Kris Keller: I attended a spectacular wedding recently at The St Louis Club. Views are so extradinary from the ballroom at sunset.Our dinner was superb and the wait staff provided attentive service through out our meal .

John Walter: Great and elegant event space on 16th floor. Professional staff. Stunning views overlooking St Louis. Plentiful natural light from large windows. Seating and social space are adequate for gatherings of 100-200 people without feeling too crowded.

Katherine Stock: My MIL’s 75th birthday celebration was held here and they did a superb job from bar service, appetizers, to the birthday cake and cake pops. The parking garage can be a bit difficult to exit as the machine at the gate is finicky.

Jeff Bierman: My wife and I recently had dinner at the St. Louis Club for Valentine's Day. It was an incredible evening with great food and of course great wine! The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and it was an incredible evening. The one thing I enjoy at the Club that I can't find anywhere else is the attention to personal detail. One really fun part of the evening was when I asked Rob Crandall, the sommelier, to choose 3 wines to pair with our dinner from Italy. He specifically asked what we were having for dinner so he could properly pair up the wines. We did a blind tasting of what he choose and it was fun to do the side by side tastings. We definitley look forward to our next visit!

Duane Powell: It's a little slow during the pandemic. In better times it's an incredible hub of chess activity. Normally, it's the place to be to find a casual game, to take lessons (beginners to advanced), or to participate in a tournament.The Chess Hall of Frame is across the street with a nice gift shop. It has recently taken over several neighboring store fronts. I am looking forward to what will become of those.

Jay Stallings: This is Disneyland for chess players and fans! The Mecca for those who love the game of Kings and Queens. Additionally, the 3-story World Chess Hall of Fame is right across the street from the club. Fantastic!

Jyoti Diwan: Highly unstaisfied with their store that provide Accessories , it was unfortunate that i bought some from here that was later discovered to be just pasted ,they have kept things to lure you but truly they are good from outside but broken and just pasted yet costly and their trick is "let me get a new piece from inside " but in reality that new piece is just broken and glued.Then they shout and put everything on you.very very poor for buying things from store, personal advice to you all.
Steven Zierk: I can't overstate how much this place has done for chess. I got one of my three Grandmaster norms required for the GM title here, and countless other opportunities to play here besides. Every tournament I've played in has had very good conditions.They provide a multitude of classes and tournaments for any level of amateur player. In addition they host one of the strongest tournaments in the world (the Sinquefield Cup) and many other Grandmaster-level tournaments.I hope they help your chess as much as mine.--Grandmaster Steven Zierk
