I have shopped here many times but after this encounter I will shop elsewhere. Incredibly disrespectful, towards that lady screaming at her to get out of the store when I didn’t see her doing anything wrong. There was a better way to ask someone to leave if you didn’t want them in your store! WOW

I am not a person that is easily sold and it is unusual for me to extend my efforts on boasting about a product. Upon entering into the Bathhouse, you will immediately know that this is not your average bath experience. This is spa craftsmanship at its finest. If you want to look forward to your next morning routine look no further. Turn no corner. You have arrived. I cannot look at sugar scrubs in the same way again. I absolutely love my bath scrubs, but point made, you still have to cleanse your skin. What if you could have both in one product? What if you had a sugar scrub that had a scent so divine you didnt want to leave your shower? This is it. I drive 45 minutes just to purchase these bath scrubs. I'm on to their facial products and I'm honestly excited. However, when you do decide to leave your bathroom, your skin will never be the same. If you have not gone to the Bathhouse, go. You won't regret it.

This was not listed on the site until after you buy it. I then called upset and the nasty lady says oh its listed on the FAQ page for months. This is something that should be put on the initial page or referenced NOT DIRECTLY PUT OUT AFTER PURCHASE. Buyer beware!!Ediited and increase in Stars due to the service and selection at the ST Charles Mo location. Additionally the soap is exceptional

Cora Deverick: This has to be my favorite place to get soap in the area. They have a wide variety of scents that are beautifully decorated, which Goddess being one of the best scents I have found anywhere. The natural soaps don't result in any flare ups for my sensitive eczema, so a great option for someone looking for natural soaps in interesting scents. Plenty of other options like bath salts and bombs, chapstick, perfume, deodorant, and various skin products. Bit more expensive that your typical soap, but certainly worth the price.

PHYLLIS: I adore Bathhouse in St Charles. That’s how you tweak an historical building!! Absolutely freakin beautiful place. I never want to leave. The young ladies are charming and extremely helpful.I do however have a major issue with the company. I am ADDICTED TO “GYPSY”!!! The blended haunting layers of fragrance are amazing and I adore Gypsy. The issue is they only make a very few products in my scent. I really must beg your indulgence and at a minimum introduce the room/closet spray, deodorant, gift sets etc if only for a limited time, perhaps the Christmas season. It is after all the fragrance I’ve dreamed of since flower power days. Please let me die a happily layered Gypsy woman. And please KICKSTART the Rewards program. Thanks for asking.
