Karla McKinney: Contacted Throttle Net regarding issues with connecting to Quick Books... a session was started within 5 minutes of my contact...J Maulding was able to quickly remote in, go through my files and locate the correct file to open QB (towers had just recently been upgrade, so an initial start up was necessary). He then remained connected while QB system files updated, then the reboot of the computer, through to the restart of the QB with updates. Great JOB and thank you.
