VALUE OF SERVICE:• Inspector Don walked 10% of the attic – decided that he was unable to reach to the rest of the house – especially the impacted areas;• popped his head to 2nd attic access, decided unable to walk;• popped his head to 3d attic access and determined that the structure was ok;• Took some photos of the damaged interiors (cracks and water leak after the boom impact) pointed by me;• Sent me a report unrelated to my concerns of the boom impact to my house!!2. PRICING - Extremely overpriced!3. Due to the very limited areas of the attic being inspected by Don, I had to hire a second company to evaluate my roof. This second inspector had no issue to getting around the entire attic at all!

CBR in STL: Since my husband is part owner, there's not much I can say bad about CDG. There's plenty of parking, but the traffic at Hampton & Arsenal doesn't get better, it just is a part of the landscape. Beautiful old building and great employees (about 160).

Vilmar Alves: I never worked with a worse company.I hired these idiots to do a compaction test. They sent a guy to seat on a lawn chair and watch the machines run.They didn’t send my report when I needed.Because I didn’t have the report I had to remove a lot of the compaction that they watched being done, it cost me almost 7 thousand dollars in extra foundation work, gravel and labor, not counting the cost of the machine compacting the dirt in first place.I called them multiple times but no response.They sent the report 3 months later after the house was already built.Than the owner of company now wants me to pay him for his guys hours and the report, I didn’t use because I didn’t have it.I told him I wasn’t going to pay unless he pays me for what not having the report cost me.He is now saying he will sue me.To be honest I hope he does, because I will counter sue him for all that not having the report did cost me.When I asked why I didn’t get the report when I needed he said he had a health issue and couldn’t send on time.This guys are a joke!
