J O: I traveled to St Louis from out of state to help move a relatives belongings. I was in need of a bed cover while there so I contacted pickup outfitters. They were very helpful and had my bed cover installed while I waited. When they went over the operation of the cover I noticed a section in the middle, and at the end that did not fit flush. When asked about it I was told it was only because it had been sitting in the box for a while but would settle down. I drove home and noticed the cover was still not sitting flush. Upon investigation I noticed the rubber strip on that side was sitting on top of the channel groove and not inside it. I had to adjust the rail and clamps, and reposition the cover to where it now sits flush. Beware if they tell you it will settle.

Robert Bowen: I had purchased an ARE LS2 cover for my truck second hand. Turned out I needed additional parts and assistance for the lock mechanism. I called and was encouraged to come by for assistance. I stopped in late morning on a Friday, no appointment. The gentleman who helped me came out and assessed my cover, spent a good amount of time repairing my cover with parts he had on hand from the shop. This was also in miserable St.Louis heat. I left completely taken care of and at a VERY fair charge to say the least. Top shelf, would recommend and will be back to purchase my bed rug.

James Kummer: I just wanted to write a quick thank you to the Line-X dealer at this location. Mike helped me and Rhonda coordinated. Mike has a great attention to detail and his finished work is flawless. Rhonda was able to coordinate a drop off and pick up outside of regular business hours which I really appreciated between a hectic work travel schedule. Your vehicle or whatever Line-X needs are in good hands with this crew! Also they did a one-off project for me just so you know, they lined a chest freezer for a DIY ice bath that I have. So no project is too odd for Line-X, if you can think it they can do it! Thank you again Line-X of Saint Louis and specifically Mike and Rhonda! I will be be back again in 20 years with my next truck :)

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

J Reign: Left me hanging for a week and didn’t get back to me. I had to call them back. After finally getting the person I spoke with they told me they didn’t want to mess with that set up and would not be able to accommodate me. I can’t speak on their work but the customer service and experience was not great. I won’t go 1 star because like I said I can’t speak to work but as far as helping me out in my situation with older equipment I was unsuccessful.
