I noticed as we were leaving, the guy had put the yellow & black latch over the garage as if he didn’t want anyone coming in. If you don’t want customers, close down all together.

Ted Koeth: We can’t say enough about the service we received here. We had a loss of power issue on our RV w a Maxxforce 7 and pulled in late morning on a Monday. They were able to prioritize us for an initial assessment within two hours and Eric started working on it that afternoon. Eric was excellent - very patient, thorough and knowledgeable and very meticulous in the RV. He diagnosed the issue and he and Lucas worked to get the needed parts quickly and at a more reasonable than expected cost. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing service.

Troy Bergeron: Absolutely horrible service!!! I called and asked if I could have a front end alignment completed on one of my coaches while they were in St Louis. They said sure, they aren’t busy and if we get there first thing in the morning they can get me in and out. Well Coach arrived at 7:30am before they opened and they didn’t start working on the Coach until 2pm! I told them if they couldn’t get it done early in the day just let me know and I’ll bring it somewhere else, they assured me they could get it done. Well here we are, coaches are supposed to be on the road and it’s not finished! The person on duty could give me no explanation as to why we weren’t taken first, all he could say was there was some trucks in front of you well that’s funny because we were there before you opened! Coach still isn’t done, they don’t care, worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time!! NEVER AGAIN!

RR TRANS SYSTEMS INC.: If I can add zero stars I would.Back in September those guys work on my truck and the towing company damaged my shaft. Estimate for rebuilding it was over $3500 so I decided to tow out my truck. Freightliner dealership couldn’t located my shady at that time and I have being promised that will be shipped out. After 2 months and multiple calls I still don’t have my shaft back. I have a truck at my lot for over 2 months that I can’t use because my shaft is missing. Next step is to call the police.

Labrisha Wilder: I cannot say enough good about the staff and service at Broadway Ford Truck Center. We were stranded out of town with our truck, the staff was very thorough and very attentive.
Matt Jost: Very disappointed. Made an online service appointment a week ago. I even received a reminder email to make sure to bring the vehicle in. Upon arriving (1 hour drive) was told, that my appointment was not going to be accepted, and that they would call me in 6-7 weeks to see when I could drop my vehicle off. I spoke with the service manager and was told that the appointment problem was "above his pay grade". As a long time, FORD owner, very disappointed in the lack of service. A simple phone call would've saved all of this, but obviously the customer satisfaction isn't important to Broadway Ford.

audrey gillespie: Zero Stars.... They shipped us a damaged truck and we have not been able to use it since we bought it.... It's been a month now! We paid $100K CASH and they don't have the part to fix the vehicle - this is impacting my business and I'm so disappointed that they didn't do a quality check before shipping the vehicle to us. I heard from my sales guy this was the "last" one in the country so basically they knew it was damaged but were determined to sell it anyway. They just gave us their scraps and took our money - now we have to wait until they find a part to fix it because it is completely undriveable and has been since we received it - we couldn't even drive it off the delivery truck because it wouldn't start up!! What a JOKE!

He gave me great advice on ordering my custom Maverick, kept me in the loop and helped track it from Mexico to STL. Shane Bauman: Ordered my Bronco through Broadway with Rich Hollingsworth. He’s a good dude, and made it all an easy, painless process. I think I went into the dealership once for 3 minutes to drop off my license to get copied, the rest of the ordering process was via email. Super convenient. When it came in, I spent maybe 1.5 hours signing papers with Treff the finance guy (made it painless too), going over the features and then was on my way. No surprise ADM. They got me a Bronco in under 90 days, so pretty happy with my experience. Haven’t tried service department yet. Thinking about getting a maverick soon, will be trying them again, and I’d recommend to anyone.
