Cassi Rice: Ordered a sweatshirt they were selling for Stay rescue. Placed order on Oct 20th, store closed Oct 23rd. Got an email Oct 31st telling me the size I ordered was no longer available and I needed to choose another size or color. Changed my order, then waited, and waited.... It was finally delivered 11/13. I hope majority of what I paid went to the rescue because this company sucks when it comes to getting orders filled and delivered to customers.

lida rashid: We have been shopping for at OMG soccer since they opened. My 2 boys get soccer training lessons at OMG soccer as well and we are very satisfied with kind of training they receive. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ismail Adiputra: I'm glad that a lot of people seem to have a really good experience doing business here. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for myself. I purchased a Nike Tiempo Legend 9 and there are different tiers to this Tiempo line up. There is elite ($200+), pro ($110 to $130), academy ($70+), and club ($40 to $50). They all look very similar of course, with the difference being the material and construction. I ended up paying a little over $110 for the shoes, and the lady said that she applied a discount even though the item was not supposed to be a discounted item. Hearing that, say the original price was around $120 or $130, I was assuming that the Tiempo I got were the Legend 9 pro. I did not get the box for the shoes, or anything else for that matter. Just the shoes, in a plastic bag. To my dismay, it actually was the lowest tier of the Legend 9. I ended up paying over $110 for Legend 9 club, a $40 to $50 pair of shoes. I really wish I could return these shoes but unfortunately I lost the receipt.
Stephen Hoffmann: We were looking for indoor shoes for my kids and couldn't find any at the big box stores. We eventually found OMG Soccer and they had a few options for soccer shoes. We've been buying our indoor/outdoor shoes from them since.We also started lessons with them about 4 weeks ago with both kids. They are very good at focusing on all the little technical details when dribbling, passing and shooting and I've seen a significant improvement in these 3 aspects with both kids.I'd recommend them for both lessons and buying shoes. Good friendly service and knowledgeable coaches. Not to mention supporting a local business instead of a chain box store is always nice!

Timmy Jenkins: The cleats are fakes. Stay away. If you are worried about cleats fitting, most brands like Nike allow free returns even if they are used so you can try them out to find the right size/fit. They’re cheaper too!

Sam Sun: My first time buying something or even being inside (?!) a lululemon. I usually go to patagonia or vuori. Anyways, I found exactly what I need (workout shorts) and they seemed to perform well. Same price point as my vuori kore shorts.

Love Neal: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Walked into Champs this morning, the person at the entrance just standing there, no welcoming of customer. I pass 3 employees and received no acknowledgment. As I am walking around, picking up several shoes I was interested in, the employee standing there playing with his twisted hair and texting. Not once was I asked if I needed assistance. After walking around the store twice, I decided I wasn't going to spend my money on an establishment that can't give a simple greeting. Champs need to retrain the people they hire.

Phil Olwig: Dont every buy anything from this place or online, they dont tell you straight up that whenever you purchase anything that you are enrolling in a membership for 50 dollars a month. I am guessing it is in the small legal terms but I have many friends that have had to pay multiple months because the payment wouldn't show up either and if you were to buy shorts for $20, then you would automatically have to subscribe to their membership program and be charged $50 extra. It is ridiculous and a scam, if you dont believe me, read the other comments and reviews because I bet there are more people that got played like myself.
Charles Cepas: Tried to purchase a pair of leggings for my girlfriend, created an account to track the order. By doing this, I had no idea that I was being enrolled into a $50.00 a month membership, that I have never used.I am now left with store credits, which cant be refunded, to purchase clothes that I do not need or want, for a service that I have never used. Deceptive marketing and poor customer service, will never use Fabletics again.

Suzi Hendricks: DECEPTIVE!!! I recently learned that Fabletics has changed their spending policies. I have reported my online experience to the BBB after getting no satisfaction from Fabletics. I have been a member since Nov 2018, I spent over $1500.00 with Fabletics that I would have never spent if I did not have the membership. Fabletics takes $49.95 out of your bank account every month. I usually wait a couple months or so to order and let my money build up (due to they are so expensive) to order a few things. I like to use my credits for gifts to friends and relatives also. I went to order some items last night and found that I could not spend my $199.80 (my money they took out of my account) on items that I ordered but only the items that were over $49.95 (I could not purchase socks or any items on sale). My order was $210.00 which I would have owed them more money but to my surprise they said I could only use $80.00 (I don't even know where they got that number from. (LOL still my money that they have but I am limited to what I spend it on at your company). I called customer service and got disconnected (hung up on) the first time and was met with a customer service agent the second time who really could care less and was glad to cancel me. I am really disappointed and disturbed of how I have been treated. I do love Fabletics clothes and accessories. I really did not want to cancel but with these new policies I doubt I will be the only one....Disappointed and Canceling!!!

I got a new card and everything.I emailed fabletics but they haven’t responded.fabletics is a scam.
