Jennifer McColgan: Heidi is AWESOME!!! I went to Bravo for the first time literally in years...as in pre-pandemic and Heidi totally remembered me! She and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I work from home and wanted something comfy. Of course, Heidi had the perfect bra for me. It's a pullover and I'm used to having a clasp so I struggled to make up my mind on what to get. I ended up going with the pullover style by Evelyn & Bobbie and of course she upsold me on the matching panties... and I'm so glad she did!!! I love the set! It's so comfortable... and for the first time in decades I've got a matching bra and panty. Thanks again Heidi for another great shopping experience. :)

She also showed me various techniques to get the cups filled properly. I never felt rushed at all and I was there for over an hour! I will definitely be back!

She took her time and explained a lot of what a Bra should be and how it should fit. They had a great selection in all sizes even plus sizes. Wendy Parade: So I went to Bravo Bra Boutique in SoCo. They do require appointments but this allows every customer to get the attention they deserve. The owner helped me and I felt like a freaking VIP! She was extremely personable and attentive and made me feel super at ease and comfortable. She addressed all my concerns, embraced any feedback and I ended up getting three bras that completely alleviate my back pain at super reasonable prices. I had never been fitted and highly recommend this place if you are thinking about trying it. They are by appointment only but trust me it is worth it.
Ti: Visited to get fitted. The lady was helpful. The issue arised during checkout. Prior I asked if they could write down my measurements (meaning bust/under bust) and I felt like they didn't want to give it to me. I had to remind her more than once and the only thing they would give me was the bra size. My size differs and I just needed that information.

Doug Bray: If I could give B&B Aquatics less than one star I would. Order swim items online before going to them for sure! My daughter bought a tech swimsuit that was on sale and it ripped while she was putting it on. It was the right size, but it was not great quality. It was not sold inside of the box, so we felt like it was old. Anyway, B&B Aquatics did not stand behind their product. They did not give us a refund or store credit. By doing this, they are going to lose way more than the price of this suit over time because we will NEVER go back. So disappointed! Like I said, please shop online before every coming into this store!
Elizabeth Maddy: I feel this store is aware they are the only store like this and have the corner on swim wear. Which in turn means they charge more than you would like to pay. I'm recommending you should look online before stepping in this little store. I think orders coming from schools is how they stay in business. Not impressed.

Byron: Both over the phone and in the store our experience has been that the staff is curt and rude. They were of little help when determining the correct suits for our daughters and frustrated when we asked them questions. Answering questions is part of the value a brick and motor offers over simply ordering equipment online. Based on our two experiences we will try to avoid B&B in the future whenever possible.

I brought in a sweater that I had bought And with a receipt they would not take it back because I was too late in getting it back to the store after only 3 weeks. I would have been happy to have store credit but there was no budging so I wasted $60. To keep customers there should be some flexibility and interest in wanting to continue to have business with them.

Eshioma Ajoku: Just as the other reviewer‘s mentioned, their customer service is extremely bizarre. The customer service lacks. They are incredibly rude, and unhelpful. They had sent me the incorrect merchandise and told me to return it. Upon them receiving the merchandise, they decided to deny the return, as well as keep the merchandise as well. I’ve called to speak to the associate in charge of the returns, and the other associates kept lying informing me that he wasn’t in the store. The associates also hung up on me and ended my call 25 times when I asked to speak to the associate who handles returns. This store is insane.
Abigail Grant: I have been shopping at Splash for over a year. It is well-known in St. Louis that the clothes are great and the customer service is sub-par. However, I experienced a new level of horrendous customer service yesterday. I attempted to return a lounge set nine days after purchasing it. I tried it on at home before making the decision to return. The elderly blonde sales associate refused to accept my return after wrongfully accusing me of detaching tags and wearing the set. She was extremely rude and told me the set “reeked” of perfume. She proceeded to examine the plastic part of the tags and told me I bent them to remove the paper. After arguing back and forth, she wrote all over my receipt “do not allow return”. The way they treat their customers is a shame and I would not recommend Splash to anyone.
fredrick banse: This place discriminates against bigger women. My daughter was shunned by employees when she asked for help. Look at their instagram. Don’t post anyone bigger than a size 2. Hire more inclusive models SPLASH. Time to grow up and promote body positivity.

Anneliese Holstein: The best store in saint Louis! Great experience and great clothing! All of their clothes are so much fun and they always have an affordable option that compares with their more expensive items. I recommend this store for anyone looking for a new swimsuit. The last time I purchased a suit from them one of their employees looked at me , then proceeded to pick out the most perfect swim suit for my body type. THey know their merchandise very well and are super helpful to get you in the right style. Weather you are going to the beach, a cocktail party , school dance , or just cruising they have the perfect clothes. Always has been one of my favorite boutiques in saint Louis and never ceases to amaze me. Love your location and what you have done with the store!

Cara Comeaux: Even though I live in the Chicago suburbs, Splash has been one of my all time favorite stores to shop at when I'm in town! They have an incredible selection of jewelry, bathing suits, jeans and more. The store is always clean, the staff members are super helpful and I always feel welcome as I am greeted with a smile upon entering. It is very difficult to leave this store empty handed as they are always on top of the latest trends. Their display is on point and the store has a very fresh/modern feel to it. I can't wait to stop in Splash the next time in in STL!
Andrea Sanders: Awesome experience. My daughter and I were running late to shop for a dress. We weren't rushed by the staff...they suggested quite a few dresses to try on and even brought shoes to try just to see how the dresses would look with the right shoe (not flip flops like my daughter had on). Time got away from us and before I knew it was 7:40 when my daughter selected a dress...40 minutes AFTER the store closed. Not only was the owner still there helping, but so was one of her staff. Never once did we feel rushed. Great selection AND phenomenal service. Thank you!

Roger Patterson: I was there the other day and had an amazing experience the staff was very helpful and friendly and never cared that I was there shopping for myself some new panties. I love that they don't discriminate any no matter what gender they are. It was nice to finally be able to shop and not be judged by the staff.

Emily Dž: Don’t waste your time here if you are pregnant or aren’t skinny/fit!I was at this location this evening right until close (6/5/22), Samantha was helping me find my bra size. Nothing would fit right. While she seemed nice to my face and super helpful, my husband over heard her talking to another employee about how the bras don’t fit me because I have “fat” beside my breasts, they don’t fit because I’m pregnant, and that they shouldn’t even be letting me try bras on due to me having a fake tan. I purchased a sports bra but I will be returning it ASAP and will never step foot in after wards. You would think a store specifically for bras would cater to everyone, including pregnant women and women of all sizes. That is not the case. I will also be contacting corporate to let them know of Samantha’s comments about me. Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing.
