Alia Havard: Always such a positive experience. Such fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Highly recommend, have tried multiple dishes and have never been disappointed.
Crazy Frog: We've been twice now, and I'm really starting to like it. The place is very clean but old and nothing fancy.I've tried a couple of dishes, and the bibimbap was very tasty. The kimche soup was very spicy!
Mimi Fruit: As someone has mentioned, the waitress (owner?) was not friendly to me when I was there. She was rude and impatient with me. Unpleasant experience.
Keegan Turney: What an amazing food experience! Plenty of authentic Korean foods to choose from. The dumplings were some if the best I've had and the soup was fantastic! The waitress was also incredible- striking up conversation with every table and making sure everyone liked what they ordered. Definitely coming back!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Opal Travel: Amazing food!!! Reasonable price, big portion and you can ask for more side dishes! I will be back again soon!
L OS: Don't go here - they need to work on customer service. Main points: Overpriced, slow service, argumentative with customers. My friend and I came in for their lunch service, the place was pretty empty when we arrived but then picked up after we were seated. Given it is Easter Sunday so I figured the service may be a little slow. I also always assume with mom and pop operations that they may have only one chef. I go in understanding this, however, the wait here is VERY LONG. We sat for over 30 minutes with just water, they didn't even bring kimchi or broccoli (some kind of side that doesn't take long to assemble. At first, the waitress (maybe owner?) was friendly enough. However, after we asked how long the wait would be (waiting 45 minutes at this point) she gave my friend a lot of attitude. Then when everything arrived it came at once, appetizer, main course everything (we only ordered one appetizer and two soups). The appetizer and my friends soup was pretty good, however they messed up my order. It was a soup (having worked in a kitchen) I assume they have soup base waiting and then pile ingredients per order. I asked the waitress to come over and politely let her know that the soup was not what I ordered. She then began to explain how it was my mistake (I didn't read the menu correctly). Everytime I tried to speak she interrupted me. Finally, feeling uncomfortable I told her never mind. Please just take the soup back, I won't have it at all. She then tried to insist that I just eat and pick out the ingredients I don't want with a spoon. I had to tell her several times that I just won't have the soup. She didn't apologize, or offer to make me another. She just took it back annoyed. When I went to pay I ask if them removed the soup from the bill. She just looked at me annoyed and said "no". No explanations, no apologies. Just horrible customer service. I could understand this response if I ordered something extremely pricey or something that would be hard to replace but this was a SOUP. You should never argue with your customers regardless. The customer is always right. I'll never come back here again. Be careful if you come, at the Asian Kitchen the customer is always wrong.
Erika Pursley: Friendly service and good food.

Dwight Ong: Great food, but just like everyone says, it does take quite awhile for the food to come out.Really delicious Korean food and the flavors were bursting and memorable. Would definitely come back for the food, however, if you are hungry, the wait might be unpleasant because it does take awhile. I do get it though since I do believe it is a small mom and pop restaurant and it is just them making and serving everyone. Either way great food, maybe stick with take out if you don’t want the wait 👍🏾
Donny Jones: Fantastic food and service!
Lewis Johns: Food was great but the menu changed which I was not happy about.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Jacob Camenzind: Food took 40 minutes or so to arrive but it was great! Loved the banchan that came with the bibimbap, most restaurants serving bibimbap don’t offer that too. The spicy pork nearly killed me with the heat, but it was good!

Timothy Lee: The food was exquisite and the service exemplary.
Travis Paul: Outstanding beef. Two different K-pop songs on different tvs is too much by one.Parking: Looked to be at least a dozen customer parking spots.
John H: This is my favorite restaurant! I used to love their food truck when they came to my work but I no longer have convenient access to it, so having a brick & mortar location available is the only way I can eat my favorite food.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Beef Bulgogi …More
Rusty Shackleford: My girlfriend is a native Korean so she’s always looking for food that reminds her of home. She gives this place an 8.7/10 for authenticity which isn’t shabby considering none of the employees are Korean. Her favorite item is the pork katsu. Extremely generous portion and the pork itself is fresh and juicy. Her only qualms are that the rice is too wet and the noodles are a tad over cooked. I believe I saw them cooking the rice in a microwave so that’s to be expected. Overall a pleasant experience with room for improvement. If you want to ever try some truly authentic Korean food made EXACTLY how it is in the motherland then I would recommend SOS (Sides of Seoul).

Braden West: Not too shabby
Felicia Lee: Got the pork katsu bowl, chicken katsu bowl, and top boki deluxe. The bowls include japchae, rice, mixed salad greens, and meat. The top boki includes udon, fish cakes, egg. The meat portion of the bowls was good but the rice was overcooked and the portion size of the japchae and greens was small. The top boki was fairly good. I wish they had included more ingredients relative to the amount of sauce

Petiri Munyikwa: Used to be my favorite place and would order here multiple times a week. Now I barely go there. From the lackluster customer service to the raising prices, it’s really frustrating to see. You now get much less food for a higher price, in a takeout container that is unruly and prone to being dropped and leaking. Versus the take out containers that they used to have which were sturdy and not to mention better branding! The quality of the food is also so hit and miss these three months. There is always a component off. If the meat was okay, the rice would be mushy. If the rice and japchae were okay then the meat would be flavorless and tough! And again there is much less food now, then when the storefront first opened. I really hope this place returns to its former quality and consistency.

Seoul Taco: what do users think?
Chris Dornfeld: Now popular throughout the mid-west, great to visit the OG location in the loop. Great street food that is one of the great fusion menus, maybe ever. And it’s priced reasonably so you never leave feeling like that alignment of flavor and value is out of whack. Delicious. 😊🔥❤️
Anna Nguyen-Barrett: Tacos and corn elote quesadilla were good and very flavorful. I really loved the sauces on the quesadilla. The Seoul torta was not good. It barely had any meat and a big slab of bean paste smothered in it, which was dry. It had more bean paste than meat. Service was friendly. Be careful near the counter cuz the floor was kind of greasy.

We gave them a call and they apologized and offered a replacement the next time we came in. We came in two weeks later and they remembered us and were eager to give us a complimentary replacement. klesyd: My husband and I ate here one weekend while visiting St Louis. The next weekend my daughter and i drove 2.5 hours back to St Louis so we could eat here again. We spent the night in the city and stopped back by Kalbi for 2 more burritos before making the 2.5 hour drive back home. Yep, its that good!! I've ate multiple things here but the burrito stands out as the best to me. I love the sweet and spicy chicken burrito. The owners are so friendly too. They were tickled when I told them how fast we had drove to eat there. We highly recommend you try them. Asian meets mexican... so good!!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian protein optionsParking: Covered garage
Young Wise Humble Entertainment Llc: Best for in foundry. People are loving and nice like family and know how to feed my heart. When I come to Kalbi s I get a great experience every time. The employees are nice and very helpful and make sure that my allergies get taken care of. Make sure that there's nothing in my food. I would not want to eat or could not eat. Overall, I think this is a very humble and nice and generous place and I will be visiting again and I love this experience that I have and most definitely will be back.
Annali L: best food ever
Eric S: This food is junk. I think they misplaced their salt shaker with sugar. On top of that my wife's order wasn't even correct, but SO SORRY!!! All sales are final.Well so is my review.
Rachelle Sears: No, just no. Everything was really sweet. The salsa was sweet like they mixed up the salt with sugar. Sweet and spicy chicken was all sweet, no heat. Same for the sweet and spicy pork. Still trying to figure out how the Buffalo chicken zing was sweet. If this is how it's supposed to taste, then it's just not for me and that's okay. If you like to put spoonfuls of sugar in your salsa then this is the place for you! Good thing there are other options near by.
Stephen Dolle: They gave me a different side than I ordered and instead of doing what any normal restaurant would do and swap out the slaw for kimchi they decided to say no you ordered that even though I didn't... poor service many better options at the foundry.
A STEED: Was good even if a bit pricey. Must enjoy spicy food and an abundance of rice more than meat. Be sure to mention it's Togo or you get a nasty look at the pickup window.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5Recommended dishes Rice Bowl Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
DJ Joe Freshboy: My meal was indeed tasty and enjoyable. However, I would tend to agree with another reviewer on the price to quantity ratio disparity. For the portions you would receive at Qdoba, Chipotle, or your local taqueria, you’ll pay 1.5x more here. But, the selection of protein offerings are clearly more diverse here. Also felt ripped off with the ‘chips’ in the chips and salsa. They were definitely store bought tortilla strips you would find in bulk at Costco, Sam’s Club. I’ve always had fresh chips served that were made in-house when frequenting any Mexican restaurant. The salsa was wonderful though.
Tyler Chrestman: Sweet & Spicy Chicken Quesadilla- This one was good. Had just a little bit of spice to it, but was not overwhelming. 4/5Teriyaki Chicken Quesadilla- Delicious. This was my favorite thing that I have tried from the restaurant yet. 5/5
carmen smith: THESE TACOS ARE HORRIBLE! I BOUGHT 2 BEEF RIBS AND 2 OTHERA I THREW AWAY! THEY WERE TO SWEET WAY TOO MUCH JUICE MAKING THE TACO WAY TOO SOGGY! BOUGHT TO SODA AND THE TOPS WERE FILTHY, BUT THE LADY IN ALL THE PICTURES EXPLAINED TO ME THATS HOW THEY COME AND I SAID IF YOU KNOW THATS HOW THEY CONE WHY NOT CLEAN THEM so paying customers don't have to ask you to do it!.
Cody Cummings: I love Kalbi Taco Shack! Their Korean BBQ inspired take on classic Mexican dishes like burritos and tacos makes for a highly enjoyable fusion. The menu is incredibly flexible, so you should be able to find some combination of flavors that fit your palate. Their service is great and they get food out to you quickly even during high traffic days. If you like jack fruit, you need to try their jack fruit tacos!
CD Kels: Kalbi Taco has amazing burritos. I also love ordering the tacos and rice bowl.
Hal Stults: The beef short rib tacos are the best I've ever had. Better than Garbo's in Key West. This place is well worth finding.
Anonymous Anonymous: Amazing!! Highly recommended. Will be back
Jerrica Owens: Absolutely DELICIOUS! My first time eating here and I loved it! I got the rice bowl with sweet and spicy chicken amazing, I don’t feel overly stuffed it was just right. And the chips and homemade salsa is to die for! 10 stars! I highly recommend this place! Very nice and friendly people!
Sarah Hernandez: Had the sweet potato and sweet and spicy pork. Both were very good, I'd probably just do sweet potato but they only sell them in sets of 2. I paid $26 for 3 tacos and a 16oz boba tea, plus tip. I feel like that's pretty pricy for just one meal, but it was definitely tasty.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Sweet Potato Tacos …More
Dylan Costo: Tacos are good, not great not terrible, however I can’t recommend it because the price, 15$ for a quesadilla, 5$ per taco, each taco as small as you can make it. Save your money.
A B: Food was a little on the pricey side, however, it was so tasty. My bf is very picky so I knew it was worth it being that he liked it . The beef tacos was great. You get two of them they were $16. Would highly advise going a little earlier as they do run out of food due to it being worth the cost.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Beef Short …More
E C: Awesome Tacos with great flavor. Price is a little high.. 4.50 for each small taco.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Gina M: Amazing find in the food hall. The short rib tacos were the best, better than the short rib bowl. The sweet and spicy pork tacos were also amazing. Would skip getting the rice bowls next time. Plenty of gluten free options as well, and staff were knowledgeable about a variety of dietary restrictionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options available, and staff able to change gloves to minimize cross contact

Rachel Schultz: Great flavor food although I wish I would have known I could get the beef spicy. And I would've liked to have more sauce because everything seemed a little dry. When I stopped by last night (in a slight rush) I discovered pretty quickly that it was a mistake. Apparently the two people running the place had come short of to go lids and instead of letting the customers know (who were sitting there waiting for their food), they were waiting to transfer everything into other containers for new lids. They just had us sitting there waiting for endless amounts of time.I was literally sitting there watching my food go cold for about 10 minutes while they were making up their mind on what to do.I was supposed to be in and out of there within 15 minutes and it took maybe 30 minutes before I got my food. Food was relatively good management and process seems poor and slow.Oh also, they don't have a soda machine. So you have to pay $1.50 extra for water. And the bowl is not big so I kind of felt ripped off honestly. 13 bucks.
Selena Velez: So good
Julia Zeng: The service was friendly, the food arrived quickly, and the sweet and spicy tofu was absolutely delicious.
Cody Cummings: BOBQ is one of those restaurants you didn’t know you needed. My wife and I typically try to find that one specific restaurant that hits both our cravings, and BOBQ was definitely there for us in our time of need. It’s a perfect portioned meal that gives you a blend of fresh and saucy protein options. It’s a fast take on your classic Korean BBQ, and boy does it deliver! It was a quick and tasty experience that left us wishing they had a second location downtown.
christina love: I love this place the food and staff is always amazing I live in st.peters and take the drive just to eat here always worth it
Andrew S: Little hole in the wall, but the food's good. Price is Right too. The sauce that comes with those pot stickers were phenomenal. That's all I had. My guests had a bowl each though and they were both very complimentary of their food as well. I think one was chicken and one was beef.Wheelchair accessibility: Not particularly. It's small for comfort.
Justin Tai: Honestly, best on-the-go Korean food on the block! Considering its size and for what it is, you can't beat the simple menu and their delicious options. All meats are marinaded well and are pretty flavorful. I tried every single item on the menu and didn't find anything that I didn't like, almost as if I was in Seoul eating authentic kbbq. The owner is very friendly and greets everyone with courtesy. The staff also takes time to explain the ingredients and what the hot commodities are with first time customers. Every little detail is intentional - from the interior design of the store to the littlest flavors in the food. This is truly a place to enjoy good Korean food so if you're looking for kbbq, this is it!
Thomas Ahn: I used to come here regularly but it seems the og cooks have left because now the food is either burnt, not seasoned well, or made with subpar meat. The portions have too much rice compared to everything else.I wish they had ssamjang for the classic Korean barbeque experience.Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes …More

Sean Cartwright: Very disappointed, food was handed out wrong and when the owner had to remake it, he had a poor attitude and tossed the bag of food at my girlfriend. Will not be visiting again

Melanie Novak: I used to really love this place and the food is still good, but I had a bad experience today. I went to get takeout and it took 45 minutes from the estimated time for pickup to me getting my food. I work 2nd shift at a hospital and had to eat in my car to make it on time. The worst part for me was that they were taking all of the in-line orders before the carry out. I could have gotten in line at any point and have gotten my food faster, but I had already paid for carry out. Also, one of the workers spent a long time just chatting to someone he knew in the line which was frustrating. I’ll come back to BLK at some point because I enjoy the food, but never for lunch because those workers weren’t helpful.
Gregory Robinson: It's always the food is fantastic and I come there and there are different associates working all the time. Jonathan Holt: Fantastic food, but get it to go- very limited seating. Imagine a sushi roll the thickness of your forearm and about 10" long. The flavors were fantastically diverse in all 3 wraps we got (poke bowls with rice or salad were also available bit how often do you get a chance to eat a massive sushi burrito?). You pay for what you get- the meal cost around $60 for us. Staff was not very knowledgeable about gluten free options, but it was busy and we didn't want to hold things up: we were asking for potential future guests with food allergies. Overall it was fantastic food (a tad bit messy towards the end of the roll but I'm a heathen and don't mind messy finger foods) and I'd definitely order again, but next time might schedule a pickup for a picnic or a quiet night at home. One more note- as expected the food did not keep well to the following day (as expected with oversize sushi rolls with crunchy and soggy elements).

Rachel: I ordered the Tasty as Cluck for dinner yesterday and got food poisoning within 2 hrs after I ate it. I vomited the whole meal and have not been able to even keep down water. The piece of chicken it came with was very large and was not cooked thoroughly. It was very fried on the outside which masked the raw center. The chicken should be cut into small pieces to facilitate a thorough cook. Beware when ordering this dish.
S palmer: The first time I came here I was so upset because I wanted to try them and it was during covid and I thought I placed an order and was waiting but come to find out I didn't. The gentleman approached me stating he was the owner and because he kept his composure when I was upset I later came back to patronize the. I am so glad I did. Not only do they have great food they are pleasant and professional every time.

Jessica Foley: 3.5 / 5“fast food sushi”Cute aesthetic, friendly staff. Very small place, I don’t think it’s meant to be a sit down- seems like most people order to go.It reminded me of Subway in the sense that all the ingredients are out and then you walk through the line picking what you want. Reminded me of Poke Doke if you have ever been there (this was on par with poke doke. if you love that place you will love this place).Ordered the Krilla Krunch sushi burrito and got the ginger soda. It was good, not amazing. It was difficult/messy to eat. Good crunch on the shrimp tempura, nice sauces, very fresh tasting. It was good, and I’d recommend it to people who like Poke Doke or want an experience sushi eat (I don’t know of any other place that does a sushi burrito) but I don’t personally think I’ll be back. And if someone I knew was craving sushi, I’d recommend somewhere else.

Corey Anderson: Really interesting concept. The flavors of Korean food but presented as Mexican street food. Super unique but also very delicious. The Korean flavors are spot on, the kimchi, rice and pork combo in a burrito is strange but very delicious and satisfying. The pork was the only meat I had, but I had ordered it multiple times because it was just so darn good. Also, the queso is absolutely amazing. It's more like liquid cheese versus a watery cheese-like sauce. It's very good.

Cody Cummings: Seoul Tacos is one of the few lunch spots open on Mondays, and it’s a pretty quick way to get a lot of tasty food quickly if you’re limited on time. Parking is a challenge, but if you live or work around the grove then it’s an easy option. I tried the spicy pork burrito and my wife got the Gogi bowl with steak. The spicy pork burrito was packed with flavor, and everything was fairly balanced in a way that each bite tasted the same, unlike other burrito places that seem to find a way to give you pockets of differing flavors. The Gogi bowls are pretty big, and the meat portion is generous. The egg was unforgivably fully cooked, so there was no mixing the yolk into the rice, but other then that it was pretty delicious. The waffle fries are some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve had in the city, and while I initially balked at the price, I was happy with the investment in the end. Pro tip: get some gochujang on the side for the fries, and thank me later.
Anirudh Ashok: Was recommended this place by a friend.Got the Gogi bowl with tofu and fried rice and the sweet potato waffle fries. Great fried rice and the gojuchang paste was really tasty and spicy. The sweet potato fries were really delicious. The only problem we had with this place was that almost everything had eggs mixed into it and my girlfriend could not eat anything but the sweet potato waffle fries with sriracha sauce. Wish they had a vegan substitute for these sauces. A tough place to find anything to eat for vegan food enthusiasts. Would definitely recommend visiting at least once if you’re in St. Louis. The ambience was great and the staff were really nice and courteous!

ankita lodhavia: Disclaimer - I'm vegetarian ( won't consume eggs/fish products) so my review is based on the food with modifications.I got the Goji bowl with Tofu and plain white rice, the waffle fries and the muchwrap supreme. My partner got the Goji bowl with fried rice(which has egg)The food was a little bland to our liking and the bowls could have a few more ingredients. The wrap was delicious however, and I'm pretty sure, without the mods, might be really tasty.Overall-it was an OK experience.

Zach King: Update 2023: This place has taken a full 180 from a year ago. Workers are great, inviting and the food is more consistent than ever.Update: Food seems to be more consistent now with each time I order. This Seoul Taco is by far the worst Seoul Taco location all caused by the staff not caring and obviously management not doing anything about it. I have been to this location for probably close to 200 times and I always get the same thing, a gogi bowl. The only consistent thing about it is that the meat is always seasoned well (the reason I keep coming back) other than that the bowls are never the same. They always pre cook the eggs so they end up being a hard egg, not the sunny side up as it should be. Out of those 200 times I have ordered this bowl I always get it with Seoul sauce, out of those times they have not put it on the bowl at least 150 of those orders. They also have the audacity to charge 50 cents for a tablespoon of that sauce that you may or may not get. I truly think that if the owner would audit this location he would be deeply upset with the quality of food that is coming out of there.

vickey ram: This place is very very slow not so good customer service and they are always out of food especially the brisket. When you come here for that specifically and it runs out because it’s popular it should be your job to know it is in demand and have a higher quality of it. This didn’t happen once but THREE times in a row. It’s absolutely insane! Get better staff and manger who can adequately account for sales of the meats.
Louis Liu: Food was amazing, high recommend the beef brisket and short ribs. Customer service was fantastic even when it’s busy, they make sure you are having a good time eating here. However, there is usually a long waiting time as it’s a popular spot. When registering your name for the waiting line also make sure to get your phone number correctly and not to bother them again as the lady who takes care of the waiting line will get annoyed. Overall a good vibe and recommend coming here.

Hyeon-ju Yoo: As a Korean, I can tell you this is not a premium or high quality Korean bbq resturaunt. They gave us 4 different small side dishes, which were below average. We ordered the number 4 that was the marinaded beef combo for 4 people. The Meat and steamed eggs were ok and good portion size. The rice was not sticky rice, soft tofu soup was not spicy enough and not rich in flavor. The strangest thing was they used some weird cover mat to cover the grill. I really don't know why. Honestly I have never seen this in Korea. Waitresses were friendly.
Peter Martinez-B: Service was good and you can't beat all you can eat Korean BBQ. I just couldn't get over the floor. Slipped and almost fell walking out.Update: Stopped by because we wanted to give it another chance and looks like the floor is under control.

Ying Zhang: Our family have been dining here for years. We always love the food and atmosphere.Last night was a first for me. The waitress seems very nice but you can tell that she does not want our business and she does not care for our business. Too bad she was the one who seats everyone. The store was clearly not busy with multiple empty tables and no one waiting from what I can see. We asked to be seated and were told the wait is 1 hour. We were shocked and pointed out the empty tables. She just smiled and said it's an hour and would you like to be add to the list. I thought she did not hear me and asked again and she repeated herself while have the same smile on her face. This is when I realized that she is probably busy and just wanted us to go away.We left and went next door to Joojoo, which is clearly full of customers and people waiting inside and outside. We asked the nice waitress same question and were explained thoroughly because we have a larger party we have to wait about 25 minutes. I gladly put down my number and waited outside. Both waitresses were nice talking to us but you can just tell the difference. That was actually a great educational point for my kids.
BC A: 사장님 이거 보시면 개선 부탁 드립니다. 그릴만 깨끗하게 잘 닦으시면 좋을거 같아요.
Al Garcia: if you are looking for the korean bbq experience, then this is a good introduction to it. if you are looking for a more balanced korean food experience, then this is not the place to go... otherwise the place is spacious and clean, and service is good... order what i thought woul be a dolsot bibimbop, but just got the dolsot part... also found the price of a bottle of soju to be outrageous... i will try joo joo next time.
Charles Palmgren: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Lulu Brinkley: All you can eat Korean BBQ - the best one in town.
S Smith: My friend made a reservation and when we arrived, they had no record of it and only offered to put us on the waiting list which could have been 1 and a half hours later. They were quite rude about it and really made no effort to look into it further seemingly insinuating my friend had not made the reservation. We left and about 15 minutes later they called my friend because they found her reservation written on a post it but had not written in their book. I didn't even hear an apology although they did offer to gives us a table at that time. We opted to continue with the alternate plans we made.
M smith: I wish they had more flavor options, like get some actual Korean BBQ sauce. We got seame seed oil, soy, and some red paste. That's what you have to flavor the meat if you don't want to eat straight meat. One bowl of soup for two people and it was sour.
Loc Tran: Good meal!
Mark Zehner: Food was great, however can be a bit over whelping if you've never been to a Korean BBQ...prices are pretty highFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Nick Osborn: Everything here is amazing. I bring all of my family and friends here. It can be tough to feed more than 4 people on a grill so be wary. I once brought 8 and we had to share 1 grill, leading to many hungry people at the end. The grills just can't keep up. Otherwise, it's pretty close to authentic Seoul Korean bbq. Just ask for the lettuce, extra Ssamjang sauce, and a dish full of raw garlic!Vegetarian options: Very limited

Explorers: What a gem of a place. The food is worth every bit of hype. Limited menu almost always equals to super good food (at least in my personal experience). We got the beef bibimbap along with two chicken tacos, one beef taco, and dragon sauce and they were delicious. Was slightly disappointed with the extra charges for the steak both on tacos and bibimbap. We surely didn't get bites of meat in each bite so should have more meat if we did pay extra.Anywho, if you are to dine in, be warned you won't be seeing much of your food because it's pretty dark, but if you were to use your flashlight and see the food you'd see your food not only tastes good, but is super colorful and beautiful looking. We'd definitely be back for more. Thank you, Tiny Chef! 😁
keith hasenfratz: I def waited too long to try Tiny Chef. It’s the perfect blend of fresh ingredients and flavor. Not to mention…the 🔥🔥🔥 that ensues while eating it. So dang good. Do yourself a favor and try it all. You WONT be let down.

Amaris Peters: Was a bit confused when my dinner date and I tried to go indoors, only to find that the entirety of the interior building was the kitchen. Apparently they only serve for curbside pickup and takeout. However a friendly hostess who was taking orders out front showed us a paper menu and encouraged us to order online for pickup, which we did. The food arrived promptly to us waiting out front and accurate to what we ordered. Our dishes (my companion got the chicken bibimbap and I got the sizzling beef) included an array of delicious and colorful ingredients, packaged neatly for takeout, and proved to be a filling and delightful customer experience. The food and friendliness will definitely secure our decision to return in the future!
Jamie Wirsig: Unique and delicious! I can’t wait until they open back up on August.

Bryan Boettiger: Absolutely fantastic.
Edith Drake: This was the spot we chose for lunch. The food was amazing! And the service was some of the best Ive had in the city.
Makenna Gooldy: One of the best dishes I’ve ever had. SO bummed you had no steam buns or spring rolls on the menu /: I also LOVE that you use sustainable packaging.. THANK YOU.
Ellen Christensen: Everything was amazingly delicious! And they threw in an extra dish for us to try! Excellent food and above and beyond service. We will be back.
Howard Jones: Kounter Kulture proved a delightful surprise. Small restaurant, huge flavor, sophisticated cooking and presentation. The descriptions of the food on the menu didn't come close to doing it justice. For instance, what was described as an "Heirloom Tomato Salad" surely had one of the finest salad dressings we'd ever consumed, even compared to some of the Michelin Star restaurants we've eaten at.Even the dipping sauces for such things as the shrimp appetizer had been mixed with great care, and kicked the food up several levels. The main courses were incredible as well. The meats were well-seasoned before they'd been cooked, appropriately (salmon was clearly prepared differently from the chicken), with delightfully fresh vegetables. If we didn't live so far away (we visited from out of state) we'd surely be returning next week. Our server was incredibly kind to us, and when I mentioned that we'd gotten drenched while visiting the nearby botanical garden, she offered towels and threw in some extra food for the long wet trip back home.It was an experience we won't forget, and we will make Kounter Kulture a must-stop the next time we find ourselves in St. Louis.
