I would highly recommend this company and if you are lucky you will get the owner himself. I quickly recognized they offer competitive prices without compromising service.

Zach Pointer: Recently had a safe delivered by Mike and his team from Baumann Safe Co. I had called on short notice, and they were able to squeeze me in which was awesome. I had them move a 6ft tall by 3ft wide, 1000lb safe. Once they arrived at the location, they were extremely fast, efficient, and careful with moving my safe. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. There was 3 men moving the safe and they worked together very well to make sure everything went smoothly. They even took the time to make sure the it worked properly, opened the safe, made sure I knew how to use the dial lock, etc. If you are in need of a safe delivery, I wouldn't hesitate to call Baumann Safe Co. Dave T: I wouldn't recommend this company for safe service. We bought a couple safes from them several years ago and had a problem opening one of the safes. We called them paid the $105 to have the safe opened.We had a similar problem the next week and called them again. They said they'd have to send someone out to let us know what they could do. We were surprised since we bought the safe from them and knew the problem they couldn't give us a price over the phone so we had to pay another $105 for them to come out and tells us they would need to drill the safe open this time and would charge us around $200 or we could pay $450 for a new safe and opening of this one.We passed as it felt like we were being taken advantage of and it turns out we were. The safe we have it turns out can be purchased for about $70 and when we called the manufacturer they said they could just sell us replacement keys for $25. It would have been nice if the safe experts could have helped us in some way after buying these safes from them and paying for service also.

Tim Allen: I never thought I'd have a favorite key shop, but I do now. This guy has a passionate knowledge of locks and keys and shares that info with his customers. He doesn't just take the key and make it, he lets you know if there could be any potential problems or things to consider—I've never had that experience anywhere else—and in the process he has saved me money. He actually discouraged me from buying something, I walked out of his store with nothing, and it turned out for the best, he was right. I've trusted him ever since and he gets all my business now.

Gary Reickenbacker: Couldn't of have provided better service. They shaved 2 extra keys I git for my 2013 Ford Explorer at a very fair price. Then more importantly, shared the info to program the keys to start the car for FREE! If the gentleman didn't share this info I would have been lost, and had paid to have 2 keys shaved that didn't start the car. I have been using these folks since their old location and HIGHLY recommend for anyone to use them. They are fair and VERY knowledgeable.

C K: Came out to make a key for my friend's Volvo. Took them 3 and a 1/2 hours. The next day the car doesn't start. Come to find out the car needed a transponder key, Which they apparently couldn't make. So we had to take the keyback to the locksmith store.. He had to wait around so they could figure out how to put the money back on the card it came from.What a waste of time in such a hassle!I wouldn't recommend these guys if they were the last place on Earth to get a key made.

L.A. Maclin: Generally when you walk into a place of business, it's very common for an employee of some sort to greet, welcome or just say hello when you walk in. Not this place. In fact pending on your (Let's just say look) determines the kind of tone & overall service you might get. Had it not been for the fact that I had another customer before me with different (Let's just say look) getting kind & friendly service, I wouldn't have anything to compare these two very drastically different forms of service.Lastly, I wasn't even acknowledged until the other customer was gone.I personally find this to be extremely weird or rude behavior. There's another word for it, but I'm drawing a blank. Customer service should still be a thing even if you don't look like the customer before me or the employees.I'm just saying... 🦉
