It is such a blessing to walk into an establishment and receive GREAT customer service. You ladies went over and beyond to help him, and for that I am thankful. Sunglass Hut has 3 gems that should be valued because of the awesome customer service they provide.

Brandon Adkins: Ordered a set of replacement lenses for my Oakley Ejectors. They arrived exactly when promised (7/9/22) and installed free of charge. I was most impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the sales team. This is the best Sunglass Hut I've been to. Will continue to buy from this location in the future.
SMWraps: Paid 300 some dollars For a Prada glasses. At first the girl took the one from display and trying to sell me the used and beat up ones in the store until I stopped her and asked if she had brand new ones in the store and she said no we can ship you 1 from the warehouse brand new I said ok and here goes the brand new glasses I received from Sunglass Hut that’s almost $350 dollars and they sent me this used cr… that someone used it for maybe about 10 years and funny thing is Their customer service was steady trying to justify something instead of accepting their mistake.What a joke. You better off getting those 12.99 glasses at the store at least they are brand new out the box, not like these guys selling you glasses right out of their faces.Cheap and slick company.

The associate didn't know the difference between their multiple protection plans and couldn't honor the famous "Perfect Pair Promise" he couldn't contact the manager because she was out of town (no backup manager? Weird!). I went to another Sunglass Hut and they sorted it out for me.
JASXD8: The manager at this place is terrible. She lies to other stores when they call to ask for a frame transfer, saying her store does not have it in stock, when I was in there a day prior and held the frame in my hand while talking to her. I have an exchange because the product had a manufacturer defect and she refuses to help me by switching the frame out with one that is not defected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. Go to Galleria. They have been very helpful throughout this entire process and she is terrible at customer service!

Elizabeth B: I bought some sunglasses here last year and the associate told me that my purchase had two automatic warranties: "oops" coverage that expired after a year and lost/stolen coverage. My sunglasses were stolen at a restaurant and so I contacted Sunglass Hut to start the process of paying for a 50% off replacement. The phone number for this Sunglass Hut was not correct (on any form of social media) and so I contacted corporate via email and phone. I found out the lost/stolen coverage was something that had to be signed up for after purchase, although the associate had told me it came automatically. Corporate agreed that the store should honor the 50% off but that I would still have to contact the regional manager about it. Finally, after a month, the store manager calls me and tells me they can't help, even after I explained my situation and why the discount should be honored. This company and particular store doesn't care about their customers and their associates will say anything for a sale. Unfortunately, the only reason I chose to purchase at Sunglass Hut (even though they were more expensive) was because of the lost/stolen warranty offered, so they've lost any loyalty I would have from them. I would not recommend buying from this store. I wouldn't even recommend buying from this company at all since corporate can't hold their stores to any standard. They've lost my business and that of anyone I can convince to purchase their glasses elsewhere.

LaShunda Hicks: I had an appointment April 1,2023. The exam was great the staff was so friendly and kind. The part that was unpleasant was purchasing glasses. They are so focused on upsales, they do not care about your budget. I have great insurance and it covers a lot. Instead of them telling me what my insurance would pay for, they were pressured to pay an additional $500 for glasses. The system went down ,they did not follow up when i declined the additional monies.

LensCrafters at The Galleria Mall ranks at the very top for me, and I highly recommend them. The service is like no other, thanks to their wonderful manager George. Over the years George has always been personable, professional, and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and goes over every option and detail with you to help you make the best decision, and if something isn’t right he gladly makes it right. I also love that this LenCrafters adjoins Antoine Eyecare. It makes getting glasses a breeze.
Earl Jones: OMG! A huge life saver!!!!! My 13 y/o nephew broke his original pair of glasses. He tried to fix them…with super glue… however that turned into a hot mess. Our normal provider said it would 2 weeks before we could get his glasses replace. That’s unacceptable as he has basketball this weekend. Thus we came to LenCeafters. Victoria was our rep. I told her what we needed. She got us taken care of… and all within 1 hour. And we made it on time his has basketball game. Thank you so much!!!
