Chris Welch: I spoke with Joe over the phone. I wanted to talk to him about his Buisness. He gave me the red carpet tour. I found a machine I wanted to purchase. We discussed me purchasing an item. I paid the right ammount. Before we left we wanted to test the item and plugged the machine in. The screen would not work. Joe immediately handed the me all of the cash I just gave him. Joe kept saying he would not accept the money with a faulty machine because that’s not how he operates. We found a blown fuse, replaced it and everything was perfect. I paid him for the machine. As far as I am concerned 5 stars is not enough. I cannot tell you how customer oriented they are. They are AWESOME!!!!!We made new friends:). Joe will do the best work possible.Thanks Joe

Dina Werremeyer: To the driver of the van with the Qsaw 16 license plate driving down hwy 94 in st charles at 1:05pm on 9/28/2021 getting onto hwy 40: I'm not sure why you decided it was in your best interest to throw your cigarette wrappers out the drivers side window onto the highway aka the cellophane and foil! Have a little respect for the communities that you drive-through please. Unfortunately will NEVER use company because of this.
