been wrecked on the top front of truck (I was lucky it didn't rain).

Azzure Motorsports: Booked and confirmed truck online with the same card and drivers license. Get to location and greeted by the most entitled and incompetent employee who boosted about being a 15 year employee of the company. I give confirmation number, card, and id.Refused rental because of spelling mistake by bank, fine. Same employee goes and gives me the 15 year spiel and I can’t use card for rental and my card will not be used on the reservation. Asked for other proof and form of payment with spelling correct,fine (showed 11 other forms of payment to confirm). To add insult to injury my card was charged due to her incompetence on how to cancel reservation properly where my card wouldn’t be charged. Go to uhaul center on kingshighway and 44 complete professionals.
David Michelson: I reserved a moving truck but couldn't pick it up because their system was down. They had me call corporate customer service, who assured me they'd find another location with the same truck, and would call me back in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and still no call, so I had to make a last minute U Haul reservation instead, since I need a truck today, the day of my reservation. Unneccessary stress for my moving day, can't recommend this company to anyone.
Russ Grayson: Do not use Budget Rental. I reserved a truck one month in advance. When time came to pick up the truck the place I was supposed to pick up at had no idea what I was talking about. Come to find out they had me logged to pick up in downtown St Louis in an area you would not have wanted to be at night. When we got to the place they didn’t even have the right truck for us. They had a cargo van for us which all of our stuff did not fit and we had to leave items with family. This wa all after flying from Florida to Missouri just to do this. I got a van that we didn’t think it would make it back to Florida. Didn’t even get a contract due to printer not working. I even had to fill out the damage report myself because the people would not go out to do it. When I turned it in at Florida location they didn’t even come out to look at it. Place is a joke and do not trust them
Chris Zalesky: “Even if you book months ahead of time, we’re still not guaranteed to have your truck at your appointment time.” A direct quote from the lady at the Olive St Budget office. They did not have my truck on Wednesday night for my appointment time, so the worker GUARENTEED they would have it by Thursday morning at 7am. Even said he would check in after hours to see if the truck arrived or drive to St Peter’s to get my truck from a lot. The truck still was not there that next morning and the lady was the most rude person I had ever come across. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to scramble last minute and book with Penske or UHaul anyways because they won’t have your truck.
Clutch & Shift: Don’t know how to give zero stars. Made a reservation for a truck and it got canceled an hour before I was supposed to pick it up when I called corporate they told me I had to give them a number that I was never given confirmation number “wasn’t good enough” Information and then my name was never recorded in their system. Also every every budget truck rental in the area said that we had the wrong phone number after we got it off the budget website.
Cheryl L: What I hated was that I was given an old raggedy truck with the check engine light on, the engine didn't have the power needed to pull a trailer with my car causing me drive much slower, there was no cruise control for 1000 mile trip, the windshield wipers didn't work right, and the headlights even on high beams were so dim and filmed over that it prevented me driving during the night so I was forced to stay in a hotel for two nights!HEED MY WARNING...if you're going on a long one way trip DO NOT USE Budget. Penske or Uhaul will at least give you a newer truck with cruise control, better engine and windshield wipers that will actually remove rain in one swipe!
Chris Kelly: I scheduled a truck rental weeks in advance for an out of state move. They wait to contact me the day of my move 30 minutes before time for pickup. I WAS LIVID!! UNACCEPTABLE!! The lady tried calling other locations to see if they had anything available but they were saying the same thing. Then I check my credit card statement a couple days later, which she told me I didn’t secure the truck on a credit card when I did, to find out that they were charging me $75 for not showing up to pick up the truck!! If I could give zero stars I would. They didn’t offer me anything. I was stuck on my own to figure everything out. Then she said I could call the 1-800 number but said that wouldn’t even help to do that. The communication was very poor, attitudes were poor, management was poor. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Kathleen Powers: If I could give 0 stars then I would. This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was immediately met with hostility and rudeness. I received a reservation confirmation via email but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed there wasn't a truck for me. I never received a call informing me and I had already booked movers to leave the state. The two women were condescending and rude. They were more worried about closing in 25 minutes then trying to do their job of helping me find a truck. She basically informed me that a reservation was pointless. Absolutely awful. DO NOT USE.
Damon Roberts: I rented from you guys and got to this location on Sept 14 2018. This was after my truck getting a flat in route and having to stay at a hotel. Things happen and I did not reserve the truck at your location. I was relieved when I finally made it to the Olive street location. Then my relief turned to disappointment when the person stating she was a manager could not and did not know how to get my car off the full car lift attached to the truck.She kept going inside to help customers. I inquired who can we call and she stated there is no one to call? So I waited over an hour and proceeded to finally called Budget myself for help. Eventually some guys working in a warehouse came over to help me ... as the manager person had her purse and belongings and was leaving for the day. It is unfortunate as the prices were reasonable and my previous experience with Budget were positive. I will probably use budget again, but go out of my way to find one with employees more willing to go the extra mile to assist me with a routine company task. Brandon Ryan: Uhaul ruined my moving plans. They gave me no warning that they could not fulfill my reservation, which was pivotal to my out of state move. Unfortunately this location could not help me with the issue when i arrived to find no record of my reservation and no trucks in inventory. Uhaul just abandoned their commitment to my order. Make sure to have a good backup option if youre making moving plans soon.
Daniel O'Farrell: Person who answered the phone defaulted to being very rude and acting like I was stupid for not knowing the difference between uhaul store and a dealer, and then hung up on me when I asked where a store was. Do something else if you can’t even talk on a phone without being a punk.
Macao The Chef: i only went 6,7 blocks away because i lived nearby. So, i didn't put hardly any miles on the truck. They STILL charged me $19.99 for gas! I guess they're going to make their money by any means necessary. U DON'T treat your customers like that. Especially,when they're the ones whom keep you afloat. NEVER AGAIN. Granted, the truck was very nice and clean.

Destiny Johnson: My spouse and I had an appointment for 10:15 and we brought our 2 year old along with us.When we arrived we were informed that the system were running very slow, after about 15 minutes, we asked would they be able to use a form to take our information down or use cash or some other alternative, the guy ignored us and we had to keep repeating ourselves. He never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any empathy while having our 2 year old who was getting impatient as well. We had no other choice but to wait because they had the van we needed that no other location had. We got our rental 45 minutes after system malfunctions which pushed our day back and made us an hr and 30 minutes late to an important event we needed to be at. Still no customer service was shown about the inconvenience! I feel like we should have been offered a discount or something or a coupon if we use them again or compensate us completely. When you spend $130 with a company you want to feel good about. Train your employees to have better customer service skills and value your customers. I will be letting all my friends, family and any social media sites know about this matter!

Nicki Monroe: I’ve been with hogan for about 7 months, I learned any and everything I needed to know to be a successful driver. My trainers name was randy Melvin & he made my training experience amazing. He was patient and he worked with me if I was having a hard time understanding something. I started out on the dg account and decided to transfer over to the hgi account. I wish the pay was a bit better but besides that I have AMAZING dispatchers that go above and beyond. Amanda and Denise are probably the best dispatchers I’ll ever have. I had to make this review today because I’m extremely sick today and I let Denise know and she made my health a priority over loads and it made me so emotional for some reason because I feel like I’m on a team and not just a number. The low pay discourages me at times but knowing I have great leaders drives me to work harder and to always meet them halfway because they haven’t let me down. I can’t speak for everyone but hogan has definitely made my trucking journey enjoyable and memorable. And even if I don’t stay around for years I’ll always be grateful for them.

Dagerlay Garnet: Hogan Is a great company to start out for if you just got out of truck driving school it is a great company to work for they will teach you all of the ends and outs The dispatchers are absolutely wonderful And we'll go above and beyond for the drivers I love the shop they always got my truck repaired promptly and fast Byan Kanard was my dispatcher And he was a great dispatcher if it wasn't for the fact of me buying my own truck I would have stayed with them longer I could see people making a career here I'm just the type of person who likes owning the business I work for
