Jessica Meyers: This place is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time, medical needs, or money. I had a procedure in December 2021, when I got there all my info (name, DOB, etc.) was completely wrong. When They gave me the numbing medicine I had vasovagel syncope (sweating, dizzy, BP issues, etc) and none of the nurses seemed to care. When they called a week before my procedure, they told me I wouldn’t owe a penny but come to find out in February I received a bill for over 2 thousand dollars. They jacked around with a so called “payment plan option” that I then had to pay almost 300 bucks a month or they were going to turn me into collections. Then after my bill was paid in full, they still continued to pull money out of my account. I was told about a billing company that they used for bigger bills but after 2 months of that story, that company no longer “existed.” Like I said, this place is a joke and will cause unnecessary stress/emotional destress and physical harm. None of this pertains to the doctor who did my procedure. I selected one star only because I couldn’t select zero. When talking to my insurance company about this issue they informed me that this issue happens all the time from this facility. To make things even better, they billed me a second time in one month!!! Pretty sketch if you ask me!

Elizabeth Kurtzeborn: Let me start by saying that I have never wanted to punch a receptionist before until I had to deal with Robin who actually raised her voice and was extremely unprofessional with me. They had me arrive at 6:15 and didn’t have my surgery till 8:15 which the best part was being knocked out. I highly recommend not going here and would rate them a zero if I could

kevin lieb: They treated me so well and are very easy to work with! DR. Robert Medler repaired my meniscus and my torn ACL and so far so good! He's seen me multiples times for different injuries but this last experience has been a breeze. They take very good care of you in the surgery center.
