Ramon Hopson: Worst service ever paid 390 to have my phone not working as it should, took it back they tried to give me a older phone wouldn't refund my money, said they ordered me a new phone, took two months to receive phone with scratches on screen, then when it was time to back up the phone, they couldn't, they disassembled my old phone so I lost all my pictures text and valuable information, never again, I could've just bought a new phone, wish I could give zero stars, they don't deserve not ahalf

Jenifer Donahue: Called to get a quote and the guy tried to rip me off. I asked for a price to fix my sons iPhone XS Max screen and he said they charge $165 but that he would give me a deal for $155. The standard price (I called 10 other places) is between $75-$89
Megan Jaskowiak: Went to get my Apple Watch screen fixed. When they returned it, the watch no longer paired with my phone. I took it to Apple who also says they can’t do anything after what The Fix did to my watch. I went back to The Fix who told me they didn’t do anything wrong after sharing what Apple said. When I requested a refund due to being able to prove the last pairing was while they were working on the watch the rude salesman called their manager who said no. I would not recommend using The Fix for any repairs as their work isn’t reliable and there is no guarantee.
A. Brown: Had a cracked phone screen replaced at "The Fix" in an emergency while Christmas shopping nearby. The store techs are nice and replaced the screen in about an hour.Definitely do not like the surprise TIP request at checkout.
Myia Redditt: This place is horrible and they’re scam artist. I came in and was told I would be paying 220 for a screen repair for front and back when everything was set and done the guy working there said my total was $390 I was so confused I confronted the situation ,I still came out of the cash.Later I had to return because my phone blacked out from whatever they did to my device while talking on the phone.They tried to charge me $70 for an issue they caused saying it’s the Face ID !!! I will never do business with them again.

On my way out of the mall I stopped in and Aditya fixed it for me on the spot. Replaced the battery with top notch service. I would bring anything to them and will from now on!

Brian Cain: Went in to get an IPhone screen repaired, left with a power button that no longer worked and a new screen that malfunctioned. Got the run around from that point. They actually had the audacity to tell me to just purchase a new phone from my carrier after they could not “fix” the problem that they caused. $460 lost, phone still malfunctioning… I do not recommend. I actually warn you not to go!

The dad (I think) also put on the screen protector for free for me. I meant he did fast and wonderful too. I will definitely come back to them for the future for sure. They are family small businesses but they know what they are doing. So glad to be there and get to know them. Please try them if any types of phones you have, they can do it all…and nicely job too! I decided to Google cell phone repair and realize the shop was close to where I live and had multiple great reviews. They fix my screen in 15 minutes. My phone works great I would definitely refer this business and come back again if I am in need of phone or screen repairs!!!
Alex Bright: Service is great. Brought my phone in with a destroyed display. Repaired in a few hours. Camera was not hooked up though, but they fixed it again next day quickly with no charge. Still very pleased with friendly staff, decent prices and same day service.
