Gloelma Rivera: We have used Maestro Screen printing for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.We print T-shirts for at least 3 events per year. That’s about 60 T-shirts per event.The design department always gets it right and the customer service is excellent. My T-shirts have been on time every time. Love them!

Zach Schwartz: Dave and Debbie from Maestro's were really helpful in getting some printing done in a major pinch. My materials for a trade show in St. Louis didn't arrive (UPS lost the shipment) and Maestro's was able to print a set of t-shirts and brainstorm a quick fix for a table-runner. They did it same-day and were still very reasonable.
Claire Thurman: Critical:ProfessionalismI called to ask about printing for shirts and the person I talked to was incredibly dismissive and told me in a very horrid tone “to just email them.” At one point they scoffed at me when I asked them a question. Let’s just say I will not be recommending this place to either of the schools I work for. Yikes.

Tammy Shell: Oh my goodness. Great service from Mike in engineering and the service professionals such as Corry and the two gentleman who I never got their names to follow up on finishing. They gave me several options to proceed with. They are tremendous. The lead time was out there a bit but totally understand with me being a contractor and the wait for materials to come in. After I came home from work I walked to the deck and walked in and told my wife I was elated with the results. We have an existing cedar enclosed screened deck and added an extended open composite deck. They built new screen screen frames for the cedar deck. The administrative assistant at the phone very pleasant and great follow through. You maintaining your home? I totally recommend this company. Thank you. Unfortunately I don’t give this type of review but when the opportunity arises I like to give the company commendations! Great Job!

Joe: John came on time as expected, unfortunately the power was out at our house. He offered to come back later in the day to do the job but it began to rain heavily. He called me and suggested that he would come the next day. He showed up the next day as promised, the install was completed quickly and easily, and he was very courteous. We are very pleased with the product and the install.

Josh Wilson: Highly recommend Broadview. We were on a timeline to get the screens repaired on our house. They were able to understand our situation, and worked to make sure we could hit our deadline. I was incredibly surprised when I received the call to come pick my screens up well before our deadline. The staff met me when I picked them up, and communicated how they understood our situation and wanted to make sure they could alleviate some of our stress. You don't find service like that in many places.
Chris Burnes: I have used Broadview several times and have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and as nice as you could ever ask someone to be. I recently had John out for a simple service call and he was great.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Jeannine Bennett: About two weeks in advance, I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. I was given a time range and expected the rep between 1:00 and 3:00. The rep called, asking to come early, but since I was not there to answer the phone he reconfirmed the prearranged time. At 3:15, when he still had not shown, I called the office to reschedule. Even the owner would not take a small, extra step to make it right---he would not give me an exact appointment time but only a "window" during which the rep would arrive. I wonder, if I had ordered a 20" screen, would Broadview provide one between 18" and 22"?

Jim L: Message: We moved to our new home about 18 months ago. We had you all enclose our porch and install sun shades. Recently with the high winds, a couple of the screens blew threw. II called and requested a service call expecting a fair charge for the call.I would like to thank you all very much for responding in four working days and remounting the screens at no charge for the call.The wind that blew through the development was extreme and I did not consider the repair to be warrenty.Thank you one last time for running a truly exempletory business.Jim

H A Johnson: Contacted Broadview after a neighbor had them install a screen enclosure. Neighbor payed $1850 to enclose the exact same space as ours. The quote I received was $2400. When I mentioned the price my neighbor payed they said it was less because he received contractor pricing. Not sure why two exact homes, built about the same time get such vastly different prices? Sure doesn’t make sense.So today I get a call from Broadview offering to split the cost difference. Told them to forget it. Several other homes in the development were going to enclose their patios, think I need to ask them to not do business with these folks. Very poor treatment of a potential customer. Guess they don’t need the business.

Chad Buder: I need T-shirts done for a 5K fundraiser every year and INK St. Louis always steps up. While you can design your own shirt on their website, they can also help you modify your design to make it perfect. Their prices are great and they always have them ready on the requested date. Definitely contact them if you are in need of shirts for your event.We required their assistance again in 2022 and they delivered for our event on time. We will certainly utilize their services in 2023.
