Meg Mac: Mom and Dad were always titles my husband and I were very passionate about having but, after 5 years of trying many other fertility salutations our doctor pointed us toward IVF. We were so lucky to be from the St. Louis area but I think we would have traveled from anywhere for the great care and expertise we got from Dr. Silber. He was so kind but also very realistic and honest about the challenges we were facing. It was clear from the beginning that he would decide on a specific treatment based on our individual challenges and not just push us through a standard one size fits all IVF program, which is the experience many of my friends that went to other doctors had described to me.During the monitoring portion of my first egg retrieval cycle Dr. Silber actually decided the medication mix I was on wasn't producing the number and size eggs he was hoping for, so he stopped the process. I am actually an out of state patient, so only meet with them virtually, I was worried this was going to going to feel impersonal and be harder to connect. This has not been the case! Nothing!! I call 20+ times a day, different departments just to talk to someone new to try and get somewhere, it all boils down to no one answering, never getting call backs, and no customer service. Now I will say after a year or so of frustration I have resulted to speaking extremely vulgar to them and them just constantly dismissing me and still not trying to resolve anything. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE AT THEIR MOST VULNERABLE TIME AND KICK YOU TO THE CURB. Please really consider this company. ESPECIALLY THE SAINT LOUIS LOCATION.

Morgan Taylor: I will never ever recommend VIOS (now Kindbody) to anyone. I had a horrible experience and have actually met quite a few women who had an experience here that made them go to another fertility clinic. You are going to spend thousands of dollars so please do your research and ask all the questions.Dr. Rhee was the doctor we wanted, the one we had our first appointments with, and the doctor we expected to continue dealing with through the whole process. Long story short: We decided to do IUI. It was successful and we found out we were pregnant but about a week later we did a blood test and my numbers were not rising as quickly as they should so we were told it was a miscarriage. Two days after (another blood test) we were told we were all good and pregnant. About 3 days later we had another blood test and told we were having a miscarriage, and yet again two days later after yet another blood test we were pregnant and we could schedule our first ultrasound. We had to go to a different location for our ultrasound so we did not know the tech doing the US. She started scanning my stomach and said “uhh you’re not pregnant, there’s no baby in here”. Besides that being heart breaking, it was actually super unprofessional and we had to tell her that yes we were pregnant. Another doctor (not Dr. Rhee) came in and told us we must be having a miscarriage but they will check everything in the next couple days. Well we go back for another blood test to make sure our numbers were going down only to find out our numbers had increased. We went right into the ultrasound and no baby. We were told they couldn’t find the baby anywhere so it must be a miscarriage. Even a doctor came in to look at the ultrasound and said it was NOT an ectopic, but if we wanted to drive over an hour away on a Sunday we could have another ultrasound. Well Sunday came and I just didn’t feel right. I had my husband drive me to the ER because something in my gut said VIOS was missing something. They sent me for an ultrasound, immediately they see the baby in my fallopian tube and I was about to have an ectopic rupture. By chance my OBGYN was on call and she performed my surgery. I lost use of my tube due to scar tissue. In the weeks following I did not hear from Dr. Rhee once. Two weeks after my surgery I got a call from the clinic asking when i wanted to come in to discuss what procedure I wanted to do next.Look I understand that the point of the fertility clinic is to get you pregnant, but I was expecting more. More competence, more care, more professionalism. I will never ever recommend this clinic (VIOS or Kindbody). Do better.

I had some complications with my insurance and the staff was immensely helpful and patient. I was dreading using zoom for our consultation, but Dr. Rhee was knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to work around our desires and concerns. She seems to be genuinely invested in doing what is best for each individual patient rather than just selling procedures for profit. I amNot a fan of the portal, but I generally hate technology. I’m much more of a face-to-face person. I’ve had no issues when I’ve called directly though. We feel comfortable continuing this journey with VIOS and seeing what lies ahead.

Kelli Zimmerman: We chose not to do IVF here for unrelated reasons but have been doing monitoring at this clinic. Overall, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Front desk and nursing staff are kind and helpful. Doctors are very informative. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist has a horrible attitude and acts like you're an inconvenience to her day (and online shopping). Showing a little compassion seems to be beyond her even though her place of business is centered around people who are going through a difficult time. If I did it again, I'd get my labs done elsewhere.

Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, supportive, and they’re just cool people!At our initial consultation, Dr. Aubuchon took time to go over both of our health histories in depth, explained every test we would be taking. At appointment 2, she went over what the results, what our options were, and suggested a plan based on our test results that we 100% agreed with - and we understood WHY because she had explained everything so well.We are on cycle 2 right now, and our fertility coach, Kay, has been so awesome. She is lightning fast to respond to messages sent through the portal and always takes the time necessary to make sure we’re fully taken care of. I could go on forever about all of the employees we love, but it really would end up being a list of the entire staff.If you are struggling to conceive, MCRM is highly recommended!

Katie Overstreet: MCRM is an incredible fertility clinic. I was searching for a clinic that would be able to see us quickly because where I live there are waitlists of a year or more. I’m not getting any younger so timeliness was of great importance. MCRM was able to schedule a consultation within days of my first call. Driving three hours one way became my fate and boy was it worth it. This clinic handled everything quickly, professionally and with great detail. I definitely felt like my IVF rounds were tailored to my specific needs. Dr. Alexander and Nicole (nurse coordinator) were always available and responded to my messages same day. The day I found out the first round didn’t work Dr. Alexander made herself available to talk things through and come up with a plan to help the second round be more successful. Well, she nailed it as I am now almost done with my first trimester and we couldn’t be more grateful. This team cares about you every step of the way and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Kristina Haag: Dr. Alexander was FANTASTIC! We loved working with her so much and she made the process of starting our family so much easier than we had ever expected! She is so knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly our first appointment. After we began treatment she kept in touch with me regularly to see how things were going and went above and beyond with reaching out to me about updates and information that I had briefly mentioned in passing. I would recommend MCRM to anyone looking for help with starting a family, and especially Dr. Alexander!

Erica Haddad: We are currently working with MCRM. So far our experience has been okay. They did a good job of explaining things at the beginning, and how the process works. However, it is a lot of information to take in. On occasion with instructions on medication it seemed to be confusing and frustrating for us. We did take a medication class with a larger class size than we were expecting. The Clinic was very nice. Dr. Ahlering was really good to work with when we got to work with him throughout the process. . On occasion I didn't feel my patient coordinator was the best with communicating the answers I'd have when she called. One thing that I didn't love was the timelines originally portrayed don't align as quickly as I thought they would have. But this may just be a part of the process and that I'm eager to get on with it.We did pay to see the embryo development. I haven't seen that at all. (I don't remember what the term is called). I was supposed to receive instruction on that but I haven't seen anything. Also, I could be overlooking it. I haven't sorted that out yet.I don't love the portal logins and that they have to be separate from my husbands. It's inconvenient but I'm pretty sure this is due to HIPPA and that all clinics would require the same thing. . This hasn't necessarily worked great for my partner and I.We haven't completed the transfer part of the process. My feelings with this experience have been middle of the road so far but I think that is the IVF process in general (overwhelming). I would definitely recommend exploring all options before choosing your clinic, as we did. After our research we choose MCRM, I do think they're a great option and would choose them again.

Caryli Lumley: LOVE Dr. Alexander!!!! The lady that draws your blood for each appointment at the Chesterfield location had A LOT to be desired, she was awful and so rude every time I was there. Also did not care for my nurse coordinator. If I wasn't on top of receiving meds I would have not got them on time due to lack of communication from her on several accounts. Overall had a great experience.

Fatima: My husband and I had been to two different fertility clinics prior to MCRM and each time we had a good reason to leave, until we found MCRM, and though we had to drive 14 hours back and forth for each visit, we had every reason to stay with them. From reception, to coordination to Doctors’ care the staff at MCRM has been exceptional. We felt like home with each visit, and the quality of care was always top notch. Thank you MCRM for helping us grow our family.

Tiffany Mutschler: Every individual I met or spoke with ar MCRM is amazing. I was never rushed, they take the time to explain everything, and are pretty flexible in scheduling as well. I highly recommend this clinic. I drove 45 minutes to the clinic, but it was worth the drive each time for the care and attention I received.

Kim Blount: Dr. Alexander heard us from the very first appointment. She took our wishes and coupled with reality, helped us achieve our first pregnancy after trying for so long. She ensured we knew everything that was going on, every possible outcome, and was always a cheerleader.
