Chris Frosch: Horrible! I called simply to ask what product he would recommend to kill ivy and weeds. The owner was condescending and said what you are doing is impossible. I than explained I’m trying to just put mulch down and plant boxwoods without having to pull weeds constantly and my landscape guy told me to call your company because you have something stronger than what they sell at Home Depot and Lowes. He again said good luck trying to do that instead of just recommending something or a process to help control weeds. He hung up on me! I called back and he didn’t answer. This is really unacceptable.

J E: Attempting to build a monarch garden this year with native seeds and landed on this north side company. 72 hours, order to arrival. Seeds are packed tight, prices are good, selection for a lot of other planting seemed good. Makes for happy future gardening without handing more money over to the Home Depot monster.

Candice Evers: Effusive but earnest review:These just arrived--almost exactly 48 hours after I ordered them. I am speechless. Their site gave such a wide range of shipping dates that I wasn't sure. So my only critique would be that the most recent dates on their website and instagram are from 2021 (facebook is active as of this week). This, the listed November-April shipping window, and the non-itemized email confirmation made me feel a tiny bit like I had sent my order into the void but that worry didnt last long because they came so darn fast.Even if your seeds take a long time to arrive, this is still your best bet. Wide range of seed mixes for any scenario (wet area, sedge lawn, etc.) and a thorough website breaks them all down. Looking forward to working with them in the future to slowwwwwly convert my lawn. Honestly, I wish that I had a few acres so I could work with these folks more deeply. Thanks, y'all.tl;dr just pull the trigger. this is where you want to get your native plants.

Every time I have gone to the store and interacted with the staff, they have been very helpful and friendly. This specific location deserves everyone's business because they truly care about you as a customer. An employee named Blaine went above and beyond my expectations. I told him I was having a specific post emergent weed problem in my lawn. He asked if I didn't mind a call back so he could educate himself on how to best treat my problem. He promptly called me back with some excellent advice and helps put together a treatment package with their products at a reasonable cost.I will return for all of my lawn care needs in the future.
