Gus Badalamenti: CenturyLink is the worst!!! 2 1/2 hours on the line for service and still no adequate response, let along resolution!!! DO NOT enlist this company for service, phone or internet -they'll never be able to meet expectations, regardless of how low you set the bar!! I would give them Zero Stars but review would not post without at least 1
Gavin Layne: Costumer service is terrible. When we called about our neighbor cutting our line they repeatedly hung up on us multiple times.
cassie schmelz: Horrible customer service. Internet constantly goes out. Would not use them if they weren't the only option.
Mark Floyd: This company has been holding my business number hostage for 6 years and any time I try to transfer the number, they tell me they can't. They have the WORST customer service and every time I called I was told something different. If I could give them negative 10 stars, I would.
Sean Martin: I would give it a 0/10 if i could. There customer support is bad. I needed a technician and was told 8am-5pm like what!? can you not just give me a time its not that hard. The equipment is trash and makes getting the speed you pay for hard. Again 0/1000000 horrible company.
