After talking to the new management I'm confident that the issues with this Tuff Shed location have been fixed and they will be able to match the amazing Tuff Shed quality with exceptional service.After advertising 7 weeks (9 with permit) for install the local team took over 10 weeks for just the permitting -all of my paperwork was submitted within 24 hours of requests.Local team offers permit services but on multiple occasions asked me to call city offices to ask logistical permitting questions.Double outswing door was not properly noted in contract causing a delay in install.When door was finally installed over 7 months after Tuff shed took full payment, my keys were not delivered so the lock had to be replaced.Upgrades and discounts were offered for the inconvenience however were never provided.The product is amazing, but the lack of project management made the entire process upsetting given the price point of the product.

All they keep saying is everything takes 2 weeks, 2 weeks 2 weeks🙄🙄 How many more 2 weeks do you need to get me my shed? If I wasn’t lied to and told that I should receive end of March beginning of April, Heck I could have just ordered from another place that will delivery to you within a week or 2 and not 3 months. This is false advertising. They tell you what you want to know when their getting the sale and when you pay your fee then all communication cuts off. They are liars and I hate I even purchased from them. I still have not received anything as of now. It doesn’t take that long for a permit for a 10x16 shed. It’s not a house geesh🙄 I even went far as having a concrete slab poured for the shed which was not cheap btw. I will never tell anyone to go here. I had plans for my shed in April . I’m so mad and irritated.

Forced many boards loose. Now it leaks, boards are moldy from being saturated with water, and no one will come out to fix it. They always say they are short staffed. Don’t buy. The customer service is lousy too. Never return phone calls. It almost like a scam.

Day of install they called to reschedule for the next day. 2nd day, no call, no show and no one seemed to know what was going on when I called them half an hour after their 2 hour time window. They showed up 3 days after this to install. Some things were missing and a week later they delivered them. Then I started getting calls, texts and emails that I had to sign the final paperwork TODAY. I was not happy for this urgency since they had shown no urgency and had delayed many times. Then I got an email from the finance company that my first payment is due and I have no copy of the contract or final amount due. I called my Tuff Shed sales representative and he still has not called me back. The finance company is great and they sent me a copy of the contract. Not sure why this time was so unpleasant, but might check with Home Depot if the need arises for another shed

Emily Miller: What a great company to work with! They came out and measured for a shed I was putting in my back yard. Friendly, efficient, professional are words I would describe that interaction. Once I put a payment down, they ordered the shed (custom built) and I received it within the timeframe they quoted. When they delivered it, there was a bit of a problem with getting inside my fence and they did have to take out a fence post. They didn't charge me the $300 to do that because it wasn't in the original quote, so I appreciated that greatly. I did have to get the fence post concreted in again by my fence company, but honestly, with the of quality of service, delivery and the actual shed itself, getting a new fence post didn't bother me. Thank you and I will recommend you over and over again!
