Tonia H: I returned my daughter's cable boxes last week and the employee lady spoke to me rudely and her co-workers would make comments to make the situation more difficult. I was the only white woman in the store and I would never do business with spectrum again after this. Customer service is very poor here. The loud condescending attitudes are not necessary. Stay away from these stores and go into the county to deal with people who don't try and bait white customers and make them out to be Karen's. Dramatic and unnecessary. Spectrum I will not be back.
DT Taylor: Horrible Service!Seemed to be Disgruntled Employees attempted to refuse accepting returned equipment from myself and other customers!Both Employees Urged us Patrons to inconveniently transport our equipment to UPS for return until Irequested a Supervisor to report their Disgruntled Directives! At which time Employee Mark changed his attitude! The Other Employee removed her name tag!

Curt Balding: Don't bother. The BBB does not consider Spectrum/Charter as being recognised as an accredited business. On the BBB Web page, you will see that Spectrum's rating is D-. I had cancelled my initial purchase and service with 48 hours of signing up. I still have not received my money back into my account after nearly 30 days since then. Even after countless times of being told by the reps on phone calls, I have been getting constantly changing expectations dates of when my account will be reimbursed.

It disconnects my devices everyday and can’t connect back together…then they don’t charge my whole bill they leave 12.19 out every time so I can pay more when the next bill is due. Only reason I got spectrum because where I stay they don’t service ATT!!.

Curt McDonald: Beware of who you enter a subscription with!!Spectrum is probably the worst provider there is.The internet would frequently have outages, disrupting calls while I was working from home.On October 7th, I called because a line was down, preventing service to my home. I could not get a technician to my home in a timely manner.On October 11th, I canceled my account, because within a day, AT&T was able to setup service laying a new line. The internet has been faster and more reliable, and is the same price.Because I canceled my account, Spectrum is refusing to pro-rate my account to the date I lost service, charging me for nearly a full month for a service they were incapable of providing. It’s fraudulent.

DT Taylor: Myself along with other Patrons experienced 2 Disgruntled Employees giving inconvenient directives on 5/27/2023 while we were attempting to return equipment! Upon Myself requesting a Supervisor for report Mark changed his Disgruntled Attitude and assisted me in my equipment return! The Other Employee removed her name tag and existed the store!
Dj Homicide: I been here 30 mins and they are with the same 2 ppl they were working with with when I walked in. Terrible experience. I’m about to leave. There is still 4 persons ahead of me on the sign-in monitor
mconnel1: I was helped by an employee, Royalty, who was extremely helpful in exchanging equipment and finding a new bundle that lowered my bill. She was great! The store is busy on weekends so suggest getting their early and making a reservation online.

Jennifer Whyte: Third time coming to this store (where I was told to drop off my equipment) others were greeted when coming into the building yet I was not acknowledged. I tried to get sanitizer out of the dispenser and was yells at by a female staff that “it’s an iPad and sensitive to type lightly” which had nothing to do with what I was doing. So unprofessional. Now there is a kiosk to check into. Whatever happened to people having professionalism, pride and integrity in their jobs?? You won’t find it here!

Just came back from this store, waited almost a hour to get help and was told I can't return my dad's modem since my name is not on his account. He lives 30 mins away and can't drive. I have done return before and never was I been told can't help family members to drop off theirs since I live about 5 mins from it. I help returned another one last week for the family and was in and out in 5 mins without any issues. Not sure what she was smoking.

BRIAN CURRY: I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications! If you have a problem just remember that it really depends whom you get the chance to speak with in any business for that matter. Thank them for their help and try again! This is the best company that has awesome service that connects you with the world! Thanks!
Caley Henry: We have had Spectrum for about 10 years. They raise our bill every 6 months to a year and i got tired of it. I called to cancel. I spoke to two different people and both we're very rude after knowing their strong armed sales tactics weren't working to save us as a customer (even tried to sell us mobile service by bad mouthing the one we have). The last one told us that its billed through the end of the month and to just keep it till then. There were no instructions given on what to do with the equipment even after saying SEVERAL times i wanted it canceled effective immediately. I had to research online how to turn in equipment and what equipment is even theirs since we had them for so long. I will NOT be back. Customer service is everything and Spectrum has no clue. Id rather live wothout than to live with the "service" they are "providing".

They have changed their name many times because they have stolen from many people and they buy out the other companies so that they can continue to rob the people it’s time for us the little ones to stand up and make them accountable.!!!

Jerry Wilson: I paid my bill at 5 am this morning. 7 hours later I get a call saying my cable, phone, internet will be cut off if I didn't make a payment. The lady I talked to was very unprofessional. She talked over me and hung up on me. When I called to file a complaint on her the gentleman I talked to was the same way. Talking over me and then told me to talk to spectrum employees with professionalism. I told his supervisor he needs to practice what he tells customers.
Levi Miller: This company is not deserving of 1 star. This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. They send you equipment to hook up for a free 2 week trial, even if you don’t use the equipment and send it back within the specified time period they still send you a bill! Once you don’t pay the bill bc you never used there equipment and returned it in their specified time frame they send you to collections bc they never got a credit card on file. We disputed the claim but spectrum is the evil overseer that determines if your dispute is credible or not. Basically you are forced to settle or it dings your credit and spectrum makes an easy $100 off of you without ever using their services. If they do this to enough people they have a steady profit stream without ever providing any services. I would never recommend this unethical, dishonest, sleazy company to anyone ever!
Michael Ray: Absolutely garbage company trying to extort me and my wife for over $300+ for services we cancelled. For the first time in my life, I'm going to be suing someone. Actually I'll be suing a corporation. This greed is out of control and If you don't pay they attempt to destroy your good standing credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are going to regret trying to steal my money as I'm going to cost them much more than $300. Court costs and all that jazz.

Melon Coyle: Zero stars. The new phone THEY sold me will not fully activate to their service but they will not take the phone back or refund my $500 or even make an equal exchange because it's been more then 14 days. The S. Grand Store is thew worst and had me in tears.

Chad Coates: absolutely pathetic mobile service and customer service. Horrible reception, warrantied a replacement phone and then said it was damaged and charged me for it with no recourse. Here's a picture they sent of the "damage" on an 8 month old warrantied phone. Its dust in one of the ports. I would never give them another nickel. MOST PATHETIC EVER.
BOB B: We have been dealing with a poor signal since May, 3 techs have come out since then and all 3 say the problem is at “the tap” but it never gets fixed. When the cable works it’s great but whenever I have problems they are the worst. Whenever I call the service rep to find out the status of the repair they tell me I have to have a tech come out first, I tell them nothing is getting done after 3 techs , how many more times do I have to call?

My next step i guess is to call 5 on your side and other news outlets that look in to business fraud. If you still want Spectrum DO NOT order over the phone, go to a store that has equipment ready that day. I encourage you to stay clear entirely though.
shay harris: Horrible service with horrible customer service! They do not honor their customers and are very overpriced for services that barley work. After canceling services with these people they charge us for another month and refuse to refund us for that month. Supervisor was extremely rude even though he was able to confirm the discontinued service two months prior.

Lou Sarmento: Unable to sign in when I arrived - later , without any provocation , an associate told me sharply and rudely she could not help me when I approached her - why is this woman working here ?
Doug Shepherd: Decided to go to Target. Pick up a couple things I must say haven't been in this store or any Target store. Better than 20 years but it was okay. Not much really to say about it. Found some good deals but this business is always been a little pricey compared to other stores. So I'll just say use your own judgment. You too might find some good deals!
Drea Callison: Hhhooorrrrible customer service!!!!!!! Waited over 30 minutes to return equipment!! Store is either under staffed or/and the workers are incompetent!!! Unacceptable, will never do business with this shadey company.
Patricia Clark: Only went there to pickup some equipment that was supposed to be ready. Signed in on the Kiosk and still had to wait over an hour to speak to one of the 2 desk clerk's. Employees AND the supervisor didn't know what was going on. Exasperated, I finally left with nothing !Also, I watched a customer (a stroke patient, fall on the floor. The employees didn't even come out from behind their counter to offer assistance, nor did they ask if he was ok. They stopped what they were doing and stared at him for a minute. Finally, another waiting customer helped the man get up off of the floor.It should be noted that when I first got there, a man was leaving the place and said to me, "Have fun and good luck."This place is terrible!!!!!!!!
Bill Besancenez: You need an appointment to be waited on. Can be made in advance on their website or when you arrive. Very knowledgeable salespersons. They are closed on Sunday but their website accepted my reservation and showed they were open Sundays so that was a wasted trip.

Celia Lammert: I've been to the Bridgeton location 5 times now trying to return old Spectrum equipment. 5 times now the doors are locked and no one is present inside during posted store hours. If you're in a similar situation, just go to the UPS store and they will ship it for free. The lack of service Spectrum offers is not worth any of the hassle.

Kris Tracy: Couldn't get the check in computer to work. The lady who waited on us never gave us her full attention as she was trouble shooting for her 2 colleagues. I have never heard more obfuscation and double talk. Ended up leaving with no resolution to my concerns. She was polite, just didn't care if the problem was solved. Get the money; that is clearly top priority.

Called Spectrum customer service, they didn't know what was going on or why the store closed. Tried calling Bridgeton police and Saint Louis county to do a well check for the store... No answer there either. I hope the Spectrum employees at the store are ok and nothing happened. If they are ok, they should have left a note on the door.

There were No phones out for me to look at just information plaques. I asked if I could see two select models to decide which one I liked more. I was told No you have to purchase it BEFORE you can hold it! WHAT?!?!?I walked out.
