Mj: Terrible customer service horrible. I walk by the place daily decided to stop in I'm new from Saint Charles. Where they have the best store studio 420. Where I spend hundreds of dollars a month. I was asked after looking at 1 very cool unique dugout I've never seen before. If I wanted to purchase it I said no. Not now for $32 but I definitely in the future. Want it. That's for sure just can't afford it today. He asked me if I was going to buy anything?I responded really off cuff with I didn't know I was even coming in today I just wanted to look around and see if anything caught my eye that's pretty much it here. Maybe? More than window shoping bu5 sell than certain..?He then said if you're not gonna buy anything I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. He said said well I don't know if I'm gonna buy anything or not..? He repeated I'm gonna have to ask you to leave.I said even if I buy something I just want to look around or I have to buy something just to look around? He just gave me a look and told me again nothing there for me. Wow.!On my way out the door I mentioned I may have smoked some before I came in did I accidentally say anything to offend you he said no. I walked out the door glad to have not purchased anything I can't wait to see what's in this space next time. Washington great I love the area everything and I love when bed stores are good they get pushed out by better stores. Do not give these people your money.
Willie Heavystarch Hudson: Always friendly staff, great hookah supplies. They are great in spite of the draconian laws on nicotine meant to hurt small businesses. They have a decent inventory. And even helped with a tank for an old vape pen. No matter who's working there is always friendly banter!👍🏾

John “Johnny tsunami” Doe: Didn't even go in, called to ask a very basic question and was greeted by a lady who quite clearly HATES working there. It was a simple question anyone who works at this type of store should be able to answer buf instead she gave me completely unrelated information (I asked about nothing illegal or even unsavory) and when I tried to explain this to her she responded with "well don't come here, stay home and smoke another one!" If I owned this store I would fir her immediately and if she is the owner I recommend not going in and spending your money at a place that doesn't know anything about their own products. I tried to be as polite as I could through the whole affair but will never be wasting my money here and neither should you!

There is always an affordable selection of products and new arrivals. I’m happy to come here a couple of times a week. I’ve gotten free apparel on birthdays and during special promotions, free products to try at my leisure, and plenty of little perks here and there. If you’re looking for a spot with fantastic variety, great prices and helpful/knowledgeable staff, Coughing Cardinal is the place to go!
