I was told the problem and informed to fix it myself in a dismissive manner. How disrespectful is that when I have built trust and expect my problems serviced. I would have purchased the cover elsewhere and self-installed, if I was informed that I would be left to resolve issues on my own.

J O: I traveled to St Louis from out of state to help move a relatives belongings. I was in need of a bed cover while there so I contacted pickup outfitters. They were very helpful and had my bed cover installed while I waited. When they went over the operation of the cover I noticed a section in the middle, and at the end that did not fit flush. When asked about it I was told it was only because it had been sitting in the box for a while but would settle down. I drove home and noticed the cover was still not sitting flush. Upon investigation I noticed the rubber strip on that side was sitting on top of the channel groove and not inside it. I had to adjust the rail and clamps, and reposition the cover to where it now sits flush. Beware if they tell you it will settle.
Bridget McCloskey: I took my car here to get new tires put on. I had a great experience from start to finish. Pickup Outfitters has the nicest staff. 10/10 recommended them!
Robert Bowen: I had purchased an ARE LS2 cover for my truck second hand. Turned out I needed additional parts and assistance for the lock mechanism. I called and was encouraged to come by for assistance. I stopped in late morning on a Friday, no appointment. The gentleman who helped me came out and assessed my cover, spent a good amount of time repairing my cover with parts he had on hand from the shop. This was also in miserable St.Louis heat. I left completely taken care of and at a VERY fair charge to say the least. Top shelf, would recommend and will be back to purchase my bed rug.

Walker Upton: These guys are great. I ordered a hard top for my Jeep from Quadratec without thinking about how I’ll even get it delivered since I live in an apartment complex. I called these guys and asked if I could have it delivered to their shop and they received it for me. The shipment company changed the delivery in transit for me. They even let me put it on myself in the parking lot free of charge. Nice people.

Thankfully they use MART & StingRay Parts Washers to do the cleaning work. Our factory is just around the corner from them. First class service and warranty that can't be beat. Now it’s gotten to the point that they keep putting me on hold. Every time I get ahold of them they keep saying they’ll send someone over within the week. It’s been 3 weeks and I called about 8 times within the 3 weeks period. They do not seem interested in waiting to fix the problem. If I was you I’d stay away from this company very very unprofessional

Santini Falls: Get your parts here, simple. The mark up these shops have are crazy , but you can get almost any part for the whole seller price basically. If you are getting work done, purchase here and pay for the labor at whatever shop working on your truck. Thank me later.

Store closes 5pm.The two guys working there don't try to help me to find out what size shocks I need for my 53 ft. trailer. And don't sell air valve saying need to close store and don't havet. And let me stay with broken trailer out side the store to next day. Those two guys lazy and worst people I aver meet. No respect to truck drivers and people. They cut close store 5 min. Later and sale to me all those parts. I now there havet those pats I buy next day. I hope people like this can't work in places like this.Those people don't understand this job. And don't have knowledge. I dond know how Fleet pride can take people to job like this.

Labrisha Wilder: I cannot say enough good about the staff and service at Broadway Ford Truck Center. We were stranded out of town with our truck, the staff was very thorough and very attentive.
Matt Jost: Very disappointed. Made an online service appointment a week ago. I even received a reminder email to make sure to bring the vehicle in. Upon arriving (1 hour drive) was told, that my appointment was not going to be accepted, and that they would call me in 6-7 weeks to see when I could drop my vehicle off. I spoke with the service manager and was told that the appointment problem was "above his pay grade". As a long time, FORD owner, very disappointed in the lack of service. A simple phone call would've saved all of this, but obviously the customer satisfaction isn't important to Broadway Ford.

audrey gillespie: Zero Stars.... They shipped us a damaged truck and we have not been able to use it since we bought it.... It's been a month now! We paid $100K CASH and they don't have the part to fix the vehicle - this is impacting my business and I'm so disappointed that they didn't do a quality check before shipping the vehicle to us. I heard from my sales guy this was the "last" one in the country so basically they knew it was damaged but were determined to sell it anyway. They just gave us their scraps and took our money - now we have to wait until they find a part to fix it because it is completely undriveable and has been since we received it - we couldn't even drive it off the delivery truck because it wouldn't start up!! What a JOKE!

Shane Bauman: Ordered my Bronco through Broadway with Rich Hollingsworth. He’s a good dude, and made it all an easy, painless process. I think I went into the dealership once for 3 minutes to drop off my license to get copied, the rest of the ordering process was via email. Super convenient. When it came in, I spent maybe 1.5 hours signing papers with Treff the finance guy (made it painless too), going over the features and then was on my way. No surprise ADM. They got me a Bronco in under 90 days, so pretty happy with my experience. Haven’t tried service department yet. Thinking about getting a maverick soon, will be trying them again, and I’d recommend to anyone.

J Reign: Left me hanging for a week and didn’t get back to me. I had to call them back. After finally getting the person I spoke with they told me they didn’t want to mess with that set up and would not be able to accommodate me. I can’t speak on their work but the customer service and experience was not great. I won’t go 1 star because like I said I can’t speak to work but as far as helping me out in my situation with older equipment I was unsuccessful.

I had initially contacted them in regards of purchasing spreaders and plows. the salesman Steve I believe his name was did nothing but try and push 1 kind without ever really listening to my initial request for a hydraulic set up. Yet to hear back from him and it has been 3 weeks now. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to someone that will listen. Completely useless and waste of time. Thanks for nothing and no I will not be calling back to rectify anything your company has had more than a few chances to get it right and completely failed.
