Brittany Jones: I have applied 4 times. The qualifying test have college level math. I was denied because of my test after a phone call with a receptionist. They will tell you its not just the test score, which is a lie. Most black people don't have college level math to pass this test. 90% of the graduate is Caucasian. The test was designed for certain people
Larry: I thought it was a really nice and thoughtful event put together by Rosa. I was also blessed to have meet a bunch of amazing people, and spend time with people who I already knew. Looking forward to the next Launch code event.
Anon Ymous: Just recently did their Women+ program. Internal staffing issues resulted in minimal support from staff regarding class work. Messages went unanswered from TAs, the program director, as well as other staff. Proceed with caution before potentially wasting your time and dealing with unnecessary headache.

I know a young woman who went through their free program and after 3 years of working in IT, she is making over 6 figures in a job she loves.I cannot say enough good things about this non-profit. Curtis Wright, Jr.: I’ve applied for LC101 four times and each time I’ve been turned down, and sometimes they didn’t exactly tell me why. Other times, they said because all of the seats have been filled. What did they do? Take names out of a hat and the ones that weren’t picked, they just told them, “Sorry, you weren’t picked.” I felt that I did a good job on the test, but I wasn’t told if I passed or not. But whatever. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Thanks a lot, Launchcode.

This is a not for profit that helps individuals learn to code from the basics to the advance using a variety of languages and offers placement in apprenticeships with partnering companies to help start your career.I am finding their offered programs extremely useful in refreshing my technical skills and ensuring that I am prepared to be well qualified when I am placed in an apprenticeship.
Crystalle Cotton: The LaunchCode Mentor Center was very helpful to me when I was taking Hello, World!(An Introduction to Programming). I would recommend to anyone who is computer literate to try out the program through LaunchCode Mentor Center. This program can be a starting point for a newcareer or professional development.
Justin Padinske: Awesome staff and they have beginner to advanced coding classes that are free to take. LaunchCode performs a wonderful service and if you are interested in programming, I highly recommend going to their CoderGirl Meetup at this center.

Jessica McCoy: As far as licensing test locations go, this one is pretty great. The computer room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stephen Douglas: Premier Knowledge thoroughly follows the official coursework format very well. I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot.
Iame Dey: My experience at (PKS) was one to remember. They offered free doughnut's, coffee, water and also had a convenient balcony with table and chairs that accompanied the second floor to say the least. The most memorable thing was how well Mr. Peter Hand knew his stuff. He explained everything in detail before you could ask as if he knew what you were going to ask. It was a great 3 day course and I can't wait to attend my next course.I class I took was Comptia Strata: Intro to IT Fundamentals
