THEY HAVE TRY TO SELL UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. Explaining the details here would be more time consuming than I care to dedicate. I welcome them to challenge my statements.I negotiated three car purchases (including one for a friend) with Chris Johnson and found him to be a gentleman, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He worked hard getting me to be his customer. I was very unsure about purchasing a Subaru the first time. Upon my request he arranged for a weekend test drive of one of the companys' service loaner cars.Especially the first time he had to put up with a lot of questions and resistance from me over several days. (I'm retired so I have plenty of time to negotiate a sale and drive a bargain.) Throughout he maintained good humor and patience.With all the technological changes taking place in cars the delivery explanation is important. Chris does a thorough job.After the sale and delivery when I have questions he remains available. His followup has been good taking care of items owed me that were not yet available at the time of delivery.Chris is a good businessperson who works hard so you will come back to do business with him again. I purchased my second Subaru from him too.
Dae Yang: Took my WRX in for a clutch issue and came back home with other issues. When I went to pick up my car, my car battery was drained. Then noticed a boot on my intercooler wasn’t even installed correctly. And another boot has a loose hose clamp leaking air. After all this, my speaker that was working when I dropped my car off isn’t working anymore. And they want to charge additional $180 diagnose fee on top of $3000 I paid.. ridiculous

Jordan Wolf: Absolutely disrespectful team in service. I asked for breaks and rotors as well as a oil change. I had been told by someone there is a noise coming from the rear end of the vehicle so I figured while THEY FIXED MY BREAKS AND ROTORS and do my oil they could see what the noise was. Well after having my vehicle for 4 hours they had done nothing but diagnose my car as “totaled” and told me the cost of repair is “not worth the money.” Wait there is more, the best part is they didn’t even drive the car but 1.9 miles. And STILL DID NOT CHANGE MY OIL OR BREAKS AND ROTORS. They sure charged me for their quick diagnosis though!!! This is the Second time I’ve had problems here and now I know DO NOT bring your car here for service. Chuck in sales is the only good thing about this place. I have a 2013 and my guess is since the car is 10 years old they were trying to sell me on fear and get me to buy another car! Well good work Tyler and whatever the other service techs name was I will not spend another dime with ANY Lou fusz. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE ESPECIALLY NOT FOR SERVICE.

I didn’t go through a trade-in deal as I believe they were trying to rip me off.On the first day, they saw all the details on my vehicle and said “we’re probably able to give you what you’re asking for it or more”. I liked the sales person as he seemed very friendly and nice.On the day that I decided on a Subaru car and went ahead to do the trade-in, the manager took my car for a 30-minute test drive (and I’m not sure how he drove it or if he engaged the 2H/4H without putting it in neutral/park) but he came back saying something is wrong with the transmission and there is smell in the car and etc… And yes, the car felt like something’s wrong with it afterwards. I don’t mean to accuse them of any wrongdoing but that’s what it felt like and I had a friend with me that day who rode with me and felt the same.They basically came back with a list of problems with my car and offered a fraction(1/3rd) of what it’s worth.Also, when I asked the salesman what happened to what he originally told me about my car’s worth, he replied that he didn’t remember saying my car would be worth so and so. I really thought he’d be an honest and straight-up guy. He could have just said that they found issues and can’t offer that amount.All of that made me very uncomfortable so I’m never going back there.Please be careful.

Chunk is my agent, a lovely elderly gentleman who carefully introduced every detail of the new car. He even prepared snacks for the children. In the end, you feel not only have you bought a car you like, but also have a good mood.

Chuck was old school and very methodical which I really appreciated after feeling like many other places pressured you to buy now or they were ready to move on to the next customer. Instead of silly market adjustment fees I was offer under msrp without even asking. This sold me on the car and the deal. We are very happy with out Crosstrek. Lou Fusz Mazda across the street also stood out compared to the other dealers we went to as far as being fair.

So...the sale was essentially negated - as though it 'never' took place; which is how the paper work that 'everyone' signed and how Section 301.210 is worded.Item to note: The salesman was excellent to deal with and was as stuck in the middle of this process as much as we were. So a big 'thanks!' to him for trying to facilitate the processes.We are happy to be done with Dean Team and I'm sure they are happy to be done with us...

Chris Arno: They massively under valued my trade (by about $6k +) and over valued the car they were trying to sell me by about $2k. When i showed them comparable cars the sales man came up with some b/s about the options on their car…. Which turned out to be standard after some research. I ended up going to Carmax and getting 65% more on my trade in and bought the same care from another dealer for about $2k less with upgrades. These guy are what you would expect from your stereotypical car salesmen. Throwing constant curveballs and trying to take as much money from you as they can. Do your research on your cars value before you trade in here and also look up comps when they quote you a price.

Diaushane: My experience wasn’t exactly terrible but definitely didn’t have an excited feeling to want to get a vehicle from here. Worked with Steve to look at a Ford Escape that he did not know much about which is understandable. But at the same time if your selling a product you should know a little bit of information about what your selling. Interior lights stayed on and would not turn off in vehicle, saying trunk was open even though it was closed, car made a ticking sound and the back up camera didn’t even work. He made it sound like they were all easy fixes and kinda had an attitude. But I’m not looking to repair a vehicle that should’ve already had this stuff fixed before it hit the lot. Also I wasn’t offered to look at any other car options that they may have. No wonder service seems slow as their were no other customers.
Mary Moylan: It’s been nearly a decade since I purchased a new car. Once I decided it was time for a newer car, I decided it was time for a Subaru (on my brother’s advice - which I value). I went to Lou Fusz Subaru in St. Peters MO where I met sales rep DeAndre Cannon. He made the entire process “no pressure” and enjoyable. There was a 2020 Forester out front that caught my attention. This very knowledgeable and polite young man walked me through all the features and took time to fully answer my questions - and I had quite a few! After taking it for a test drive I knew I really liked it and appreciated the quality of this vehicle - but I needed time to think about. Later that afternoon, after speaking with my brother, I had some more questions and emailed them to DeAndre - and he promptly responded! Made an appointment to go in the next day to get the ball rolling. That St. Peters location has an absolute gem on their sales staff. As a woman and potential buyer I have never felt such a high level of respect and willingness to answer honestly and clearly all my questions and to take all the time needed to do so. Even after purchasing this dream suv I had some questions and DeAndre was more than happy to help. Yes, I gave this location 5 stars - but DeAndre IS a star in my book!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The purchase was an as is purchase, so we were scared we'd be holding the bag.(It was an automatic Ford Focus. I thought it was a turbo, and experiencing turbo lag. Very low mileage car with clean Carfax.) Bob, the general manager, assured he would make it right, and he did. Thrilled with the customer service provided by Bob and his staff, he went above and beyond!

Montaser Eid: Always a discrepancy for any service we do. I bring my vehicle to this location because this is where we purchased it and expect reliable service. It seems like there is a HUGE lack of communication between service members and receptionist. I was made to “feel lucky” that a part that I confirmed to be here yesterday was available today for my scheduled appointment. I requested a total before my service and kept getting different totals. The service member Dave tells me “the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s talking about.” After dropping off vehicle, Dave had quoted me one thing and when I went to pick up the vehicle, Tim was telling me a different price. Do they charge whatever they want for labor depending on the customer? I encourage anyone else who visits this poor excuse for a repair facility to double check their total beforehand. Very unprofessional as this is not the first time this happened.

Elizebeth McCoy: I moved here from Phoenix and all my services have been done in Phoenix until yesterday when my tire pressure light came on. I aired it up and immediately took it in for service. I've bought 3 new tires since owning this vehicle and all started with a tire pressure light.I was told the previous patch was not done well and was leaking and they had to replace it. ALL of the work on my vehicle has been done by Subaru Service Centers, including the original patch. So, of course I asked about reimbursement. I was told that if the original patch was done at the St. Peters location, they would have warrantied it. The service center charged me $58.02 for a replacement patch!I understand these service centers are all franchised. But where is the loyalty to Subaru and their customers?I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location for ANY service issues or scheduled maintenance.I will Never buy tires from Subaru again.
