Bill Sachs: Had a sewer backup in May 2022, they came out right away and cleared the blockage but it backed up again about 37 days later so I fell outside the 30 day warranty. I was given a bit of a discount but come on. It’s an 75+ year old house with two adults who don’t flush things that don’t belong in the sewer. The second time they came out they said I should have a jet cleaning for sludge and they would call me. No call came, so I called them a few weeks later and had to leave a message. When the clog was between the closest part of the building to the clean out.He wasted nothing but time while trying that.After few attempts, he was unsuccessful. He called his service manager, and was told to continue trying.After he got off the call with his service manager, he cursed him out and mentioned how much he hated his job.He tried for another 2 hours. Matt Baker: I would not recommend them. They cleaned out a line for me and it clogged back up 41 days later. Contractor #2 came out and said it looked like all they did was poke a hole in the clogg to get things moving and didn’t clean it out. That part is fine - not backing your work is where my issue is. Catherine Robertson: We have had 3 sewer companies out to our house in the last year. Gateway came recommended by our plumber and another sewer company. They were professional, responsive, and listened carefully to our problems. The tech was very knowledgeable, clean, and did not make a mess of our house as other sewer companies had. He talked through everything with us and only performed the service we needed for a reasonable price (it was much lower than the estimate on the phone), he didn’t try to upsell us on work we didn’t need. Finally, we’ve found a good company we can rely on for sewer work!!!

After contacting my home warranty company and going through their horrendous idea of "qualified" contractor I called Nolen Septic Services to service my home. They where VERY responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and REASONABLY priced. The day of service they kept in contact with my husband and even arrived BEFORE the scheduled appointment!! He cleared my drain stoppage/backup within minutes. Joe also ran my washer, showers, toilets and sinks to assure the drain/stoppage was clear. Afterwards he grabbed a broom and mop and assisted in cleaning up the mess with my husband before leaving my home. I will be calling Nolen Septic Services for any other issues I may have!

Christopher Whitmore: ZERO stars! Brian and his son came out to cable a clogged sewer line at one of my apartment buildings. Originally Brian and his son were very friendly and easy to work with however; then Brian got the cable stuck in the sewer line. After about 30 minutes of trying to get it unstuck, Brian’s demeanor quickly changed from friendly to completely unprofessional. He became very hostile and started cursing stating that he was having a great day until he got to my property and I just caused him a days worth of work because he just lost $350 worth of tools in the cable that was stuck in my sewer. He told then began to taunt me stating that the clog in my sewer had been fixed but now I have a cable stuck in the line and he was out of there. When I asked him what he was going to do about the stuck cable, he told me that it was my problem and he was not going to come back. I immediately called the office. I told his wife the reason I chose them as a service provider is that they guarantee their work and gave them an opportunity to come back out and fix their mistake. She agreed that she would talk to Brian after he calmed down and she would get back to me. The next morning she called me back and left a cryptic message to avoid liability stating that after she talk to Brian, he recommend I have someone dig up the sewer line and replace it. So now I have a 30+ ft sewer cable stuck in my sewer. Thanks, Brian! I guess that 20+ years of experience you boast about really means nothing when the going gets tough.
Clare Wallace: They husband and son were very nice. The wife runs the customer service line and is not friendly, helpful or professional. They came out once and charged me, then came out again because the water wasn't on the first time (why wouldn't you ask if the water was on before you came out?). I was told I would get charged an additional $85 when they came back after the water was on as I had already paid for the camera scope.The second time they came out they charged me for several hours at $85 and hour, without asking if I wanted them to continue, and then sent me a bill. I am too busy to be there when someone comes to do work that should not require my presence. I just spoke to them again and asked where the 3" stack was thinking the video was just of the line, not a narrated video of the job. I was talked to with contempt yet again. I work too hard to be talked down to.Because of the large unexpected/unasked for bill, the poor treatment by the Mrs. Taylor, and the fact that my floor drain was "abandoned" I would not recommend this company. Drain medics have spent hours and hours on a drain of mine because people don't do proper maintenance. They cost a $75 flat payment and have a $30 guarantee. If you don't need a licensed plumber/scope for an inspection go somewhere else.

My realtor said that he was prepared with all of the tools he needed (camera, sewer line cleaner, etc), and she had dealt with companies in the past who didn't have everything with them.Today he was out to clean my sewer line that was backing up. He had a cancellation so amazingly fit me in before noon. My assumption was that it was tree roots (which he found some of), but pushed on closer to the house and found a huge hairball (postpartum hair loss for 2 kids is obviously no joke).He was fast and obviously effective as I had the dishwasher and overdue laundry running the second he left.

She took all of my information and said she would send someone out this afternoon and they would call before coming. When I didn't hear from them by 4:00 p.m I called to get the status. The guy that answered couldn't find the ticket and said he would get my information again and have them come out tomorrow. At the very least they could have called me and said we won't be able to make it today because everyone is tied up. Pathetic customer service. Don't even waste your time because you will be very disappointed.

Robert Remington: Very good experience with this company. I needed my lateral sewer line cleaned out. After checking with a few places I found that AA offered the best pricing format. They charge by the hour. One place quoted me $500. I called them at 6:40 PM. The man that answered the phone said he could have someone to my house that evening still. I gave him the option to come out the next morning because of night coming on, but he said it wouldn't be a problem and would call me when he had a technician available. He called back at 8:30 PM and said he had a tech on his way. The tech arrived at 9:00 PM, looked the situation over and got right to work. He finished at 10:00 PM. The bill came to about $140, but I had a coupon from their website for $110 for a drain clean-out. He honored the coupon without a problem. He was very polite and pleasant. One thing to be aware of though. He kept the mess to a minimum, but didn't clean up afterwards (except for taking trash out). However, since they charge over $100 per hour, I didn't mind cleaning up afterwards. Overall, I saved as much as $400 by using AA Quick. I hope to never have to have this service again, but if I do, I will be calling AA Quick.Service:Sewer cleaning

Billy Bush: Russ was great to deal with initially. Neighbor needing septic cut off and instead put on public sewer that happened to be in my front yard. Russ did not keep his word with regards to clean up of his crew’s mess including 2 piles of dirt in my yard that we’re 2ft x 4ft and 2 feet tall. Promised to clear out excess dirt piles and lay down sod and did not ever! We were listing our house on the market at the time for nearly $1m and had unsightly messes in our yard. He could have told me I needed a new pump which are about 1300.00 and lined his pocket I would have never known it was a short. These people are honest and real I would recommend them to anyone. I will never use anyone but them. And I did not realize until today I had this posted on H&H Plumbing instead of H&H Septic (sorry)
